I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
I had a good experience working with Nicole at TopResume. I liked the new formatting they gave my resume and the more modern look and feel. I was happy with the content and organization of the resume as well. The service was worth it for me.

The experience was great with the exception of the turnaround. I paid for expedited service but don't feel it was expedited. I also responded as soon as I received my first draft. However, I received an email afterwards stating that I needed to review my resume.

TopResume did a great job of updating my resume. They modernized it and, more importantly, formatted my resume so that it would pass the first layer of review, the screen reader.
It was the best option.

I wish I had done this years ago. My resume re-writer (Sharon S) was able to take my 20 years of experience and put it into what I want others to read about me. I would recommend this service to others. It save me a lot of time.

I really had high hopes. I decided to spend the money because it was an investment in my future. However, the letter I received did not have my name on it, so I wonder if the letter was tailored for me or if they sold the same letter to me and someone named Margaret. Faculty was spelled facility on my resume. The dates of employment history on my new resume didn't match the resume I has provided them. When I was asked for more details on my work history, they didn't improve what I wrote just added it to the resume. I paid extra for the linked in service and they gave me my resume and told me to add that to LinkedIn. I felt robbed of the 100.

I sent my resume to be reviewed for free and Katie was very honest in her review. I was surprised with the depth of the feedback and to me that shows that they really want to help. I'm really exited to implement her tips and get that job!

I has reservations after reading some of the reviews but my experience was positive. I'm happy with the final product. The entire process took a few weeks but I wasn't in a hurry. The main thing is that I feel like I have a better resume today than I did before.

Do not trust Top Resume writers! I have waited a month on a very simple resume and paid $196.00 and not received my resume. Their web site says you will receive it within a week and maybe up to 2 weeks. It's a month and I have Nothing!

I came across Top Resume while doing online job/internship searches. I agreed to my resume being reviewed and didn't expect much in return thinking it would cost me money. But actually, I received an actual review of my resume! Although you have to pay for the in-depth coaching and to have someone write it for you, I actually really liked the free feedback that I got. I thought it was very helpful and honest and I will definitely consider paying for their services in the future.

I paid a total of $349 which included: $199 resume rewrite, $75 rush service, and $75 Linkedin service. I got my first draft that was a mess and responded with questions and suggestions-got no reply. My rush service never happened. They will not give me my money back; they will only give credit on a service they never provided, and the Linkedin service also never happened. When I asked for refund, they copied pasted the crappy draft resume in word and put Linkedin at the top of the page over a month later only after I complained. Please STAY AWAY!

I used TOP RESUME and both time Kyla D was quick, and great on getting what I wanted done. I plan to use them again in the future if need be. I landed an interview shortly after she was finished with my resume. Waiting to be scheduled for second interview. This is a much higher position than what I am in now. Very bad experience and wrote resume that doesnt match my profile or the jobs i am looking for!
Also they didnt reply to my emails and complains, i asked for a full refund with no luck.

My consultant was an expert. She reviewed my materials and LinkedIn profile before we were ever in communication. On our first and only call, we were able to connect, and she asked concise questions. She recreated my resume, CV, and LinkedIn profile. They fit together perfectly, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Advice for all TobResume users, spend the extra money for a real conversation. It made all of the difference.

"My First reaction was WOW, when I read the "first draft!" I really wasn't sure they would be able to take what I sent them and craft it in such a way that it would be substantially different. My expectation was an incremental improvement over what I had, but they really took it to another level; I really am wow'd!" The service I received and response times were outstanding.
