I recently purchased TopResume's services and have been appalled at the quality of the products that were provided to me. With the Resume and Cover Letter, they were riddled with very simple spelling and grammar (For instance, sentences like "I no less than 90% rating on customer satisfaction surveys and upsold o the point of 20% of clients converting to higher levels of services" and "Created relationships, built trust, and retained business of 4 companies manufacturing GPS devises for trucking companies". These are unacceptable errors even in a first draft. And then I discovered that my refund request was denied, even though I'm completely dissatisfied! This is unacceptable. When I called customer support, I also discovered that I could not talk to the people that made the decision not to give me a refund. I am completely dissatisfied with the product and your process and would like a full refund, and I find it absurd that I cannot get one. I feel scammed, and no one seems to be able to do anything about it. Please give me a refund.

I had a 3 page resume with 25 years of things I thought would be a selling point for me. Once I got the executive package and saw my 1 page transformation I was blown away. I will be going back and updating my profiles I have already submitted applications for to better improve my chances. After 3 months of looking I was fed up. Now I'm eager to start again.

AVOID. Wanted to give TopResume a chance so purchased the resume writer, LinkedIn, and Cover Letter package.

After the second draft, I counted 13 grammar and punctuation errors still on a 2-page resume. It sounded like someone who is not a native English speaker wrote it.

Regarding the cover letter, it sounded suspicious so I googled it. Yup. Suspicions confirmed. They just plagiarized a template online and rehashed it to try and fit my resume.

Tried to request for a refund because was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of work but they said all sales final.

It's so much better to just go on Fiverr and find a reputable freelancer who will give you a personalized approach at a cheaper price. Plus you support independent business owners versus

I previously sent my resume a few years ago, however, didn't engage with their services at that time. Since then, I had several important careers and advanced degrees and wasn't sure how to highlight them on my resume nor convey them in a cover letter. TopResume ran my resume through the ATS system and boy, the results were difficult to digest! My resume didn't reflect who I was as a candidate and it didn't accurately reflect my career goals. I chose the cover letter and resume package and when I saw the first draft, I was completely blown away! It captured everything that I wanted and more. There was a minor issue. The assigned writer unexpectedly couldn't complete the work product and it was about a week before they contacted me to assign a new writer. TopResume offered a free service to correct the situation and I was very pleased with both the work product and the free service. I have since applied to six positions and received invitations for an interviews for each of them! Great quality of work and highly recommend! Couldn't be happier!

The experience with TopResume has been worthy for their professional approach and efficient services. I have initially opted for just the resume writing but very quickly realised their contributions are indeed very helpful and availed the other services such as Cover Letter, LinkedIn profile and Thank You letter. The resume writer Zach was very good in extracting the details and gave the resume much needed professional outlook. The resume is complete in all aspects and showcases the skills with competetive advatage.
The cover letter highlights the readiness for any particular job and the thank you letter is elegant.
