Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again
I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?
I ordered 7 items. I was happy with 4 of them. One of the dresses was too short & a different color than what i had ordered, but will still look cute with leggings. 1 of the babydolls looked nothing like the picture, but the other one did. & the shirt i ordered looked nothing like the picture and was cheaply made. The shipping cost is a little high as well. The jewelry, 2nd babydoll and the romper i ordered were great though. Fit well and looked same as picture, so not a total loss. Kind of a hit & miss

Do not buy from this site. The clothes are not sized right at all unless your a size 0 model with no boobs or butt. I had to send everything back and I'm still trying to get my money back. Probably will have to notify credit card to stop payment on this shipment since they say they will help you but that is so WRONG. Don't try to return because that in it in itself is an absolute disaster. They say you can but they wont get back to you to get the appropriate labels or paperwork. DONT GET FOOLED BY THIS SITE. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

TRENDSGALl is simply awesome!, i have been a constant customer now for a good few months have purchased several products (clothing, jewlery, shoes, hat/caps) witch every order was a complete success with fast delivery no longer then 10days for me here in New Zealand, the prices are great! This is a warning to whomever actually runs this fake business; I'm a legal studies major who is now working at a law office, I've shown your website to my boss and had him dial your so called "customer service". Needless to say, he was not impressed by your out of date answering machine. I've even shown him the poor quality jackets that you had the gall to ship me and he actually became more pissed off. We are currently in the process of tracking down your actual residence, but in the meantime, if you'd like to keep your "doors" open, I'd suggest you actually start working on fixing your phones, your customer service, your payment plans and return policies as you cannot give the "No Refund" $#*!, and anything else that we haven't picked up on. If you have any questions on what you need to do then message me at any point in time and I'll have my boss get back to you as soon as possible.
Also, yes I know, I already received my full refund on this old purchase forever ago; nice to know that you FINALLY got back to me on that here on this website. Failures.

I was doing back to school shopping and found Trendsgal. I thought I was lucky to find such a cheap website. My mom bought me and my sister both an outfit. She got herself a shirt. The total of all our clothes was only 15. So my mom went to get it and the shipping plus clothese costed $37 and some odd cents. My mom got the second to fastest shipping, I looked online and it was to be in within 3 days. I was so excited. So when 3 days came I was dissapointed it wasn't in the mail, a week later still nothing, another week, nothing. Finally the third week of waiting it came in. The clothes were to small for my sister(so I got them)and my pants looked nothing like they did on the website. My moms shirt was fine, fine perfect size and everything. And my shirt was fine. My sisters clothes looked good, but to small for her. We even got a size larger than what she wears. Overall I'm upset with the waiting and the clothes. 2 stars exact.

I bought a bunch of jeans off this company trendgal and they are giving me a whole lot of problems with getting service first off they sent me jeans way too small for my size and they sent me the same pair of jeans twice I dont see way I have to pay my money for a issues you have messed up on I dont think anybody should order from this company they take to long to send you your orders and then when you get them they are wrong also there size charts lie about there sizes and there pictures do to a lot of there clothing doesnt match the pictures online
I needed a dress for my bachelorette party and came across this website. I'm not one to buy much clothing online being I'm set on the curvier side and honestly do not trust online sizing charts but I had to take a chance, especially with THESE prices, why the heck not?! I can honestly say I'm glad I did so. I chose two dresses (pink and black was my first choice and the black and white was my just in case). After having ordered the dresses I decided to look at reviews online which I'm sure you all know can freak you out sometimes. Regardless of what I saw, I just had to hope for the best.
I received my order within a week. Of course the material isn't the greatest quality but you have to keep in mind, "you get what you pay for". Fortunately for me, I love the fact that it was so stretchy and I know I'll be comfortable all night long. Tried both of them on and was completely satisfied. Of course my figure is not at all like the fit models for these dresses but I am content with the outcome and would definitely consider ordering from this website again.

Make sure you are familiar with your measurements and try not to "just guess"...Their size chart was pretty accurate!

First of all I wish I looked up the review for this site prior to my purchase. Learned my lesson there. I ordered multiple things from them. One of the items didn't get to me 2 weeks after the first shipment came in. Next, most of the items where very poor quality products and almost nothing like what the picture showed. I was so frustrated I wanted to return the three items that were just horrible, they told me i will have to pay for shipping them back and they will still only gave me partial refund and wont refund me the almost $40 shipping they charged me. After checking it would cost me nearly $60 to ship the items back, I am simply not going to bother. Almost $100 went to garbage pretty much. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

So this is an update to my Fraud review. They are a legit company from CHINA, but still with terrible customer service (their customer service thru the website was a little better than the ones contacting us on Sitejabber, because they were able to track my order with my printed receipt)... They still lost my email login to their website (which is OK with me because I will never purchase from them again). However, they did send my order to me within a two week time frame. The clothing however, is cheap and you definitely get what you paid for. The Dress I got was Black, with no lining... so its "see through or TOO sheer". You'll need to wear a slip or undergarment with it. Additionally, their sizes run small. So the XL... is CHINA XL... which like is a M-L for US sizes. The dress is OK... its not ugly... but its not at all like it is picture on their website. It's like that tried to have someone make it look like the pictures... but made with VERY CHEAP material and beading, etc. Again... you get what you pay for. Will I ever by anything from them again?... NO WAY! But I will not return the items since they were so cheap. I will just give them away to the needy. Good luck to all of you that have ordered, don't be surprised when you open the packaged and you are disappointed. Seriously, you really get what you pay for.

I'm still very annoyed at being ripped off and Conned by Trendsgal and have pursued taking action against them...
I have received some information already;
The first part was that if any of you paid by PayPal like me, you might be able to claim the money back off them... BUT...
My case is being looked into by trading standards.
I spoke to a representative today from the Consumer Services on behalf of Citizen advice bureau and explained what this shonky company are doing and have done to me and all you others.
I would advise anyone who has a problem with Trendsgal (or indeed any other business of course) to speak to them. It is more likely that a company like Trendsgal will be dealt with if we work together in the masses as they are of course over seas.
If any of you want to pursue a case against them like I am; telephone ******* 04 05 06. They have 3 call centres across the UK apparently. So what's to lose? Apart from your money and patience with Trendsgal, no doubt...

The worst online store I have shopped at firstly my order was 3 months late after enquiring they eventually send my clothing only to find that it's not what it was is the picture and also 3 of the 5 items purchased I never received and then upon arrival NONE of the clothing fits as its too small total rip off I won't recommend anyone shops here as its a scam you don't recieve what you're shown and they're no where to be found when you need assistance

I am also in the throws of experiencing the same astounding worst customer service ever. I placed two orders with them in Nov. 2015 and am still waiting for them. But has anyone read the replies from Trendsgal, to all the complaints. They are all repetitious down to the last letter. Plus the English is atrocious to say the least. This just shows me that no orders come from the U.S. As originally thought... everything comes from China, hence the bad quality, service and lack of concern actually, for you ever receiving your order. They could not care less. They have your money, so they are okay... plus... there will always be another sucker out there to fall for their trap as we all did. You will probably find that the offices they have in the U.S. Are just shell companies run by the Chinese. It looks better if it comes from the States, more chance of sales than if ordered directly from China. I have been in sales for over twenty years and am from a third world country, and I have not seen or experienced such bad and horrendous customer service as I have had from Trendsgal. You would never even warrent one star from me, but I had to put one just so that I could submit my review!
