My resume writer did a great job creating a great reflection on my current and previous experiences. I needed a resume to send with my board application and could not find my old documents. She was quick and efficient as I could not find my past information. What she created was beautiful artwork.

After being laid off, I purchased services on June 16,2017. I was extremely disappointed when I received the drafts. All of the job descriptions were written in present tense, there was no sophisticated wording, it was very generic and incomplete. I was than told they never received my additional uploaded documents that I resubmitted the very next morning. After four business days of not receiving anything I contacted customer service. Shortly afterwards I received an email from the writer relaying he was having technical difficulties and unable to access my documents. Two days later I received the documents and I was appalled. I contacted customer service that following morning, expressed my disapproval and requested another writer. I never expected that the services would not be expedited. I'm on day six and still no documents. No one has responded to my emails, customer service did proved a small refund at my requst but it's going on 30 days and I have no professional documents.

I was offered a resume re-write and received a revised version of my own with a great summary statement and summary of my qualifications. The word-choice was improved for my past job descriptions and overall my final resume was much improved. I was able to communicate personally with my writer to get multiple further revisions quickly and advice on questions I had.

Would recommend this company their service is excellent as is the quality of their product.
The first writer was not very good but I brought this to the company's attention and they got a different writer who was excellent.

The 2 page resume provided by the service had the embedded name of Felicia R Watson (that is not my name) on the 3rd page header. I did not see the mistake so I incorporated the other changes I desired and went with the provided copy as a baseline to my resume. For >4 months I used that version on several job sites and other job networking correspondences. A hiring manager reached out to me as a courtesy and alerted me of the mistake but I can only wonder how many others just ignored my resume once they saw this mistake.

When I do things, I do them big. I bought the biggest package and have had my resume rewritten by them already, and they promise to have it pass the ATS that recruiters use and blah blah blah and I've applied to over a 100 jobs and got 1 interview so far. This is a major let down and waste of my money.

I have been working on my resume for years and I finally took the plug to have a professional take a crack at it. Sometimes you've seen something so many times that you get used to the way it is and can't think outside the box to improve it. Also I have excellent experience but was selling my self short because I didn't know the correct way to portray it.
