I purchased the executive service and then read a bunch of bad reviews. I was worried but that quickly changed. I had an exceptional experience and am glad I made the decision to invest in this new resume. The writer gave very timely responses and addressed my needs perfectly.

This took a little longer than expected, but the site gave me an option to wait as they had a writer that was more familiar with my experience or they would give me a different writer. I am thinking of using them for my Linked In profile as well

I bought the executive package which included cover letter, resume, Linkedin profile and posting service that sent my resume to close to a hundred different sites. It was pricey, but well worth it. My reviewer worked closely with me over the course of a week. She was willing to work around my schedule and always replied to my revisions in a timely manner. The revisions kept me involved in the process and I felt it was very collaborative. In short she was awesome. I've worked with other resume companies before, but this is the first time I am happy with the level of work.

My only regret is not getting this service sooner. I would highly recommend! Just be prepared to make use of the revisions (if you purchase additional revisions). That's what makes TopResume better.

The person I was assigned to was polite and pleasant. That has been the only positive thing I can say. Now that $400 is gone, I have some tips for my resume, my cover letter, and some very limited tips for my LinkedIn profile. None have produced any measurable change, which will invoke their "60 day warranty", which gets you another set of tips on your resume. They DO NOT rewrite your resume. They offer some changes which have little overall effect. They DO NOT rewrite your cover letter. Again, the same. And the LI profile tips are of no use whatsoever. Very disappointed. Investigate the five star reviews for fraud, or check to see if they are people that have no real career behind them, or have no resume writing skills. I have received better resume tips in FREE seminars put on by people who care about the desperate folks that have been put in the job search position through no fault of their own, Christian based focus groups and job fairs. Save your money.

I am trying to affiliate myself with the military again on the civilian side. After utilizing this service, I received immediate feedback from a hiring manager on how impressive my resume is. I am very excited to see what career options open up as a result. Thank you Jennifer.

I WISH someone had told me not to go with this agency when i signed up for their $189 package. The person working on my resume took days to respond to a point where our revision period was already over. Further, everything wrote on my resume was misleading when i already gave the facts of my current situation. You could tell it was rushed and the person working on my CV and resume didn't even bother reading through the questionnaire that i answered. I have to do the whole thing all over again. Worst money i ever spent. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Probably could have reviewed all publicly available resources for a better understanding of the client as a whole.
For instance, from facebook it could be gleaned that I am a family man and family is important to me, which might change types of wording that would be use or possibly emphasis.
From my linked in profile you could see the progression of job titles throughout the years, but never reviewed the entire LinkedIn profile.

TopResume updated and revamped my CV within the time frame mentioned and did a fantastic job. Recruiters even mentioned "I think your CV looks phenomenal to be honest" more than once.

I highly recommend TopResume. The cost is very reasonable compared to so many others out there. The services provided are of better value than others costing so much more. My research paid off on who to choose to re-write my CV.

Excellent service. My writer was able to take a jumbled mess that eventually became 6 un-edited pages of job duties and responsibilities and turn it into a two-page concise document that represents me in a professional manner.

The documents looked good however, nothing was mentioned in the beginning regarding such a short time frame to respond. Since I paid for the service, they should have been able to work within my available time.

Friendly and fast service but way too expensive for nothing no improvements I feel like my job duties don't fit exactly what I did. I did appreciate the revision responses and urgency that was a good thing

Overall the services provided by top resume were great. The writer was great and did a nice job. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the time frame felt rushed and would have appreciated 2 weeks as a standard. Additionally, I felt at times the writer did not pay attention to certain details or aspect of my current career path vs old.

I loved my new resume and cover letter, they were extremely well written and made my experience and qualification look even better! The writer who worked on everything was very nice and understood exactly what I wanted to express. I was so happy with her work that I also edited my LinkedIn profile and looks amazing! My resume writer responded quickly and turned two drafts around faster than I expected. I'm currently using my revised resume on job boards and in response to job openings. On the other hand, the number of run on sentences and those written in passive voice on the resume was disappointing. Saw the word "leveraged" used more than once verging on being overused. For an expertly written resume, I expected the product to be a bit higher quality for almost $200. I made a few tweaks here and there but generally left the resume in its presented state. I'm hoping to see results very soon.

So I had just received an email from TopResume couple 4 days back regarding submission of my resume, and within 2 days they gave me an excellent review. I have tried getting it checked by couple of professionals but none of them gave me points like TopResume did. I have recommended this website to quite a lot of my friends who are struggling to get a job. The kind of details they look into is amazing.

First I had to wait several weeks for the resume! Update! When I did receive it! It had half of the work detail and experiences removed! Lots of grammatical errors! Which I could not get changed! When I asked him to include more of my information! He just responded! With that's not necessary! Totally unhappy with invalid responses when I did get one! Then nothing after that! I have sent out this resume! To several employers with no feedback! So I am going to go to my original! What a waste of time and money!

My experience with Top Resume was great, I had an amazing writer who kept me informed every step of the way. He really assisted me and gave me that extra push and encouragement, by time we were done my new resume really made my old one look like junk... I'm extremely grateful for my new resume which makes me look so much more professional than I thought I looked.
