I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.

I had high hopes and expectations given the positive reviews and unfortunately my experience does not warrant recommendation. My 2 day Rush order is now 4 days late with no communication from my writer after the prelimary greeetings and a statement that she would be sending it to me shortly. I have since called Top Resume to have them credit me $75. Since then I still have not heard from my writer and have since Requested a refund for failure to deliver as promised. After I sent the message then I hear from the writer. I am now three days before a scheduled interview and I have no first draft of my resume.

It's a good thing that happened to me. I was searching for something and this site came up.
I uploaded my resume. Later I got email. They reviewed my resume. There were many mistakes in resume. They show me my errors and how to correct them.

If you are serious about your personal brand and unsure if your resume needs to be a bit moe impactful, TopResume can help. I wanted to transition into a new role with little hands-on expericence and a Masters degree in a related field. Don't expect a colorful eye-popping design, it's about grammar and content. There is a two week wait time, so be sure to communicate with the writer during this time. I was impressed with TopResume's service. I opted for the resume & cover letter service, and my writer did a great job crafting a resume catered to my needs. It took a few days to receive the resume, which was not a problem. The first draft of the cover letter had a minor typo that I noticed and fixed. Other than that, I was very happy with the results, and I'm hoping the new resume and cover letter lead to many new leads in the future!

Very informative for improvements on resumes. The further more I read into my review, the more detailed it got. The best thing I liked was how they illustrated what recruiters see on their end and also what systems they have in place that automizes our resumes for review or reject.
