Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again
I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?
This was my 1st order. They took my money, shipped to the wrong address AFTER sending me a confirmation e-mail with the correct address and phone number I provided and then after a month and inquiring they refuse to accept the confirmation email copy sent to them and showed their mistake, they still will not refund my money or reship the order to the correct address and offered only to put points on my account for a discount off a future order. I ordered 3 dresses and a jacket from this site 3 weeks ago with expedited shipping and have yet to receive my order. I tried looking at my tracking information and it says "not updated yet". This is a newer clone site from China with the same scams. Stolen photos used for knockoffs, you will notice the heads cropped off of these ones. Hidden charges for shipping that are added upon delivery. They will never tell you about the actual cost of duty and taxes that can triple your already expensive shipping charge. No customer service, no answers to emails, phone calls(if the number is even real). You will not find an actual address for them either, or there will be a fake one in the US or UK. IF you get your items you will find they have been made in sweatshops, unwearable, stained, ripped, smelling of chemicals, crappy fabric, sized wrong etc. If you want to send them back, you will have to pay that shipping charge as well. The websites use fake security certificates, if you try to click on them they don't function. Don't expect that it is safe because they use PayPal, there is much fine print in PayPal's terms that allows them loopholes to get away with this. Just read PayPal, s forum and you will see. Overall it is risky to shop at any site overseas. It is best to due research before you lose your money

I had no problem placing my order. Got immediate confirmation. Package arrived on the 10th day. Was afraid of what I was going to find in the package because of all the negative reviews I've read. *I decided to take a gamble when ordering and keep it to a minimum so I wouldn't be out a great deal of money if my package was never received. 2 cardigans $12 and an outrageous amount of shipping $17, total over $29.* So when looking at the package, it was small for what I expected as these cardigans resembled thick sweaters in picture. Well I took a chance and got what I deserved after not heeding the reviews. These pieces are disgusting at most. My grandmother wouldn't even wear them. They are absolutely nothing like the pictures! Pieces of thread are all over my floor. Threads sticking out in all the seams of the clothes. The print doesn't even match the photograph. I don't even know how to describe one of the materials. Feels like a filthy bed sheet. My car is pretty dirty right now. I think I will cut these cardigans up into rags and clean it out. Definitely don't want to be out anything more in shipping them back. Steer clear people! Obviously this is a sweatshop!

If you're like me and can't afford much, then Trendsgal is great to order from as prices are extremely low for the items and there are lots to choose from. Quality and appearance of items varies depending on what you order, but if you're not too picky then it shouldn't be a problem. A lot of reviews mention the products are of horrible quality, but if you're expecting top-notch designer or brand name quality you're obviously in the wrong place. For the price, the clothes are really nice and serve their purpose. No button hole? Then cut one. A stitch came undone? Then just sew it back up. Simple as that. It's not like the products are going to fall completely apart the first time you wear them, so if you really like the products and want to save money, go for it! If you are picky or can afford more expensive items, then you may find somewhere else more satisfactory. I ordered clothing and I personally found the women's dresses to be of the best quality (I love the vintage styles!) and there was nothing wrong with mine, so if you're looking for a pretty dress at a good price, I definitely reccommed checking out Trendsgal. And I can't speak for others, my but order was shipped and arrived very fast (I'm in Canada), just expect to pay courier fees based on weight/size, and everything was very neatly packed and clean.
I had purchased SIX (6) shirts, and out of those, four were the wrong sizes/measurements, and the other two had the belts missing (and were also smaller than described). I wanted a full refund PLUS a postage paid label to return the items since the cost would have been over $27.00, which was $3 less than HALF of the total cost. First, they wanted ME to completely measure each one and send photos. I just don't have the time to do that and besides... that isn't my responsibility! They could see all of that upon receipt of the return.
Well, stupid me went through PayPal, which was my first mistake, and PayPal decided that I had to pay the return shipping. EXCUSE ME? The items were literally "crap!" Cheap material and incorrect sizing. One of the garments looked like it had been made from the same cheap stuff they make the cheap Halloween costumes and, no matter how I tried... I sure couldn't get it to look anything like the picture as far as fit! So... I am stuck with SIX (6) cheap, crappy shirts that are too small and have missing belts, and lost $58,. 76 for nothing!
This company is so dishonest that they keep taking my reviews off of their site If you want to email me, I can give you more info. These people are sheisters... that's why their prices are so low. They send you crap because they know you're not going to send anything back because of the return shipping cost. They should be banned from selling in the USA.

