I've had resumes professionally completed previously and the examples of resumes these folks provided could only have been worse if they were written in crayon. Poor language, completely erroneous information which wasn't corrected even after feedback given. Way too much money for the worst resume I've ever seen. Definitely no money back guarantee, please do NOT WASTE your money!
This was a great experience. They consider everything I discussed with them, helped with wording and better expressions, and edited twice including my personal notes and observations. I hope to have more interviews with it soon!
TopResume is a complete scam. You will only get a garbage resume written by someone with zero education and not from this country. The customer service is horrible and it is impossible to get a full refund. Do not believe any good review. Trust me, I wish I had listened to all the bad reviews. I tried to dispute the charge with AMEX, that didnt work either. I wish I could attach the resume & cover letter it's horrible. Don't get ripped off like I did.

I wrotw a poor review of this company "May A Well Have Flushed That Money" and Jenna M responded, saying thats not how my experience should have been. She urged me to contact customer service and somebody would be in touch right away. They were - and said tough luck we cant help you. Don't wast your money with these people - there are plenty of legitimate firms in this space
I paid these guys to craft an effective LinkedIn profile. They took my resume and existing profilr and shuffled a few words, adding no new content and zero value. Shop around before working with these folks - they are amateurs
My writer was wonderful. He knew exactly how to word things so that I ended up with a completely honest yet fantastic resume. He was very quick to respond to questions and revisions which I appreciated.

I received great customer service from my writer and my drafts were sent to me in a timely manner. I had a great experience with top resume. My resume was turned into a visually appealing, easy to read product that I used immediately. It and my cover letter told a story about how I am. I have NEVER written an online review but the experience with Top Resume warrants this warning. I used Top Resume in late 2016 and got a spectacular resume with lots of compliments. In March/April 2018, I called to update the resume and get a LinkedIn profile. Misspellings, writer just copied and pasted what I wrote about my current position, even sent him a postion description and he didn't use it.
For the company name, all that is on there is Company Name with generic address.
Must be new owners because this was a far cry of what I experienced this time. I complained twice, could not get a new writer and no apology nor any refund offered. I don't want to go into all the gory details online, just stay away!

My father had recommended this service to me, to make my resume more appealing to prospective employers. I still was skeptical about if it would be worth it or not because other professionals have looked at and edited my resume in the past. I was pleasantly surprised though when I saw my new resume, it definitely looked more professional! The only negative thing I would say is that it took almost a week to get to my resume, I guess a lot of people are using the service. Other than that, I very much enjoyed the process and I would recommend it.
I would and have highly recommended using TopResume. My resume writer was Victor L. He welcomed all information that I provided and created the write wording to sound impactful and relevant. I was hired within a month. Unfortunately that job had not been a long term position. I would like to suggest being able to add on to your resume new positions for a nominal fee or for referring others to this service.

She took my information, wrote a one-page resume that had little to do with my background, and then ignored my emails asking for a follow-up. If I had the time, I would seek redress, but I have just written it off.
