Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

Ordered my stiff for my store. Never got it! Was double charged, then they asked for a photo of my drivers license and credit card. Then I found $500 worth of charges initiated by this site on my card. RIP OFF! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RIPPED OFF AND NEVER GET YOUR ORDER!

I order 3 items on sept4th item was shipped on the the 7th paid for flat right and insurance 10-25 days before I received now it's October 10th and was told that I should receive items by the 7th and also if not by then it will be 45 - 60 days... I didn't pay for 45 to 60 days... Order item in enough time for my birthday seen all the reviews on YouTube but it obvious for the reviews they. Will send out quick... My birthday is the 18th and no items yet... I told them I want a whole refund they keep given be the run around saying my items are ship and they can't found my money... I will be counting my back to dispute charges why would I pay for item I don't even have... I need my money ( Rhianna voice)

I ordered two items off of TrendsGal and was super excited. After purchasing my items, I get an email confirming my purchase. I even checked my balance on my debit card to make sure it went through. About 2 weeks later I realize "oh yeah, I haven't gotten my package yet, I wonder where it's at". So I go to my orders and it says "waiting for payment". I emailed TrendsGal telling them that I paid and showed them a screenshot that confirmed my order. I get a reply the next day with a lady telling me that they haven't received it and she tells me to PAY AGAIN. After already paying for my items, seeing that on my debit card it indeed went down the amount I've spent, and then the website telling me they haven't received it, I don't understand. Where did it go? You can't lose money paid electronically. I kindly let the lady know that I WILL NOT pay twice as much money for my items because they somehow "haven't received my payment" even though they confirmed it was purchased through email. Bottom line, they're a scam. They're cheap only because if they take too much, there's going to be someone out there who will sue for grand larceny. I'm not satisfied and I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering anything from TrendsGal.

Stay away don't purchase anything the whole site is just a fraud customer service doesn't really reach out to you after mistakes they made and the customer service number doesn't work UNLESS YOU PLAN ON DONATING YOUR MONEY TO MAKE SOMEONE RICHER AND NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING... P. s THEY WRITE THEYRE OWN GOOD REVIEWS

Tip for consumers:
Don't give them free money because that's basically what you doing when you order from trendsgal they take your money and lie like they're shipping your order but in reality you ain't getting jack

They are stealing my money. Christmas items were never delivered. It's now end of January and they would be happy to help IF I PAID ADDITIONAL MONEY! Otherwise I only get 1/2 of my money back for the purchase.

I opened a wholesaler's account and place an order (most likely larger than most, hence wholesaler) on June 1st. I paid with my PayPal business account and I selected all the shipping perks (tracking, express, etc). A couple days later I receive an email telling me I need to verify my identity and ownership of my credit card. They wanted me to sent a copy of my driver's license and a copy if my credit card. Problem is, I didn't use a credit card, I used my Paypal balance. So, of course, this raised concerned and I questioned them about it. I refused to send my information. A week later they still claimed they could not verify payment, even with me providing the payment id. So I began to request a refund. Final, after days of asking for a refund, they tell me a refund was issued and it would take 5-7 business days for it to show up in my account. That was a total lie. As a PayPal merchant I have issued refunds to accounts and it takes less than a day if the refund is just going to your PayPal account and not a debit/credit card. Eventually, I had to file a case with PayPal. And what do you know, my money was refunded within hours. STAY AWAY! Thank God I used PayPal just in case something like this happened

I ordered FOUR items August 8th! It took EIGHT days for them to even PROCESS my order... It is now October 5th and I have yet received my package. I have emailed them numerous amounts of times and they say the SAME $#*! back to me everytime... "Compensation is when it's been 60 days" BULL$#*! I want my package in that I paid $30 bucks for with MY HARD EARNED MONEY! It's been almost 60 days and I am FED UP! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed my order on 10/3/17, by 10/13 I hadnt heard anything or recieved any email in regards to shipping. I ordered 16 items for a total of 46 dollars and 50+ dollar "expedited shipping." The website says 7-10 business days processing at most. I called after 7:30 CT because they are located in China, you cant get anyone on the phone until late. I spoke to a girl who told me my order would be shipped out within 2 days. I reluctantly decided to wait, another 5 days pass and i finally called back, I was told this time my order was just shipped and they couldnt cancel my order because their warehouse has no phone number. I recieved a tracking number to my trendsgal account the next day which only stated a label was created on 10/3. On 10/23 I finally recieved my order and the close are NOTHING like what the pictures show, the worst product was a deep read sweater as described on their site that was more like 2 pieces of purple felt sewn together with no hemlines. Now i have to pay to ship this junk back and hope for a refund in 7-14 business days. BUYER BEWARE!

Recently I ordered a skirt and a jacket from this website, the emails i received from them are extremely cryptic and unhelpful i filed a complaint with them about shipping time because it said i would receive it in 6-25 days when i payed for priority shipping and it should've come in 6-8 days. Eventually i got it on time for Halloween but the jacket i got looks nothing like the one they show online. The one online is bright pink and thick. The one i received was a dull gray-purple color that was extremely thin and made of cheap material, also it was really small on me when it should have been the opposite because i am a medium and i ordered a large size. Also i tried calling numerous times and i got no answer which makes me feel like an undervalued customer. I would not order from this website again and i'm telling all of my friends not to also. Im trying to send back the jacket and im really hoping they will give me a full refund, but we'll see what happens because iv'e read many bad reviews on this website and would not be surprised if they did not give me a full refund. Overall, this website could do so much better and makes the customer feel very unappreciated.

