I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
The CV writer Silas has done his job very efficiently. I have received the first draft of my CV in a few hours after the job was assigned to him. His work is absolute professional. Since I am considering of switching the branch and job location, it made the editing of CV and cover letter difficult. However, after I post my re-writed CV on the job portal, I became the message of the target branch. Many thanks on Silas.

I always thought I had a pretty good resume and cover letter, but after going through this service I realized that I had been underselling myself all along. The writer that I worked with, Traci, was excellent. She took my suggestions into account and gave feedback on what items should be highlighted and what shouldn't be. I am very pleased with the end result.

I have to say that I was a little worried if this would be worth it. I bit the bullet and did it and can't be any happier. I have been looking for jobs for about a month and there was a day that I started to use my new resume... and it is like night and day. I have gotten a lot of interviews lined up with the job reqs that I used my new resume... way more then before I got my new resume. So it has been a great experience and happy to have done it. I recommend it to everyone.

I needed to give my resume some new life so I found TopResume and they were great to work with. I chose to do the resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile review and Alena was amazing to work with! She took several samples that I provided her and returned all three items within one week (resume within a day) and they were all very well done and I didn't even see a need to do a revision. My writer, Paula did a fantastic job! I sent her alot of information, and she was very thorough in her follow up questions, asking me detail that hadn't even occurred to me. The drafts and the final version by the deadlines she set. I was impressed with how she put everything I shared together so well into a resume that was even better than I had expected.
When I was dissatisfied with the initial cover letter she provided, she didn't challenge me or dismiss me. She asked more questions to understand what I was envisioning. The result was a perfect merging of her professional guidance and my preferences.
Had never heard of Top Resume until stumbling upon them last month, and I am more than satisfied with the result, definitely recommend!

The second phase is far away from useful. The ratio Quality/Price cannot be worst. How can I trust a company to review professional documents when the writers communicate in a doubtable English, and expressed limited abilities to really understand the job market

As a project manager, I've reviewed hundreds of resumes and seen plenty of things that I've liked and didn't like. However, when it came to my own resume, it was difficult to take an objective look at what should be kept, cut, reworded, or prioritized. TopResume was able to take that objective outside look at my resume and really focus on what was important. Then ensured that all the "key words" were used and the formatting was more presentable.

I honestly thought my resume was fine, but I decided to have it critiqued anyway. I was so surprised to receive an extremely detailed email about different aspects of my resume that can be improved and examples of how I can change them. It wasn't just about how my bullet points were written, but about the appearance and the overall impression that it gives of my experience. TopResume uses the same type of scanning machines that many companies use when reviewing resumes, so it is really helpful to see how your resume is read through those machines. They even explain how the machines work to gather info from your resume. It was extremely helpful and free!

What can I say other than the resume I received was laughed at by a number of reviewers and two recruiters told me that it looked dated, convoluted and hifalutin. I was told by a number of people that it was unprofessional looking and hard to read. Stay away from TopResume. They are a group of people out to make money on those that really need help. I felt like I was getting kicked off a lifeboat. When I had a problem, it took them over a week to decide if they could help and ultimately they said we can't give you any type of refund, but we will re-write the resume for you. Really?! Stay away from TopResume. They should be called BottomResume.

I engaged TopResume to redo my resume, create a cover letter, and to redo my LinkedIn page. They promised to have an initial draft of my resume completed in a week, and I received the first draft within 2 days. I submitted questions and suggested changes twice within 4 days, and had the final copy of my resume completed on day 6. Very impressive. A day after completing my resume, I had the cover letter and text for the LinkedIn profile the very next day. I was very impressed with the service. While there were no official typos, in some cases there were some minor issues I needed to modify. This was minor and I was very happy with the results. I'm using them to create two different resumes for me in addition to the first (for different industries).

I was very happy with my experience with topresume. The template used was very professional. In fact one of the employers I applied for commented she liked my resume design. My resume writer was very responsive to my questions and request. It is expensive but it seems to be inline with what other companies are charging for the same service. In fact I'm thinking of using them to rewrite my Linkind profile. I would suggest TopResume to anyone that is having trouble getting interviews but is well-educated and/or has some good experience that are inline with the jobs you are applying.

I avoided getting my resume professionally written forever. I was not getting hits and applying for hundreds of jobs I was totally qualified for and in many cases overqualified for and was just not making any traction.
