I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
I was pleasantly surprised and how effective the first draft was. The free review of my existing resume identified some major errors and wording issues that were fixed in the first draft. I did not need the rewrites but was happy it is part of the service. Well spent money!

Very professional. CV I got in the end has been turned around whole 180 degres from the one I created myself. Every word is worth the money I send on this case. I can honestly recommend this to all interested in changing their work life.

Not knowing how to get a job or make a resume I hired Top Resume. They made a great first draft. I did not get any response mostly based on my lack of effort.

Used my basic, plain resume for 2 months and although I got some response, it wasn't until I used TopResume that things start to happen. I know the difference was my resume. I chose the Career Evolution Package and i was soon after contacted by my writer Sheri. Within a few days, I received my first draft which was a completely new resume compared to the one i submitted. I had one week to make any changes and send it back to my writer for final touches and ended up looking great! I since applied for a couple of jobs and waiting to hear back but my confidence has definitely been boosted since submitting this new improved resume and a cover letter which i never had before.

I got the package where they write your resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile. I did the survey, but was told the person who they had picked to write my documents was not available, so I had to switch to someone else. I felt like the person did a good job and making the right changes, but did feel like my resume was a little cookie cutter. She did a good job of slimming it down, and I have gotten some interest with my new documents. I will definitely using the money back guarantee if I do not get any interviews since it is a lot of money to spend.

My decent resume was downgraded by the writer with grammatical errors, poor vocabulary, random ordering of talent, generic treatment of qualifications (all MBAs are not the same), fictions, and stupid deletions. I literally had to rewrite the whole thing and sent it back for the second review, which OFFERED NO FURTHER suggestions. It's unethical to take money for this kind of service. Take the free assessment and go no further. Somebody should shut these guys down. It's a good idea that needs some whiff of accountability and quality control

I was reluctant but needed someone to organize my resume to a clear, and clean format thats presentable and easy to spot out with todays recruiters. I give 5-stars for Amilia who was quick and on point its worth the money. Along with the cover letter. Go TopResume!

I decided to use TopResume when I was given a free review of my then current resume. The critique was so spot on that I was embarrassed I had ever used that resume to find a job. I contacted TopResume with a couple of questions over the weekend. I was not expecting a response until Monday, but received an answer the very same day. Once I selected my resume option, the process went very quickly and the resume the Ermin wrote was just perfect! It needed no revision and has gotten me plenty of bites. Now, I just have to reel one of those in! But my foot is in the door, thanks to TopResume!

Before turning to TopResume, I tried another resume writing company. Within 2 days of hiring their service, I was asking for my money back and opted for TopResume. What a difference between a professional company like TopResume, and their competitors. NO COMPETITION! My assigned writer at TopResume was thorough, clear and concise, and created a awesome product. It has only been a week since I received my finished product and have sent it to several job postings. Thus far I have had excellent responses with this new resume. From the time I signed up, to the time it was completed, this was a very easy process that produced great results!. The only thing that I can think of that would have made the process better, would be to talk on the phone with the writer since emailing back and forth takes a while and it's hard to communicate some things that would be easier by speaking.

It was an absolute pleasure working with resume writer Katherine G on my new and improved resume. She was very professional to make sure I got the help I needed and answer any questions I may have. The resume I create wasn't even landing me a response back from employers. The resume she created got me, recruiters reaching out to me to tell me how impressive my resume is. I am happy with the responses so far. I will say if anyone is not sure of their services; do it. They also offer payment plans if you're on a budget and it is good to invest to yourself.

I'm a C Suite exec with lots of experience. Their first attempt at revising my resume made me sound like I had no skills, vague experience, and utilized bad grammar. It was honestly a D effort to my current resume.
The second revision of the resume improved somewhat but they cut my resume to one page effectively cutting out most of my experience. I only agreed to have a the second rewrite because they have a NO REFUND policy. So buyer beware... they aren't very good and they don't refund if you aren't happy with their work. I'd give them NO STARS if that was an option.

I knew my old resume was horrible, but I had worked for so many temp agencies that I couldn't seem to sum up what my skills and experience I had without it being three pages long. I submitted it to TopResume and when I received my draft, it blew me away. I saw my experience in a whole new light and apparently, so are employers. I got my resume about four days ago and I was hired today.

I was told it would take 7-10 days for a re-write of my resume and cover letter, it did take a bit longer than that and I did have to nudge a bit asking for it. I was responded to fairly promptly and they did apologize for the amount of time it took. I was happy with the service though, I found the cover letter far superior to what I had been using. I already have an interview lined up using this resume where I had been sending out over 100 with zero response. I'm pushing my husband to have his resume looked at as well based on the re-write. I appreciated the follow up emails as well as I had the opportunity to ask for revisions; was asked again if I had any more concerns and then a final follow-up about my reaction to the re-write. I think the follow-up alone is exceptional!

I was very pleased with these services. I had my resume redone and a cover letter. My editor was very professional and responsive. She drafted my resume and cover letter then sent to me for review. I had a few comments and she made revisions in less than 48 hours. After she sent me the final product, I sent it to 2 prospective employers and got a call for an interview with both.
