TopResume is an excellent service for any job seekers out there! To be honest i have never thought of using a resume writer and after using one, i have been wondering why did i wait so long! I suffered from what i think lots of job seekers have - a mental block, when it came to writing my own resume. Belinda, the resume writer assigned to me was fantastic! She did an excellent job condensing my resume into 2 pages of easy to read and polished product which i am confident sending out to companies i am seeking potential employment with. She was responsive to my queries and was quick to grasp what i was trying to convey. Kudos to her and TopResume!
Mikayla with TopResume was absolutely amazing and worked miracles with my original, poorly written resume. Beforehand, I had a lot of information with no real substance and a ton of military jargon that simply never passed the ATS or even the eye test. Now, all of my military accomplishments have been translated to real-world language and have already landed me a position with a company looking to groom me for a future leadership position while still getting hits from LinkedIn and other major career-seeking platforms.

I purchased both the resume and the cover letter package. I was very skeptical with paying for such a service because it has a lot of negative reviews.
My cover letter had grammatical errors and the person used the same sentences I already used. He used synonyms and did not accentuate my strengths in the way I expected them to do.
I am not satisfied with paying 127 dollars for a mediocre job that included typos, grammatical errors, and a poor design. I felt they could have done a better job but they didn't.

I appreciate Kimberly's work. However, by looking at both my resume and the one made for me by Kim, I can tell that the style of my resume far better though looks can be deceiving. Kim's work shortened my resume and helped reduced all the words I had put in mine and made it simple to read. Although I appreciate Kim's hard work, but I expected more for the money that TopResume requires a customer to pay.

Overall, the final product was good adaptation of the original, with some good effort on the summary, and qualifications. Although there was quite a bit of a delay, the writer did her best to deliver. There were a few concerns on wording that just wasn't my style, but I understand the need. Can't say to much on the results as there have been very very few interview results as of yet, and no comments from my connections on LinkedIn.
Melodee of TopResume provided me an excellent resume. What I liked about her support is that she listened to my feedback on the first draft and the second draft incorporated my feedback. An advantage of using a service like TopResume is to get an independent review of your resume. Typically a person has seen their resume so many times that they have lost any perspective on how it looks to a person who sees it for the first time.
TopResume was able to revamp my resume in a timely manner. They helped me take my resume that was formatted for entry level and last updated 4 years ago, to a resume that better reflects where I am now in upper management.
