I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
I love my new resume, it looks and sound so very professional. I have asked TopResume to rewrite my resume as I did not have the time or the "know how" for this type of professional market and I got the best service for which I am a stickler for. Not only did they responded in a timely manner, I got the best reviewer, who worked tirelessly to assist me. I am so proud of my resume and cover letter, not to mention my LinkedIn page.

I was so impressed with the resume writer assigned to my resume. The formatting and verbiage improved my resume significantly and pinpointed data that I was not aware was affecting my resume. Shelly was great and provided a definite upgrade over my self written resume! I would recommend TopResume to anyone wanting to improve their resume!

I am so glad I decided to have TopResume re-write my resume. They were accurate and very speedy with getting my revisions back to me. I like have they have writers who work over the weekend. Good communication with the resume writer listen to my request and even though I was a little late with reviewing the documents the time was extended and the work into suggested that I gave were implemented in the resume to my satisfaction. Pretty good service.

I'm pleased with my resume. I just wish I knew what they were doing with my LinkedIn. It cost me $75 but it is basically my whole resume. I could have done the same. Cut and paste. Buy I'm happy with my resume.

Like many of professionals, I felt I had the skills to develop my own resume effectively. After years and years of re-working my resume to try to find a "one-size-fits-all" resume, I began to think I might be including too much information. I came across a TopResume ad on Facebook that offered a FREE evaluation and decided to try it out. When I received the evaluation, at first I was slightly offended but after really looking at what the evaluator saw, I couldn't help to agree. I thought I could make those changes on my own. However, I went ahead and decided to leave it to the pro's. WOW! What a great resume they did for me! I like that it has a new perspective that highlights my achievements yet gives me the flexibility to tweak it to specific positions. Great job!

I paid $450,00 for this service. I received a resume that was subpar at best. Missed job opportunities and would NOT recommend this service to anyone. In the end I went to Mullin to get my resume and LinkedIn profile completed correctly and professionally.
Very disappointing and no refund or critique from the company on the resume that my "supposed" top writer gave me. A JOKE and expensive lesson, especially when unemployed through restructuring.
Here is what I was given for my last position by my supposed professional resume top writers,
"ACCOUNT ANALYST
Managed the preparation and analysis ACH Reject reports from bank, stop, and reissue checks. Performed accounting analysis to identify areas for financial improvement and determine banking strategies and profitable investments"
That's it! No bullet points... Nothing, no refund nothing, paid $50 to get my resume in 2 days, got it a week later refused to refund the $50... Buyer beware.

Top resume writers are not good resume writers. I had the worse experience with them not once but twice. They are not good at what they do and are very unprofessional. I had to instruct the writer on how to format and write my resume so I basically wrote it myself.

I was just laid off, had a ten year old resume. Figured it was time to update that resume I saw topresume on one of the jobboards. So I througt id give them a shot. I was paired up with a writer named Jessica. She did an outstanding job rewriting my resume and now I feel I'm on my way back to being employed

I sent in my resume for a "professional" rewrite. They said I needed a strong summary. They put exactly what I originally sent them in my resume. So much for a "professional rewrite" - as well as stronger language. They eliminated some of my. Education, and half of my work experience, including part of my current employment. They pretty much took what I gave them, cut stuff out and gave me a title that I had never heard of. What was left was all the same wording that I had in my original resume.
