Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again
I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?
It says it's supposed to take 5-24 days and I have been waiting for about a month and it hasn't came in yet!

I have really enjoyed my shopping experience, the wide range of products at great prices will have me coming back again and again
I bought two dresses as a Christmas gift for my daughter. They arrived after a very long time(over 6 weeks) and when I opened the packages, I was totally disappointment by their quality and workmanship. The material is substandard and not at all as pictured or described. The workmanship is extremely poor. Stitches are loose and wrinkles are sewn into the openings of the neck and sleeves. Even ironing would not get the wrinkles out as they are sewn into the stitching. I instantly requested a return slip to be generated by generating a ticket which I was supposed to receive a response to it within two days. It never happened. I tried calling their US site in Rancho Cucamonga. No one picks up that phone and the number in China, good luck with that as well.
I generated a second ticket after a couple of weeks of not receiving any response and that one too ended up the same way. No one called, emailed or attempted to resolve the issue. I really don't care if I get my money back at this point. I just want no one else to be cheated out of their money the way I have been. I believe, after the first purchase, no one will return to buy anything from them again because of their unprofessional conduct and substandard items. I will also leave a complaint for Consumer Report site on them because they have a business that is supposedly based in Rancho Cucamonga. Or, it just might be a phone number registered to them and nothing more. There may not be even a building connected to that number. I would not put anything passed this people.
Learn from my experience and the experiences of the others who left negative feed back for them. I wish I had done my research prior to ordering two dresses for Christmas. Please save your hard earned money and do not waste it on their junk items.

First of all its been over two weeks since I placed my order and paid for it and since then its been "processing". Then they take 4 fricking days to respond to my messages then have the audacity to tell me to be patient. Well my patience has now ran out. TIP: EVERYTHING U LIKE FROM THIS SITE CAN BE FOUND ON AMAZON AND AT LEAST THEN U R GUARANTEED WHEN U THINGS WILL ARRIVE! I cant believe I wasted my time with this. I bought gifts for people on this site and now they wont get it because I will be gone before this shipment comes. Plus my clothes that I order for specific events. Should have just stuck to amazon. They know how to treat a customer. Oh and by the way, if u guys are going to have a "live chat" option, make it so it works and stop telling people to submit damn tickets u never read and respond to. I REFUSE TO CHOOSE A RATING OF EVEN ONE STAR BECAUSE THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE TO BE LABELLED $#*!! But I have to because it wont let me submit this if I don't... extremely pissed right now...
P.s. Yes it was expedited shipping and yes I understand the wait, but I am yet to get a tracking number from this site. Where r my fricking products!. If I do not get an answer or my items by dec 14,2015, I am contacting my bank about fraud and getting my money back.

First of all let me say $#*! FACEBOOK FOR HAVING THIS BULL$#*! $#*! SITE LISTED ON THEIR PAGE AS "SPONSORED". Secondly I should've known better when I seen the prices but I saw this one dress advertised and it caught my eye. My birthday is a couple days away so I ordered a dress and shoes and paid $40+ for expedited shipping so it will be here in time for my birthday dinner. Here it is the 6th day after the purchase was made and my order still says processing. They did not hesitate one second to pull the money out of my account. When I go on their site and try to find a customer service number to call and try to cancel my order I was shocked when I heard the recording "the magic jack customer you are trying to reach is unavailable" BULL $#*!IN $#*! $#*! you better refund my $#*!ing money and cancel this imaginary $#*! order. Then I finally go to google and start Reading comments 95% of the are saying the same exact thing I'm going through. I'm convinced they paid the other people with the "my order came right on time and was exactly like in the picture" reviews. I hate site them and Facebook should be sued.

I've spent almost $275.00 on heels back in January 23,2014 and I just received the items February 05,2015 a whole year and a month later, I'm not understanding why in the $#*! MY ORDER TOOK A YEAR

Order from this site 3 months ago until now have not received my package. Contacted them and they said they would help me out. Either refund me partial of what I paid or make me pay another $30aus to resend me package like are you $#*!ing serious. I have ordered form many American sites and never have I had to pay more to get a package resent when not my fault. So we went back and fourth. So I asked for refund. And they said they can only refund 50%. They told me. My order was $28.85 and can only refund 50% of it. And I told them that that is not the correct amount. So i went into my bank statement and saw that I paid them $71.85aus which matched the amount on my receipt on the account I had with them which in usd is $51.83. Then they sent me a receipt which the amount of the clothing was totally different to the receipt in my account. I told them that the receipt they had sent did not match up to my bank statement. Then they went on to say I only paid abit of it. I looked through my bank statement and found that they had charged me twice. They charged me the $51.83($71.85 including PayPal fees) and the $36.65 (50.93aus) mind you I have only purchased one time with them which is this time only never have I purchased with them. I have sent them pictures of so much evidence but they still trying to deny it. They are seriously either dumb or just dumb. NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

Multiple problems with this terrible company.
-Missing two items from my order that they CHARGED me for. No notification and no refund. Customer service is inefficient and unresponsive. They might as well not have one.
-They OVER-CHARGED my credit card. The total price indicated on my order did not match what they charged me on my credit card. (P.S. The transaction was made to nastydress on my credit card so it's probably another horrible sister company.) It's a $10 difference, but it is still money. More importantly affects the credibility and integrity of the company.
-I have purchased clothing online before. I don't expect amazing quality or perfect sizes on these articles, but DAYUMMMM SON, you can't wear this $#*!. Some pieces are see through as hell. Some dresses are way too short. Some of the material will just tear within one wear. It's just too cheap, even for its price. Some of the clothing even makes me itchy when I wear it (after they have been properly washed).
The only thing that did not go wrong is the shipping. I received my order 13 days after it was shipped out. The tracking number corresponded with Canada Post.
Even though I just addressed all these problems, websites like this will never fix them. I am Chinese, and I know these businesses are probably ran by a small $#*!ty warehouse importing dirt cheap clothing from China. They have no intention of accommodating customer issues, HELL, OR EVEN ENSURE THEY DON'T SCAM YOUR GOD DAMN MONEY. I'll consider myself lucky if my credit card does not encounter fraud issues after this order. I usually order from recognized brands and this is my first time ordering from these "trendy" and cheap online sites. My advice is, stay the f*** away from them.
