My confirmation email noted that I needed to print a copy of the hotel voucher. I was not able to do so. I called and spoke to one of your representatives who said that he would correct the problem and that I would be able to print within two hours. As of this morning, I still could not print he voucher. I called again, spoke to another representative who was able to immediately correct the problem.

The dates I searched were the 18-20, but when I got to the confirmation page, the dates had somehow changed to the 25-27! Something in their system seems to be off, but it's been quite difficult to try to work with them to change the dates to the correct dates that I'd originally searched; all the while they're telling me it's "non-refundable".

It's strange to me that my booking was done by a company in Europe. Even more strange is the fact that in a digital world I have to present a printout to confirm my reservation at the hotel. I have no way to confirm my reservation other than a piece of paper that says I have two rooms reserved at a hotel. I have faith in the process though.

Clicked to get price and said I booked a reservation. Immediately cancelled and was charged 50% of the cost even though I explained what happened. Then i just wanted to keep my original reservation but they wouldn't do that either. After much effort they said I had a credit. When I tried to use the credit, the price of the hotel is double what is listed on the website. I am just asking for fairness. Never use them.

Since the deals you check or find on our website are all the best promotional deals, readily available to be booked and exceptionally found elsewhere. Therefore, such deals often have certain limitations and restrictions towards cancellation and amendment as the bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Any cancellation made voluntarily can unfortunately not retain your booking again even if you come back shortly after the booking/ reservation. Since, this is further not entertained by the supplier.

The room was terrible, unsafe, and needed a lot of maintenance. My wife and son have severe allergies and my wife has an autoimmune disease. The bathroom was full of mold and in disrepair. There was a large stain on the carpet that was from God knows what. My wife and son could not breathe so they couldn't stay in the room which forced us to have to book another hotel for the remainder of our trip. In addition, the phone didn't work, the WiFi didn't work, and there was hair left from a previous hotel guest in the room and bathroom. This is completely unacceptable and nearly ruined my wife's birthday. We have picture evidence of all of this should you need to see it. The hotel has agreed to refund us our money. They are waiting on TravelUp to authorize it.

I looked for a price for the hotel in Memphis

I looked for a price for the hotel in Memphis. Travelup was by far the cheapest. I wish the price quoted initially included all taxes, fees etc like airlines prices do. Apparently I have to pay a "resort fee" at the hotel also. I think that any required fees (including taxes, surcharges, resort fees etc) ought to be included in the quoted price.

Disgusting Service

We had booked a return flight to Chicago with TravelUp in August. When we came to check-in the night before on December 8th we found that our ticket had been canceled. We rang TravelUp to find out why it had been canceled and they said they did not know why...
The flight was still happening but our tickets had been canceled!? We had to book directly with the airline just a few hours before the flight left and ended up paying over £2000!
We have not received an apology email or refund.

I highly recommend you do not book with TravelUp! I will be requesting for a full refund and the extra £2000+ we had to pay!
It is disgusting service, I hope they learn from this and start treating their customers with respect, integrity and honesty.
I am sorry if anyone else has gone through a similar experience.

This was my first time encountering TravelUp and I was amazed by the deep discount offered compared to other travel sites ($86/night vs $127/night). This raised my concerns for legitimacy, but I proceeded with the booking. I then noticed that the $86 price was for a "standard" room when all other sites only listed rooms by bed size (king, queen, etc. and the number of beds in the room), and none of them listed a "standard" room as an option. Other room/bed options on the TravelUp site were at the same $127 that other sites advertised. Since it is only me who is traveling I accepted the "standard" room but have no idea what the room/edding will be?

Your guidance as to the room/bedding accommodations would be appreciated.

SCAM COMPANY BEWARE

SCAM company who are taking bookings that they do not have. I booked a hotel from them through Trivago so i thought it would be ok. Rang the hotel and they said that they dont have any bookings for me and that they havent even got any rooms for that date anyway.

The site is terrible when it comes to making a reservation for more than a single passenger. Further, I selected a British Airways flight for myself, fine. Went back to same search result to make a reservation for my wife, clicked on it and an American Airlines logo and flight came up. I did not know if it was the same flight or not... I called Travelup and the agent said it wasn't. So I needed to cancel the first flight so I could find one for both my wife and myself. I was told that would be $90. Your site is terrible! And your customer service is non-existent. You didn't even try to serve this customer.

We stayed at Baha Mar Grand Hyatt booked by Travel up in January 2020. 3 months later Baha mar charged me 1650$ to my credit card claiming Travel up had not yet paid them for the trip! DO NOT book through them! It is a scam!

My first experience with TravelUp, easy to book. I find the app no so much user friendly, I needed to look on how to add my booking to the mobile app, could benefit from an easier interface with the user.

Booked our hotel in Florida with travelup. With the looming hurricane was advised to cancel flights and hotel. Flight cancelled, refund given from Spirit, easy transaction. Booked with traveup for hotel which doesn't want to give me a refund! Have given me the runaround non stop even though it says on there web site to contact them for cancellations. Have a bad feeling I've lost my $$$ and it wasn't a cheap resort / hotel! Never will book with them again!

My experience with TravelUp left me unwilling to use the site again. I had difficulty checking into the hotel. The pdf that was sent was not helpful. The hotel had challenges connecting my reservation and my payment. At the end of my stay I was charged $270 by the hotel that could not be refunded. I will not use this site again.

Shocking!

What a shambles of a company? Customer service is abysmal. The airline cancelled our flights but I couldn't make contact with anyone from this company so had to get a chargeback from my bank. I will never use them again
