I would recommend this service to anyone wanting to create a professional resume.

My resume was written very quickly, and my writer was very responsive. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have a 'chat' feature for easier connection? I made suggestions based off my previous resume, and was quickly advised of the reason why my suggestion is not the wisest, which is great! But, I would have liked a little more of the 'why' it is not a wise choice, and maybe be given examples of other resumes that mimicked mine.

I really appreciate all the help I received from TopResume. I would not know how to write a resume better, especially since employers use a machine that reads them. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the hiring process in slow right now. My neighbor was telling me that she had her resume also done by a service such as TopResume, yet due to the slow economy and hiring now, it has not helped so far.
I uploaded the new resume to Indeed and LinkedIn on my accounts.
The person who worked on my resume was very help and did a number of drafts.

My writer, Keith, was able to extrapolate the details from my questionnaire and former resume so well I felt as if he had worked with me on the job. He did an amazing job translating my skills and accomplishments into words that connects with today's market. I also worked with an interview coach, Stephanie, and she was great getting me ready to get back into the workforce and understanding where the market has been in the last year. I highly recommend TopResume especially if you want to get current with the market.

So it started out terrible. I filled in the fields and the first writer never read those then asked the questions again. He never followed my feed back and wrote at a 1st grade level. Complained and got a wonderful professional writer named Karen. I signed off on the cover letter and resume and heard nothing more in relation to the linked profile. After a week I then get a email asking how the service was. I complained and then get a email saying we found a new writer. Leading one to believe that a new writer does one part of your order. I complained and it turns out that it is the same writer. I then get asked if my linked profile stands out. Hmmm I don't know I hired professionals to do it. There is borderline fraud. There website says 60 interview guarantee and when complaining and asking it turns out that according to Zoe a customer service supervisor it is a 60 to 180 day guarantee. Nowhere on the website can I find 180 days. Not under terms of use a clicking to make payment. So beware of this company. I suspect they say your resume needs review so they can scam money and not provide any real quality continuity of service.
