I previously sent my resume a few years ago, however, didn't engage with their services at that time. Since then, I had several important careers and advanced degrees and wasn't sure how to highlight them on my resume nor convey them in a cover letter. TopResume ran my resume through the ATS system and boy, the results were difficult to digest! My resume didn't reflect who I was as a candidate and it didn't accurately reflect my career goals. I chose the cover letter and resume package and when I saw the first draft, I was completely blown away! It captured everything that I wanted and more. There was a minor issue. The assigned writer unexpectedly couldn't complete the work product and it was about a week before they contacted me to assign a new writer. TopResume offered a free service to correct the situation and I was very pleased with both the work product and the free service. I have since applied to six positions and received invitations for an interviews for each of them! Great quality of work and highly recommend! Couldn't be happier!

The resume writer Zach was very good in extracting the details and gave the resume much needed professional outlook. The resume is complete in all aspects and showcases the skills with competetive advatage.
The cover letter highlights the readiness for any particular job and the thank you letter is elegant.

I'm a C Suite exec with lots of experience. Their first attempt at revising my resume made me sound like I had no skills, vague experience, and utilized bad grammar. It was honestly a D effort to my current resume.
The second revision of the resume improved somewhat but they cut my resume to one page effectively cutting out most of my experience. I only agreed to have a the second rewrite because they have a NO REFUND policy. So buyer beware... they aren't very good and they don't refund if you aren't happy with their work. I'd give them NO STARS if that was an option.

My writer did a terrible job. When I spoke to a sales rep they guaranteed me that I would be working with a writer that had experience in the legal industry and with law students. That was a complete lie. A six year old could've done a better job. So much irrelevant information was added. If you are a law student or in the legal profession, stay away from this company. Horrific customer experience. They should be providing customers refunds when they do such a poor job. This company is running a complete scam.
I think the individual I was paired with did a phenomenal job.
