Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

Missing items due to the fact that items ran out due to ordering time. After several texts with Trendsgal to find replacement, I was offered a full refund of cost of item. Thanks Trendsgal and I will order again.

Have recently discovered online shopping for fashion on this site. Their array of clothing is gorgeous. Overall I'm pleased with the styles, fabrics and colours available. The pricing is inexpensive. The only issue I had was item in order G************** the sizing was too small on one item but it was the size I ordered. However as soon as I submitted a ticket the reply was immediate and the customer service was fast, efficient and effective. They make every effort to look after their customers so really I cant effuse enough about this web site.

I absolutely LOVE trendsgal! I'm big enough to admit that I'm fairly cheap; thrift shopping is my main source of clothing (well, it was before I stumbled onto trendsgal). Lucky for me, the prices are so insane, I'm getting more product for less money than I could anywhere else. There's no trade off between price and style either. All factors considered, shipping costs and timeline isn't terrible either. Trendsgal is definitely my best frenemy; I hate to love it, I can't stop shopping there everything is so cute! I definitely recommend this to my friends all the time. On a budget or not, trendsgal is the way to look fly and not break the bank.

This site is awesome; a lot of different clothing styles to choose, great prizes and special offers. I have purchased three times already and the quality of all of the items I received were very good. Another thing I love about this site is customer service: they are super nice and have a very quick response to all of my doubts before and after the purchase, this is a really safe plase to buy.
I highly recommend it.

Its so obvious that the fat bloats in England, the master schemers of trendsgal.com put in shill reviews lauding the excellence of the company. Don't be disswayed by this nonsense propaganda, I'll bet there's one out of three hundred (if even one) who at least got her package and is satisfied with the product. This ugly business is giving a black eye to the faithfulness of all online merchants.

Tip for consumers:
Thanks for requesting my take. It has been 3 months and 19 days since these scammers took my money (from pay pal and that could be another story) gave out an invoice number and that was that. As I said before, site jabber personnel must know the correct way to go after these scoundrels and at least get their website shut down. I've given up expecting anything from the mail pertaining to my order.

If I could rate this company with a negative I would. I ordered and paid In November; order shipped November 16. To date, January 25,2017 I have not rec'd my order. When I asked for a refund, I was told I had to pay additional money. Not happening! I demanded a full refund and will never shop with them again. I rec'd am email advising I would receive a full refund.

Ordered my items almost two weeks ago & according to DHL they have not received a thing from TRENDSGAL to be shipped. But TRENDSGAL has emailed me saying my things were shipped. No response to the two tickets I submitted. I plan to dispute the charges with my bank very soon. Learned my lesson AGAIN.! Either we are spoiled Americans or we just expect our SPIT to be delivered when a company says it'll be delivered. Don't understand why their is a option for expedited shipping if you still can't get ppl their items within the time frame listed on your website. Now I'll be traveling without the $90 worth of clothes I ordered. Guess the items were cheap for a reason.

I did receive my items about three weeks after I submitted the order. Satisfied with the things I ordered

Half of my order came the other never did, then when you message them they kept saying your order is packaged but they never send it I been waiting a week and I'm still going back and forth with them about my order. Feel like they take your money and play with you. I wouldn't recommend this website to nobody!

I am a large 5x woman & was overjoyed to find a site where I could get cute 5x clothes for great prices even thought the shipping was horrific. I bought 8 articles of clothing & not 1 of them fit. In fact the 4 pairs of pants are so off size that I ended up giving them to my 12 year old skinny neighbor kid & they fit her great. All the tops were at least 2 if not 3 sizes too small. I didn't buy clothes so I could diet into them. I bought them to wear now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Pictures much better than product: colors are different, sizes of earrings to small, pendants really poor quality. Of course after receiving product that does not look like a picture you want to send it back, but it is impossible. Customer service who is i think only person who is sitting at home and washing you brain as long as she can it could take you forever to get some solution and send it back, but no way. And also to send it back to china cost $75. Finally i gave up and lost $180.00 because i can not wear product i receive and also i forget to mention that all product i ordered smelled really bad i was keeping package on my balcony ( am happy i have a balcony) so far i can not get rid of what i ordered the only way- to donate. Do not order from Trandsgal - really poor! Sorry my English.

