Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again
I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?
I ordered 8 items, 2 arrived. I called, surprise... No Answer. I emailed support and they said get my money from DHL which is their delivery service. I did not contract with DHL! Do NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

I ordered my items oct. 1st 2015 and received it today October 20th. Out of the 5 items one was semi decent! Everything else looks like a amateur with cheap material taste sewed the items.

I ordered three items from this site in September, and they never came! I was very patient, because the website does state that the orders can take a while to arrive, but almost a year later I have no items! The website makes it EXTREMELY difficult to contact them, and I have done so multiple times. I never got a response or refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, just don't risk losing your money! Sad that I wish I could rate this buisness negative stars!

I should of known better. I ordered 9 items. My total was $50 and change SHIPPING COST $30 AND CHANGE. OMG right. Received items to find one was ripped thread was coming UNDONE AND SIZES ARE WAY WAY WAY TOO SMALL. 3xl is a size large in America sizes ladies. I called customer service and the rep spoke broken english. Couldnt understand anything that was said. UGH WASTE OF MONEY TIME AND ENERGY. THIS IS THE WORST SITE. The dress I ordered says it is an XXL! Right... for a very thin midget... maybe! I cannot tell you in words how disappointed I am! These dresses were for my wedding and you have ruined it!
They cancelled two orders without justification and had extremely poor customer service, and even contacting them through email and getting a response was a pain! My advice: DO NOT USE TRENDSGAL! THEY SUCK!

They have the cheapest stuff to buy, i bought my stuff it took exactly the same time they said it will arrive to get to me. There customer support was supportive, what I found out is that you have to be patient to understand who is replying your questions or stuff like that.As a matter of fact there products is EQUAL to the price tag even better as the case may be. I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND WILL BUY MORE. No scam, no game, it's real Fellas.
I purchased 3 plus size dresses with TrendsGal, taking into account that everything runs a bit small. So, I ordered my dresses a 3X even though I wear a size 16w. (2x) The dresses arrived looking cheap and flimsy and way too small. One of the dresses on the website appeared to be a top quality formal dress, made of taffeta, and fit to wear to a nice ball or formal dance. But when it arrived, it was thin, cheap, shiny, satin.
Then when I tried to return it, stating it did not look like and pic AND was too small, they only wanted to give ma a partial refund. Huh that's a rip! They would be getting the dressed back and keeping part of my money too.! Ladies, just save yourself a BIG HEADACHE and DONT SHOP HERE! The photos are all photo-shopped up! The quality is low, the fabric is thin and cheap and face it, we should probably buy AMERICAN any.

THE SIZES WERE ALL WRONG, WAY TOO SMALL. TRIED TO RETURN THEM, THEY OFFERED A 6% COUPON AND THEN WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT, THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT." TOLD ME I COULDN'T USE IT ON SALE ITEMS. IT SO HAPPENS "EVERYTHING IS ON SALE AND MARKED DOWN." THIS WAS ONLY THROUGH EMAILS AND TOOK 3 WEEKS FOR ME TO GIVE UP, AND PHONE NUMBERS ARE BOGUS! I FINALLY JUST GAVE UP.

I'm female and a junior in highschool and my family has been going through financial issues, so I decided to check out 'Trendsgal.' I was stunned when I saw their cute clothing for cheap prices, which made me skeptical. But, my boyfriend went ahead and bought me what I wanted anyway. The package came in with all 13 items in 1 week when i asked for 30 business days, which were shirts. 2 out of the 13 did not fit which didn't surprise me at all. Everything that did fit was SUPER CUTE! I went into tears I was so relieved! They came pre-packaged into one big package. The thing that scared me the most was the negative comments. Everyone was upset about the "cheap" fabric. The fabric on the things I got is extremely soft and looks like anything I'd buy in a high paying clothing store... so I'm a bit confused about that. The clothing did smell bad but not extremely terrible, only 1 shirt was pretty damp when I opened it but it was nothing to worry about. I got better than what I expected and I'm VERY thankful and happy! Purchasing from Trendsgal was well worth it!