I found Trendsgal while looking for a wig online. I found some nice human hair wigs that would fit my fair skin color and hair texture. Trendsgal was the most affordable and had the color options for fair skin. I found the fluffy short wig in an auburn and thought, yes! Ordering was a breeze! The shipping took a few weeks but not long considering I chose the flat rate.
When my wig arrived I was so excited to see how it looked! It was so beautiful straight from the package! All I did was shake it put it on and finger style it and WOW! It looked so good on me! Not wiggy at all! The cap is made well with the adjustment straps in back and one clip in front and one in back at the base of the neck. Inside is made very nice and sturdy, you have a tan stretch material all inside! I like this style, the cut was on point! I did wash it and yes, it is human hair so it felt real nice in the hands to wash. Washing made it even softer! I love this wig and would recommend anyone of any color to buy from Trendsgal because they got it all! This is not an advertisement. In no way am I being told to leave a review, I just really like this site!

Ok, this is my 2nd review following my 3nd order at Trendsgal. At first, there was a small problem with the stock availability. One of my coats was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back since its manufacturer stopped making it. The customer service was very nice and patient to explain the situation to me. I wanted a refund at first but changed my mind after a few hours because I found another color of the same style and size. However, I found out there was one point I don't like, which was the Korean letters at the coat's back. Thus, I was very reluctant, but Jacky was so nice to wait for my final decision. It seemed I changed my mind so quickly but she's always there to help and answer any question I had. I felt lucky that I chose to replace the new color (without any extra charge since it's same price and weight). Both of my parents and sisters complement my coat a lot.
After this order, I'd like to make one thing clear. Trendsgal can divide your order into multiple packages due to stock availability and the ease of packaging + shipping. In my case of expedited shipping, the 2nd package will be immediately shipped right after DHL confirms delivery of the 1st shipment. In short, they ship the 2nd package only after you actually receive the 1st one.
I'm really happy with my purchase after all. Wish everyone feel the same with yours.

Same issue as many of the other reviews. Order was placed on 12/8 and they told me it would arrive in 5-12 days from when the order was shipped. They claim it shipped on 12/12 but the tracking wasn't updated until 12/19 (after several email inquiries). They keep claiming the template response that the order shall arrive in 5-12 business days from 12/12, and won't acknowledge that the UPS tracking shows shipped 12/19 and arrival on 12/28... which is past the 5-12 days they keep claiming. If it is going to take longer, then simply state that from the beginning and I would've have opted for a different delivery preference, but in this case it seems the delay was from 12/8 when the order was placed until UPS shows it shipped on 12/19.
UPDATE 12/28/16- Still have not received the blanket ordered on 12/8, but they have agreed to refund my money due to excessive processing time. Thanks!
UPDATE 12/29/16- Received the package and Trendsgal has offered a refund for the tardiness. Since they handled the mistake I am updating to 3 stars "OK".

I placed 2 seperate orders on Nov 28th and I got 2 emails confirming and had a photo of both packages and said it will take 6-25 buisness days if it's not here by tomorrow which will be the 25th day, I will be contacting a lawyer. And since I can't reach customer service, I'm writing it here so that who ever sees it can get my messege. It's rediculous. I ordered an item at Gordmans 2 days ago and I just received it today. How in the world am I still waiting on these 2 orders!? Fml

I ordered 7 items during cyber week. The shipping label was made on dec 4th it is now dec 10th and after contacting DHL they informed me that t he label has been made but the order hasnt been dropped off to them. I paid for expedited shipping so shouldnt ya'll have atleast gotten it to DHL already?