The styles online are so cute and different. It's what made me purchase. When the items arrived. I was shocked, and appauled. This would be a great site if they just made the sizing more realistic. I could deal with not so great quality fabrics. I ordered a size 2X to be sure I could alter it down (I'm a seamstress) and this is an extra small. For days I have been trying to up size it to no real avail, and I can reinvent any garment. It's quite sad, as this site would be wonderful if they just sized realistically. Don't purchase from this site. I've not tried to get a refund AS I know it would never come to fruition anyway. I'd be wasting my time.

I love shopping at Trendsgal.The clothing I have ordered is very good quality and the prices are great. The customer service is always very nice and helpful. I have told my friends and family about Trendsgal and they love it to. I shop there at least twice a week. Trendsgal is my favorite online shopping spot. Thanks Trendsgal for everything.

They sold me two promoter kiosks represented by photos of a new kiosk. Then they shipped me two very old beat up kiosks. They, the kiosks were worthless to me. When i called Trend Times the person (a male with a British accent) started giving me a run-around. I knew then that i was very rudely ripped off. One star, as one other victum wrote, is too good of a rating for this sociopathic dysfunctional so-called business.

I was trying to contact TrendsGal. There is a chat line that does not respond from the inquiry. If I want to contact by phone, there has not been representative contact number that respond to my call. It is like TrendsGal is trying to avoid communication with customers. I guess I am force to delete my order and find someone else that will be able to give me better service.

I ordered the dress and it fits perfectly! Most of the times i'm a small siGe, but Medium fitted just right, so maybe it is a good idea to order one siGe bigger than your regular siGe. The material is ok, I will definitely buy again! Recommend!

I purchased and item before Christmas for a gift and it's now February 2017 and still have not received it. I contacted them several times via email because they don't even have a phone number, they're not refunding the full amount charged because I didn't purchase the tracking option during checkout and it's not their fault that the shipping company "that they use" lost the package.

SCAMMMM! I do not recommend them to anyone!

I ordered for some items. I selected fasted shipment option i. E DHL... but when the items reached. One of the item was missing. And when I asked them. They said. That they forgot it and will send it later... and then they sent it by ordinary post that takes 25 business days... I paid for shipment that costed more than the item themselves and they send items by ordinary post... dont buy anything from them

I placed my order in December. It said within 25 days so I contacted there support and they tell me within 45 business days. It's bs. I checked there longest delivery on there site and it says 10-25 days. I want my money back and I am going to eat them alive on Facebook. DONT BUY

Order No. G**************, so after numerous emails, including threatening to report them to the BBB; I received a PAYPAL email... not even from TrendsGal, with some random name on it 'Hassan Hassan' and my order number; which was the only way I knew it was from the Trendsgal order. The kicker...?! I paid $12.79 for this crap. My refund is $7.22. So I paid over $5 for this headache. No explanation from them whatsoever as to what gives them the right. AND my refund can take up to 30 days. I am reporting these scammers to everyone I can. Those who received their items and were happy with their purchase seem like a pretty small fraction of their customer base. I see them going away or re-inventing themselves as another website scammer under a different pseudonym. Really, really BAD! I wish I would've know about this site before I spent my hard-earned money for this kind of treatment.

I ordered $70 worth of clothes, I paid for 3 day shipping and still NOTHING, they gave me this fake $#*! tracking website called myib.com I talk to the people twice and they assured me that my package was on the way but still nothing!, it's been over 2 weeks, and now when I call the 800 number for my tracking it says the number is no longer in service! Smh please don't make the same mistake I did!, my lawyer is looking into this scam as we speak!

And when I had a question for customer service the support people consistently responded to my support tickets with professionalism and were super helpful. I already wrote a review about TrendsGal but you know after reading other reviews I realized that the problem is with you girls not choosing the right size. Why do u blame the company for shipping to u exactly what u ordered! There is a great measuring chart for every clothing item. All you have to do is take a measuring tape and know exactly how many inches u r. Sizes r different in every country that's why there is a measuring chart. Just don't be lazy. Its easy to put the blame on the website and destroy their reputation when it is clearly your own fault!

And about quality... What did u expect for that price? Original Fendi baguette handbag?
Its actually unbelievable how some thing r soooo cheap that you wouldn't even buy a floor mop for that money. And u people are still complaining.

The Pants were supposed to have rips in them instead tHey are illusions of rips the shirt is long sleeve and not short and made of dollar store material I am so disappointed do not order from this web site.
