Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again
I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?
I ordered a few items before a trip and they haven't arrived yet, despite it being 40 days past the date I ordered. While this was irritable, and I don't recommend ordering anything you need right away, their costumer service was fantastic. I got a reply to my complaint within 24 hours and $20.00 out of my $35.00 order was refunded to me. Like I said, don't order if you have a time frame, but solution to the problem was satisfactory. Although I have yet to receive my items, I'm sure they will be great, especially for the cheap prices.
Firstly, the idea of emailing trendsgal proof of identity via credit card details and drivers licence is absolutely outrageous. When I kicked up a stink about that, I asked for my order to be refunded in full. It appears that they are refunding me a lower balance of $171.74 from the original and TRUE total of $247.12, which means I have been ripped off $75.38! They have picked the wrong person to scam. My husband is a lawyer, and we will be taking action. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please be aware of this.

I have purchased several upon several items that I could not find anywhere else with these given prices.
There are several different ways to make sure you purchase the correct size. There is a measurement converter and the reviews submitted by other satisfied customers help determine whether the item is a good buy for you.
Only one of my many orders did not include one item. Immediately I was contacted by customer service to choose another item to replace what I had not received in my order.
I would recommend anyone as there's something for everyone!
I will never order off this website again. I ordered several things, none of them fit and still havent received one of my items. Its been a month now! Id return the $#*! I have if I thought id get my money back. So ladies no matter how cute it is. Dont buy it!

I hesitantly ordered after having read reviews but figured that for the price (SO cheap) if things went pear-shaped I was really not that out of pocket.
Received order confirmation but never received any tracking email. My top arrived within a fortnight (to Brisbane) and it's absolutely fine. Better quality than I was anticipating and even a bit too big as I ordered a size up than I normally would. Still wearable though!

Terrible business. Poor email etiquette. Everyone is rude, and sounds like an idiot. I spent weeks emailing back and fourth and can't get pictures across just for them to tell me I will owe them money to put everything back on the shelf. But they still won't give me a return address. I placed and expedited order yesterday, the funds were automatically deducted from my account, yet I have not received an email confirmation and when I go to view my order history online, it says I have no payments made, orders placed or items shipped. How is this possible?! I tried contacting their customer service number, but all I received was a recording saying "theres no one available". And theres an option for a 'live chat', but when you click on it, it doesn't allow you to chat. It simply suggests that you search for your issue in their Q&A list. I'm demanding my money back and will never order from this site again!

Prices are good, but quality is low. Its a drop ship company, items shipped from china. Normal delivery times over 20 days. (unless you pay expedited). Dresses run small, so if you are a lg here in the US you will probably have to order an X-lg from them. Check carefully the size chart measurement. If there is a problem and you wish to exchange product or refund, you are screwed. You lose original shipping and must pay return shipping. Not worth it.
I didn't expect much considering the prices but, this gotta be some sort of fraud you're advertising items of clothing which when bought buy the buyer are nothing like the pictures your apparently saying they are! I'm so disgusted buy this clothes site someone needs to close it down

Over a month and a half since I ordered and still no products have arrived. I wish I'd read reviews of this website before I made my impulse purchase and I guess Ive learned my lesson. Im already expecting horrible quality when my products do eventually arrive and Im not even going to attempt to bother with their "customer service" the reviews Ive read deem it pretty much futile. I have shopped on trends gal multiple times and the more I shop, the better my experience is. In the beginning I was not checking the size chart, item material, shipment price, and other essentials about the item I was purchasing and because of this, I was usually unhappy or surprised. Now, I make sure to review all of these things so I know exactly what I am spending my money on because you cannot beat Trendsgal's prices, even with the excessive shipping amounts. Their jewelry is my favorite thing to buy because there are so many unique styles and the shipping is cheap because merchandise is light weight. I have also purchased some amazing skirts, dresses, and staple pieces like backless tops and cutout leggings.

Trendsgal is a really cool website! If you're curious about it, I highly recommend looking around. They have a wide variety of clothes/accessories for extremely low prices. If you're on a budget, or are changing up your style and want to collect a few different pieces, this is the place to go. For the prices, the quality is pretty good!
WARNING:
It is international shipping, so it takes about 10-25 days to receive your items.
The sizes are Asian sizes, so I recommend ordering a size or two up from your US size if you're unsure.
Customer service isn't the best, but they always get back to you within 24 hours.
I did have some problems with one of my orders, but it all got resolved. Overall, I think Trendsgal is a great website! I highly recommend ordering from them!

I ordered 4 things (2 dresses, one tote bag and a red coat) from this online store 36 days ago. I received only the red coat and it looks nothing like the picture! It's way smaller that it's supposed to be and even the color is very different. On top of that, I didn't even receive any of the other products.
I contacted their customer support and with bad English, one girl told me to wait longer and that's it!

I am honestly very pleased with my orders from Trendsgal. The communication has been better than most, I was able to track my shipment which came very fast and ask questions (I received answers within 24 hours). The clothes are all very cute. I ordered a bunch of items for my online store and everything was up to par. Ido recommend to maybe order one item before buying a large quantity for wholesale just to get the vibe on the material and color, depending on saturation of the image color may be different. I'll admit, I read tons of reviews about TrendsGal. Ones claiming that their packages didn't come in and the clothes were too small. So, I was a bit nervous and skeptical about ordering from the site. From reading those reviews though, I ordered one size bigger than I normally get. Granted, I really only ordered shirts, rings, and 1 or 2 pair of jeans. However, everything that came in fit perfectly! My package was here within 5 days. (I chose expedited shipping because it was surprisingly cheaper.) They did send 2 packages, so one of my packages came 2 days later, but they are shipping from Hong Kong, so I believe there are some weight limits and such when shipping from out of country. When I e-mailed them curious about where my second package was, they responded within 24 hours very kindly! So, my experience with TrendsGal has been an excellent one and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future!
Tip for consumers:
If you are ordering from this site, I suggest getting one size up than what you normally get! Other than that, everything fits accordingly!
I placed a order on the third of this month and was given some 6 to ten days crap when that was up i questioned them and they came with some 15 to 25 days then i showed them where it said 6 to 10 days an been getting the run around since then. I strongly advise people to think twice before dealing with this company don't be fooled by the good reviews which im positive are fake. And i wanted to give them ZERO stars but that option not available but as pitiful as trendsgal is it should be

Absolutely mortified. Just got my order after 3 MONTHS of waiting for a few outfits I bought from this site. The material is the cheapest thing. It's completely see through- to the point you can't wear it without a body suit or something under it. Never been so disappointed in a site in my entire life. These were a fantastic purchase from Trendsgal! They fit true to size, and are very soft and stretchy. The colour is slightly more silvery-white than in the picture, but it turned out to be a bonus to me! They are great for any fan of the genre, and I will be ordering another pair for my friend for Christmas! Shipping was great too! I got them fast and in great shape! Definitely recommend this product to anyone who LOVES their leggings.
