I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
Had a resume sent to this so-called "resume writing service" and paid the initial $150 fee to have my resume updated. Received what was supposed to be an updated version riddled with spelling errors, typos, and a format looking like an elementary school student produced. Very shoddy work! Opened a BBB complaint against them, but somehow TopResume.com slimed/slithered their way out of it. Do not utilize these people! They are a fraud. Considering contacting the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General.

I had the pleasure of working with Oscar H. Although he told me it would take 7 days to have my resume redone. What a surprize when he had it done in 4 days. I did have several questions and he was quick to answer my questions. I also took the option to have my LinkedIn profile redone. I was quite surprised to see that not only did he do the rewrite, but he gave me the instructions on how to update it. Now I'm looking forward to see my results on my update cover letter, resume and new and improved LinkedIn profile.

I took a chance and clicked do a free critique of my resume and was floored when I learned my resume wasn't what I thought it was. I purchased the basic plan and had an excellent experience. My writer was Mark and he totally was able to capture my skills and achievements in a way that makes me look fantastic! Honestly I wasn't expecting an actual person to through my resume but they did, and I was genuinely surprised.
The feedback that they gave me was very insightful and I found it to be very useful. I never even knew that companies use an automatic screening program. They gave me lots of feedback in ways to improve and I really appreciate it.

Resume was written with grammar and spelling mistakes mistakes, layout not professional, just basic. I was in complete shock when I saw the first draft and realized I just threw away $400 down the toilet. After 3rd review, still mistakes. Questions not answered. Spent many hours with them trying to redo the resume and then spent hours after that redoing the entire resume. Most likely will just continue to touch it up myself or again pay another company to do it. Should have gone with somebody who takes $50, they probably would have wrote it much better. I did read the reviews prior to purchasing their package, but expected that to be their competitors as they seem like a huge company. Useless company, don't get scammed. Their free revision of the resume is 1000x better than when they make the resume for you. My previous resume has better rating on the ATS platform for the same jobs I sent them!

I had the worst experience here! I paid almost $200, and they did not get the job done on time -it took them 2 writers and 10 days even though they said 5 to 7. When I got my resume back, it was very similar to what I already had. I used them because I they had done a Resume Critique, and I trusted they knew what they were doing. When I got it back, they did not apply any of the critiques they suggested! I asked for my money back, since they did not comply with the time frame (the time frame to apply to the job I wanted was up, so I missed the opportunity) and they say all sales are final, even if they screw up. DO NOT USE IT. I think they are growing too fast, do not have enough people writing, and the few they have are probably overwhelmed...

I had the same resume for 15-20 years. So impressed with my new resume and cover letter. I was underselling my experience and not using language that clearly defined my skills and the effects they have on my outcomes. Worth every penny.

I'm a mid/senior professional with >15 work experience, and I bought the mid-level service from this company. The writer reformatted my CV (1star) which makes me wonder how may other people will have the exact same format. And she rewrote bids and pieces by using thesaurus extensively (2nd star). I seriously question the writer's use of common sense as the documents didn't make sense afterwards. And she didn't ask questions but rather wrote up things which was useless. I seriously doubt this company's "interview guarantee". I'm relieved I didn't buy the LinkedIn service.

My experience with Top Resume was top notch. When I received my resume critique it was detailed and really opened my eyes to some areas of my resume that needed improvement. I was introduced to TopResume because my sister's husband works there! My resume was written extremely well and I couldn't be happier with the results. I tried to get them to make good on their commitment to rewrite my resume after the first draft was not helpful. They asked for additional details of how/what I was searching for. That was 14 days ago and I have not heard back from them. At this point I assume I have been scammed.
Also, I took their final product, resubmitted it into their site for review and... SURPRISE, the website said I need editing and THEY could help!

Good evening. I thought it was important to let you know that I am completely disappointed in the resume you wrote for me.
I am not looking for anything, not a refund, not a redo. Nothing.
I received little response, negative response or no response to the resume you wrote for me.
It was not until I sent out my old resume, with just a very little bit of tweaking, that I received many responses and, ultimately, a great job.
Again, this email is not to get a response. Only to inform you that it was a complete waste of time and money to use your service.

Found about the website from a job listing service out there and thought it is an automated general formatting review service or something like that. Wouldn't expect and actually couldn't believe that I got a very thorough and in-depth review of my resume the next day.
I have no idea about the paid service as other people mentioned. However I believe there free service could as well be a paid service by it-self.

This resume service gives a great bang for the buck. You get revisions and input on all content. You get a reasonable review time period which allows you to see how this may fit into current job discriptions. What I liked the most was the use of current resume formats accepted at this time. They match the format to the job discription to accent YOUR skill sets and accomplishments.

I ordered a cover letter and resume combo from TopResume. I supplied a copy of my current resume along with a full detail of my current job description. I also sent two full job descriptions for two positions that I would applying for along with both job posting from USA Jobs. A week later, I received my first rough draft. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of detail and description, A couple of dates were also incorrect along with my actual position title mislabled. I replied with more details on the position's and also stated that there were a significant lack of keywords and details along with a handful of errors. Very little was changed and the date errors were never corrected. Its been a disaster, I missed applying for a few jobs and I had to also rewrite a already paid rewritten resume to submit for open position. Im out $200, Be extremely cautious
