Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

I have been trying to get a hold of them the past two days. I ordered Nov 28/29 and my order just came in yesterday. I was keeping track it's whereabouts and of course it came a day late. I ordered 25 items and only received 20. It was one small package so I asked the DHL delivery guy is there another box? Luckily, I recorded everything because something inside me told me I should. My items were all jammed pack in one box, I'm missing 3 mermaid tail blankets and 2 dresses. These were Christmas gifts so obviously I won't be receiving these in time. I even had to type a complaint in the reviews because the mailbox is too full to leave a VM, my video was too large to send and for some "odd" reason I couldn't submit a ticket.

I've type the tickets so much I remembered my order ID as if it was my SSN

Never again will I order just because of my missing items and horrible customer service. I don't care how affordable it is.

TrendsGal I was happy when you first came on my e-mail. Your clothes, are beautiful and the prices are the best for the quality of the clothes you get. I sometimes complain about the shipping, but its all worth it, I still don't pay a lot for what I get. I showed my daughter and grand=daughter your site. When the holidays are over we will be ordering much more. Thank you Barbara Canady.

The pictures in the advertisements for the handbags (that is wot I purchased) do not match what I received when the bag was delivered to me. I would never buy from this website again and recommend others do not buy from Trendsgal.

You get what you pay for. I ordered several items. First of all, the shipping was almost as much as the cost of the whole order. Then I didn't receive three of the items I ordered. I've been trying now for 5 days to contact customer service to fix it and can't get anyone to get back to me. Will never order from them again.

I hear many things about this company, I didn't know what to expect. So I was anxious to receive the pieces. The dresses are true to size and looks exactly like the image. I am a plus sized woman and I didn't know what to expect, their size chart is accurate. The dresses were extremely affordable and I will be order again for sure!

I ordered a swimsuit from them and they put the address wrong and kept trying to call them and no answers and so I emailed them and they sent back a message saying it's my fault about the address and if I wanted it shipped again I will need to pay for swimsuit and full price of shipping. I paid extra for insurance and shipping tracking and there is no tracking. So I am out of my money! They are a scam do not buy!

I have ordered many times before from Trendsgal and every time I receive my order it's great. The quality is great, the prices, true to size when you check the size charts and customer service is amazing. I will continue to order from Trendsgal. And yes this is really from my experience. It's a great place to do your online shopping.

All contact to Trendsgal.com is a dead end

Trendsgal agreed to refund my money after I posted this review. I did not receive the refund, but instead received my order today.
I did receive all the pieces and they do fit.
I placed my order on March 25 and received the items May 12.
A woman dropped the bag on my porch, rang the doorbell, got back in her car and left. No uniform, no company vehicle, not professional.
I wouldn't say it's worth the wait, but I am glad they kept in contact with me and I did finally receive my order.

The shirt arrived and it has style and comfort. Its soft and the length is beautiful. Its my fits me well on my shoulders which I was concerned about because I have wide shoulders. No worries though its perfect! And the shipping is fast, 7 days!

I ordered a dress on September 28,2015. I haven't received the dress yet. I tried using the Tracking number but its says not updated yet and the number doesn't exist. My total was 9.73. I ordered the dress for y birthday hoping it would be here by now since it said the business days is 3 days. Today is October 9th. Its been almost 2-3 weeks. I cant get in touch with anyone, but so far i have read others reviews and this website is TERRIBLE! I wish i wouldve knew before i thought about buying from www.trendsgal.com. Im so disappointed, i was looking so forward to wearing the dress i bought that i still haven't received

I'm reading some of these reviews and some just don't seem fair. I've been shopping on the site for over a year and have had great exsperiances. I buy things within reason and givin that this is clothing store that drop ships for other popular clothing websites, ask yourself how bad can it be? I buy dresses from them all the time. I order a size up of course like a lot of other websites. The quality is great and there are reviews of each piece of clothing on their website along with pictures from buyers. The only thing that doesn't make me happy is that I wish they had more clothes.

I ordered some stuff on Dec 25th and its January 23rd and nothing. It said 10 to 15 days to receive. I've been e-mailing them but no response. This is ridiculous. Never again will I order from them. There material isn't good anyways. Nothing compared to the pics they posted on the website. I give this a 0

I love this website so much. All of their clothes are so cheap but so stylish. I really wish I found it sooner. The shipping isn't even expensive either! I would definitely recommend this to everyone. I can't wait until my new clothes I ordered comes in the mail! G**************

I made an order on December 26 2016, I waited 4 months ( March 3,2017) before they told me that my package was lost and it wasn't their fault. They gave me 2 options upon reporting this to me:
1. " Resend the item upon repaying 50% of the order value.
In this case we will send you an invoice to submit the payment of 8 USD via PayPal."
2." Partial refund to your original payment account.
In this case, we can refund $6.2 USD to your original payment account."

Please note my order total was $16.78... And they only offer less than 50% as a refund. Foolishness!

I bought over $600 worth of clothes they came separately one at a time instead of at once in fact some did not even come atall and out of all the stuff i ordered only 3 came out being manageable had to trash the others cause they were of such low quality. Order no GG**************

As I have done my first order, I gained points from making reviews and out of my points, I got to used them as deduction on my next purchase which gave me the lowest cost ever in my shopping. NEVER buy from them EVER! I had an order or $21 which I ordered 4 months ago that never came! They want to refund me 50% which they say is $5 or make me pay $15 to ship my order again! They are shady and do not stand behind their product. It's everyone else's fault but their own! NEVER AGAIN!

Are these children's sizes? I ordered two XXL bathing suites. XXL should measure 40-42 inches (101.6-106.68cm) in the waist. The ones I ordered are at least half of that measurement. This is very upsetting. I waited eagerly for nearly a month for these to arrive and now have to return them. Surely the shipping is going to cost more than the cost of the bathing suits.