The thought of getting so many cute things so cheap is too good to be true. First, I paid for EXPEDITED shipping and still took about 3 weeks to receive my order. In that time my tracking info was NEVER available. You cant reach a real person on the number they have just a voicemail. The customer support emails you send you get a auto/generic reply EACH TIME. The shipment finally comes and things are not what's advertised. Items are different colors, different materials. I just WILL NEVER order from here again nor advise anyone else to!
Now 5/11/16- shortly after i wrote this reveiw trandsgal contacted me an said if i removed it they would refund my money, they still have not redunded my money so the reveiw is still up here!

Pffff... they look for my order 20days after! I received message from them one 19 for a order i was place the 1! I hope juste a little i will fend hall the items. Very disapoint... they answer me just when i give a bad review here! You trust one they but its just your money the want. When they get it, they will maybe sent something for you just if they want and on the date the want... i dont know if i will found something

I do not recommend this company or their products. The products are not true to quality, size or color, they are more like dollar store item's, very cheap junk. Shipping is very expensive and long.

I ordered 2 mermaid tail blankets. I ordered in plenty of time for christmas & even Paid extra for shipping to be sure and it still. SAYS SHIPPED OUT. It has said that for over a week. Still no delivery.
I even placed another order once I saw 1st order shipped out.
My money has already been debited from my account ---can NEVER speak to a person
I WANT MY ORDERS. OR. I WANT MY REFUNDS!
I should have read reviews 1st! But I have NEVER had this happen from a company.

I placed my order for 2 blazers on AUGUST 15th, then I got an email saying it shipped out on AUGUST 17th, I was pretty excited at how fast that was, but little did I know that I'd be sitting around waiting for 2 months to finally receive my items. They came in on OCTOBER 11th. I opened the package and thought to myself, wow I'm an idiot I must have ordered childrens sizes... but I knew that couldn't be right because even though I placed the order 2 months ago I remember taking my measurements and ordering according to their chart. Their sizes are whack and shipping methods are god awful... I guess I'll find someone with 6 year old little girls to fit into my adult XL blazers... ridiculous..

Everyone's pissed about they're orders not coming in right away, but did they eventually come in? How were the clothes? Minus the long wait of shipping, are the clothes worth it?

I must say, I am upset none of the items I needed arrived. What's even more upsetting there were hair pieces order for my wedding. If you were not going to send the full order. You should have notified me before sending.The items that were sent cost less than the amount I paid in shipping and customs fees! Imagine, you received $10 worth of merchandise but have to spend $88.47 for shipping and custom fee. This is insane! If you are sending out an incomplete order that cost 80 times more to ship. The two wigs received were matted and in a dirty DHL bag. The only decent item was a shirt. The other items had to be thrown out. As I would not waste my money trying to send back your garbage, you sent to my house. This was first time shopping with you and it was a horrendous experience. Now you have stated it will take 7-14days to return my money for the, merchandise that did not ship? It did not take that long for you received my money. Return it sooner please along with the ridiculous amount I have paid for shipping and customs. What is wrong with you people?!

Their wigs looks nothing like what they advertise, they look like wigs from the 1800's, they are just awful and this place is in China and it is extremely hard to get your money back." Buyer Beware" save your money and save yourself a headache. I REALLY DON'T WANT TO RATE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 21 items, in two different orders. They shipped out 1-2 days later, I used expedited shipping, which is cheaper than standard ONLY when you buy a lot of items. DHL received my packages from Trendsgal 8 days after I placed my orders. After DHL updates your tracking number, it takes 3-5 days for your package to be delivered. (I got my orders today Dec 17th) and I ordered on December 5th. So overall, I got my packages delivered to Texas in a total of 13 days after ordering. The packages from Trendsgal come from Singapore, then to HongKong, then to your nearest airport, then straight to your address. Quality experience::: Cheap. U get what ya pay for. Order a size bigger; Their socks, jewelry, hats, & boots are good though. Stay away from the "jeans" which aren't even denim, and are a very cheap fabric. Overall, its a good deal. But shipping prices are high, since they ship from Asia. So if you have $54 worth of items in your cart, the shipping cost will be about $66. Always choose expedited shipping, so you can get it the fastest AND get a tracking number for DHL. I heard they don't do refunds; also, when you order, DO NOT cancel your order because they WILL NOT give you a refund. They will just keep your money, and not ship it. So don't cancel an order after its placed lol. Good luck & happy shopping!

I ordered around 8 articles of clothing and found the following -

Clothing was way to small, I ordered XXL from their PLus Size range in which I thought was similar to an AU size 18 the reality is they are more closer to a 12/14. Also one of the dresses was tiny, I was shocked it was even considered a XXL.

The quality of the clothing is ok, very thin material and more on the cheaper range such as what you would buy at SUPREE and Australian chain store. It wont last long and underclothes is a must.

It smells funny. All the clothing had a strong chemical stench to it. Should be fine once washed tho.

The customer service was excellent. I contacted them in regards to a shipping item and had a response that day. I was really happy with that.

Fast processing- My items was processed promptly and I received in in two weeks of making the order.

Cheap - It is cheap however what you pay in shipping removes the joy of cheap clothes. I paid over $50 for shipping so I may as well have ordered clothes from an online store in Australia as it was no cheaper for me to buy from these guys due to the shipping.

I think these guys are good and would buy form them again.
