Guys - Its been one month and 3 writers have been changed from top resume but it the resume shared so far has below issues

1) Full of grammatical errrors
2) under represent my work experience even after having 10+ years experience
3) No knowledge of industry
4) Use bombastic words and no achievement

This is top fraud in market. Stay away. They wont refund your money

The resume was not improved and was merely placed into a different format\template. I thought I was hiring a professional writer but that was not the case. The areas identified as weak by the Top Resume feedback engine were not addressed. The write simply complimented me on the resume and didn't address any of specifics I asked to be improved or for feedback. Waste of money and time. You can only communicate with the writer via email and they just use generic templates to appease you. There is no refunds and you cannot transfer writers... I tried and received no response.

I've been freaking out about writing a resume since I graduated! I'm not sure there are any "reviewers" - my impression given the total nonsense I got back is that they used my Linkedin profile to parse bits of information together into a grammatically incorrect, page of non-sequters. They used volunteer experience under the professional background section and I frankly don't use my time as "Team Mom" for my son's football team to support my professional aspirations. I refused to work with them further, because though I was paying them I could see it would be me squeezing a turnip to get satisfactory results back. If that's the case, why would I hire someone? I informed them of my experience, and my dissatisfaction, they refused to refund my money. It's a full bag of tricks, folks, no matter how desperate you are, look elsewhere for professional resume assistance.

I have hard time writing my resume when I tried to find a new job and changed to banking industry. I purchased the executive priority package from Topresume, it only took them two days to get me back the draft and they did a great job and was exactly what I want.

I was in need of a serious resume review and to help it change with the times to attract recruiters that are primarily using key word software. TopResume did not disappoint. They took my tired resume and turned it into something that was significantly more appealing and will, hopefully, lead to much better results as I seek to advance my career. I highly recommend their service but would caution that since they are actual people doing the job, their timeframes for initial work on your project may be the full length of time that they set as an expectation. However, the end-product is delivered within the promised timeframe and is definitely worth the wait.

I found the process very straight forward and my writer to be very responsive. She accepted and responded quickly to feedback which allowed us to have a finished product in less than a week. I have recommended this service to friends and as of this post, at least one has already signed up!

The only downside is that I am still receiving marketing emails for the service that I already purchased. An email I received today had a better offer in it than the one I received but oh well.

I worked with Shayla- one of the TopResume writers. She was extremely prompt in her revisions and was able to make my resume "high level" so it would be more applicable across other fields. Over several iterations we finally ironed-out a revision of my resume that I'm extremely pleased with and can't wait to submit my applications! Just like the title says, a complete scam. Please don't trust those 5 star reviews. The writer just copied and pasted another CV which was still riddled with grammatical errors. I complained and they said they weren't going to give me a refund. I then told them I had a few friends who worked a few blocks away from them in a law firm in NYC and were more than happy to take down this sham of a company and suddenly I got my money back.

I attached the cover letter. You can do a quick Google search and see that it's a copy and paste.

TopResume was very easy to do business with. I had a professional editor rewrite my existing resume. The I took advantage of the offer from TopResume to run it though their applicant tracking software - not too happy with the content of the report I received back from them. I signed up with ziprecruiter and was given a free resume review through them which was reviewed by top resume! After reading the initial review, I thought to myself, maybe I should pay to have it professionally rewritten! Boy am I glad I did! Lala was amazing! She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and also gave be insight on interview topics that may come up in regards to my new resume so that I would be prepared! The two resumes I received from TopResume have resulted in zero interviews. They cut out ALL my technical experience saying it wasn't necessary. But I'm in IT... The first writer assigned to me new absolutely zero about my field. She actually falsified experience I don't have while removing what I do have. The second writer did a better job but he still didn't seem to know a lot about my field and the end result shows that.

On 7/3 I went back to using my old resume, the one TopResume said was awful. I submitted five applications that day. As of this morning, 7/6, I have completed one interview and have three more scheduled. That's 4 out of 5 when TopResume netted me 0/74. Don't waste your money!
