I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
The process was effortless and I am beyond pleased with the results. I would recommend this service to anyone. In fact I have recommended it to eight of my co-workers. They were able to take my old resume and build one that really spoke to my strengths.

TopResume was truly such a waste of money and a scam. They truly could not have done a worst job. It was an absolute nightmare receiving my results of a "top resume" and cover letter. The customer service was horrific and unbearable. I truly hope people save their money on this one.

The process to get my resume updated, at first was long and some problems happened with my first writer. After it started taking too long, Top Resume offered expedite service, a $50 thank you letter and a discount on the LinkedIn profile service. My resume currently looks exactly as I wanted and I can tell that TopResume do take care of their customers and try its best to keep you satisfied with your resume.

Overall, my experience with TopResume was excellent. I was assigned to Kellen, a very impressive writer who helped me polish my existing resume from a passive language to an action/achieving linguistic result. I was very impressed with my first draft, I only had a few suggestions, but Kellen was very patient and professional in handling my request. If you want to improve your resume, pass the application tracking systems used my most companies and a chance to land an interview; I suggest hiring the professionals at TopResume.

Be careful if you decided to purchase from this company. Once you buy their product, they do not refund your money even when they admit they failed to delivery your product/service on time as contracted.

Had a great experience with TopResume. I had my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn page redone. First draft was done quickly, and with a couple of tweaks had a final draft less than 3 days from purchase. The resume is concise and has the right keywords in it, the LinkedIn rewrite pushed my skillset in a very professional way. I've not used the cover letter as yet, but it is written in a way that it will work across multiple opportunities. Highly recommended and worth the money.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with TopResume. They are very detailed and it feels like you are working with a personal service. The writer I worked with emailed me back and forth and went through a very detailed list of information I sent him. He didn't skip a beat. The pricing was also the best I could find online for the type of services. I also really appreciate that they guarantee a rewrite if you don't get an interview in 60 days.

Great experience on the services. A great example on the effectiveness of the service: Mi LinkedIn profile went from "advanced" level to "expert" after following the step by step directions of the writer for my profile.
My resume went from good to "focused" on my objectives!
Overall great experience.
I got an interview 2 days after sending the new version out to employers. Got an offer rather quickly: Within 2 weeks overall.
Suggestion: Add a TAS report for the revised resume to ensure meta words and skills come out as targeted and intended.

I was really happy with the service I received. I knew before I agreed to but that it would not be perfect, how can it be when they don't know me. They do offer some form of refund so that convinced me to give it ago.
I really like the CV that was produced, it was accurate and as I am changing careers the writer was able to effectively describe my skills and ability in the language/style of my chosen career. Besides changing a few Z's to S's because I live in Australia, I will make no changes for my CV for now.
The cover letter is a little too curt for my liking although I have sent it out as is and in some cases made changes specific to my application. I will stick to the format I received.
I was not overly enthralled by the LinkedIn work that was produced, I wanted a bit more shine, but again I was not expecting the moon.
Time will tell if the whole process was worth it as it has been four weeks, about 15 applications and I have not gotten an interview.

The first person assigned to my resume never got back with me and I had to call them 11 days later to let them know that the person had not helped me yet the immediately got somebody on it within 24 hours I had to draft and within one week it was complete other than the first person being too busy to help me my experience with the company has been an excellent.

I found it invasive, and here's why. I e-mailed my resume to a person as a result of a job listing posted on a trusted job search website. After that, I got an e-mail that asked if I had really sent the original e-mail, and it instructed me to click a link to forward the e-mail to the recipient. The link went through a site called postjobfree.com. I googled that and it looked safe enough, so I sent it. Next thing I know, I'm getting e-mail notices of job notifications from postjobfree.com, and I'm being solicited to view a review of my resume from TopResume.com. I never signed up with either of these sites. This was invasive and I will not be using either of their services.

At first, I was a little skeptical because we got off to a slow start matching me with a skilled writer, but once my writer, Tanya M. Got assigned within 7 days, everything went quickly and I got a top notch resume and cover letter.

Cindy P. Was my resume writer and took my average resume and made it into something I am very proud of. The formatting is so professional and she took my task based resume and made it a performance focused resume. I would certainly hire me after reading my resume :) I purchased the 2 day expedited service and got my first draft in less than 2 days, only minor revisions were made after that. Been going back and forth with Alex A who has completely butchered my resume. Not only do they not have a grasp on my industry, they do not have a grasp on grammar, or spell check or use of commas, periods.
I feel so totally ripped off by this site. I implore anyone out there that is about to be catfished by this site to RUN AWAY and warn all their friends. Complete garbage. Read the fine print... you're stuck with a hot steaming mess of crap once they are done their "rewrites"

It took me a while to decide whether I want to do it or not.
In the end I'm quite happy with the result. My resume looks and sounds professional and for the first time I am excited for employers to read it.
I received my first draft only a couple of days after I put in my order. I had enough time to review and make changes to my resume.
All my suggestions and concerns were addressed.
The writer was friendly, patient and easy to deal with.
Most importantly, I felt comfortable expressing my wishes and I would definitely recommend TopResume to others.

Great service, easy to use and overall pretty effective. I submitted the required info and within a day I got match up with a writer who then contacted me and started working on the draft. I got a draft within 2 or so days and worked with the writer and got my final completed resume within 3-4 days later. There really good at communicating with you and will work to meet your needs.

I have been unemployed for just over 5 months and was not getting much response from my resume. I was offered a free resume critique by TopResume and after hearing their honest criticisms of my resume layout and content, suggested a rewrite could be beneficial.
I chose to take advantage of a special offer to get a resume rewrite along with recommendations for updating my LinkedIn profile to align with the revised resume. I was very impressed by how incredibly improved my resume was after the initial rewrite and only needed to discuss a couple of minor revisions to finalize the resume the way I wanted it.

I had to first wait for a couple weeks before I got my resume written. Although they did offer the choice to cancel the order when the resume was getting delayed I didn't want to do it with the hope that the output will be good. But that was not so

And didn't add any great value to the resume. I rewrote it all over again. She didn't even call me or had any discussion with me for inputs
