I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
It was an easy process to upload my CV and the reply was quick and very comprehensive and informative. I took a lot away from the notes and am currently updating my CV. I would like to upload it once I have done all the changes to see the outcome again.

I am very pleased with the feedback I received on my resume. I can tell they actually read it! Their breakdown of my resume is clear and they contrast areas where my resume needs work with examples of better ways to set it up and increase my chances of getting NOTICED!

The turnaround period was very quick and I got my CV updated in a matter of days. The layout looked a lot better than my original CV. My only criticism is that it seemed the CV layout was just copied from a template and I didn't feel it was particularly tailored to my specific needs.

I use Top resume services to redo my entire resume. The turn around time was fantastic. There draft was sent to me the next day from the time I signed up for there services. I reviewed the resume and sent it back for finalization. Once, I received the final resume, I submitted for two positions. A week in a hlaf later I was called by two financial institution requesting interviews with me. I highly recommend Top Resume services to anyone.

The resume that I received back did not even cover my skillset. It was a resume from someone else that they added a few things, but left things that I never did... I am a CEO, it made me look like a project manager. I feel like I am wasting time and money

When my resume critique was done the feedback was that I had not done a good job of telling my story in a manner in which HR managers wanted to see it and that it was too activity oriented and not about results, so I assumed a rewrite would be done to accomplish that. I knew that it needed to be in a more organized and concise format so I asked for that as well.
It was reformatted nicely, but there were essentially no changes to anything I had previously written. It was my own "ineffectual" resume reformatted. I did give this feedback to the writer who said it looks better and that she wasn't going to make any more changes.
Unless you want to pay for a resume reformat, its not worth the money.

Sent in my old resume and got the Career Evaluation Package along with Linkedin Makeover. I was assigned to Nnodim. O. Nnodim did a great job revising my old resume, cover letter, and linkedin profile. About a week later I got an interview with the organization I applied for and landed a job.

I purchased the resume and cover letter package. My resume defiantly needed a tune up. Even though I am currently looking for a new position I coach both crossfit and lacrosse during the week and I am a freelance videographer and photographer so time is very important to me. They saved me a ton of time getting my resume and cover letter into working order. Their customer service was great and response time with my write was quick. Even when I messed up the format because I opened the file in Google docs and not Word, they were quick to recover all the work we had done. With a 60 day interview grarentie I feel like this is a no brainer, I will either have an interview or my money back.

My writer Vicque was awesome to work with. She developed a resume and cover sheet that was able to acquire me an interview within two days of submitting. I truly believe it was the overall format and wording that she utilized to describe my experience and eduction towards the industry I was pursuing. The telephone consultation was beneficial towards the finalization the final resume. Again, great work and money was well spent!

They have very constructive improvement tips. They pointed out things that I would have never consisted. I wasn't selling my experience. They gave me instructions on how to make my resume stand out and show his much experience I actually have.

After paying for a competitors service - and ultimately complaining and getting a refund - due to numerous typos, using wrong names and sloooooooow service I opted for this service. I wish I had used them from the get go.
I was allocated a writer (Wendy) very very quickly and was sent a first draft of revised CV, letter and Linkedin profile within 48 hours. The letter was perfect, and the CV only need miniscule adjustment as a result of me not providing enough information in the first place. I had a finished article I was happy with within another 2 days.
I have not submitted it yet, but the quality and speed of service I have received to date has been superb. I would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends and colleagues.

Your resume service is NOT for professionals who have been in a professional field for 5 years or more. This was a total waste of money for a person who is unemployed and trying to do the best by having a "professional resume" writers rewrite resumes. Is all you did was consolidate my resume, change a couple of words. REALLY! Spend more time getting quality resume writers and less time MARKETING! Totally NOT WORTH IT! I should have utilized LinkedIn to find a professional resume writer. My suggestion - If you have more than 2 years in any industry, and are looking for a job, do not utilize TopResume services.

Do not pay them a dime. Not professional, do not know to write a resume. They will inundate your email with tens of emails insisting and convincing you to pay them because they will 'guarantee' you the CV you are looking for. They sent me a template of CV and a cover letter downloadable for free from another website.Do not fall for them. Such companies should not exist!
