I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
My liaison was with Isabella Johnson. She did a professional job of revamping my resume. She was prompt in responding to my email enquiries and in incorporating my feedback in drafting the resume. I am very satisfied with the end product.

I was skeptical about some else writing about me, when I got my resume rewritten, I was amazed of how it was written. I am very happy of the results, I could tell there was some thought put into the rewrite of my resume. This was not thrown on paper to just get it done, it was a collaboration with the writer. I don't know why I waited so long to do this It was well worth the money spent.

I was very impressed with the short time it took for them to create a very professional looking resume and cover letter. I was also impressed that the writer incorporated all of the job details that I wanted to express in the resume. It was a very critical review of my resume and I was exposed to the flaws in the curriculum vitae which I intend to work on. However, I would've appreciated an analysis on the things I got right and not just the wrong things.

The biggest part I enjoyed was the resume. I did the full package, was a little upset about the LinkedIn portion. There were little changes on that. The resume is an awesome part of the deal though. I'm excited to try it out first hand now.

I thought that the process was easy however: I did not like how short the window is to reply for revisions. I did not reply in time to change anything however there was really nothing to change. They wrote me a stellar resume that landed me several interviews and I got a new job!

Not only did the writer make sure to illuminate the skill setsI possessed but she also helped me focused on what was appealing about my work experience in my interview. I had started my job search with a resume I had created 10 years earlier. I wasn't getting many responses back to my applications. So I tried TopResume's writing service. It was a quick process and my assigned resume writer was prompt in drafts and corrections and answers to my questions. I haven't had a change to use the updated materials yet so I can't quite give it 5 stars but the process was extremely easy and I feel I have a resume that will make me stand out much more than my previous version.

About 7 years ago I had taken a resume writing college course so I thought I knew how it was done. The service was fast and the writer was very helpful. I found the site to be lacking in descriptions of their various add-on services. Felt like the upsells were just after the money.
I bought the upsell of the Resume Posting Service. They were supposed to send an email with a link to complete the "subscription." I had to contact them twice before getting a response. Then, after receiving the email with link, I discovered that the service only works with job boards listing work in the US. This was not disclosed before subscribing. I am in Costa Rica. The service will not work for me. Now I don't know if I can get a refund. Customer service has become unresponsive again.

I was 100% satisfied with the work my writer did. Honestly l didn't expect much but my writer and I discussed my background and together with my draft and the target jobs I researched, he wrote a great resume. I would recommend them but more importantly I would use them again if the situation presents itself.

Con: It took some time for me to be assigned to my writer (which I honestly expected given some of the reviews).
Pro: Night and day difference in my resume. I went from sounding like a mid-level employee/cog in the machine to a confident and passionate leader that makes a difference at my company. I provided a lot of info/color to my writer and she was really able to mold my words in a way I was not able to in order to best highlight my strengths.

Lois was my Resume Consultant and she did a great job on my new resume and my new cover letter.
Now I understand why I wasn't getting any feedback from companies based upon my original resume.
I would recommend Top Resume to anyone in the job market as they level the playing field and it will get your resume in front of hiring professionals and not immediately thrown in the trash by the bots that only search for specific items that may not be there without consulting with Top Resume.

Worst resume scam out there after I got my resume back it was full of misleading statements and contained grammatical errors. I asked for a revision it was sent back saying the revision was done but none of the issues I asked to be revised were addressed.
