Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

So after this review I posted below. I finally got my order. And I have to say the quality of the items I ordered are not even close to how they looked in the pictures. The material is very low quality, and as it seems the seamstress abilities are lacking. Some of the items I had to finish sewing myself, as material and triimmings just hung off the item. One item the sleeves were so small I could not get my arms in it to even try it on. The bath suit was cute, but couldn't get it to come up to my shoulders and I ordered a size larger too but I think they must be made for a child. And I am a small women. I will not order from this place again as I feel like I am supporting child labor, per the quality.
I have informed my friends and foe's not to order from this place. Had I known this was not coming from the USA I would have NEVER ordered to begin with. The false statement of your delivery will be shipped in 3-5 days does not mean you get it in a week. Means it is leaving china and you may get it in a month or more. The tracking information is in Chinese so reading where your shipment is impossible. Attempting to call but the no success there either. I know it looks cute ladies, but you are getting exactly what you pay for. If the price is cheap, so are the items.
I made the mistake of making two orders. The stuff look so cute on line. Looks are deceiving. I still have not received my order. My complaint ticket basically is telling me to wait. I am still waiting. I want my money back. SCAMS are cruell.
So as of yesterday, I got a partial delivery of my items. 1 order I had 8 items, I have received 3, quality is so so, but was happy to get it. Trendsgal still owes me 8 items. I am leary if I will get it. I have another order 3 items, NOTHING yet. So 11 items still floating around some where. Had I know (hine-site) this stuff was coming from China I would not have placed this order. However, if I do not get my 11 items, I am going public about this company and their PR relations. I will take it to local TV station and the B&B. I am so tired of people ripping us off for our hard earned money.

I ordered some things but one of them was out of stock (the website still says it's in stock, 3 months later, in the size I ordered but whatever). They offered to switch it out or refund the item (but not also the shipping for said item). I opted to sub another dress. I got a confirmation saying they mailed it 2 days after my original order, but the dress never arrived.
Stupidly, I also placed a second order after reading some reviews that were positive.
I got a confirmation saying it'd been mailed. Fast forward 2 months and I have received the first order but not the subbed item OR my second order.
This is when things get fun. I contact them and start off with the subbed item. They say they'll shipped a replacement and I need to submit a second ticket for my other order. Okay, that's fair. I never received a confirmation email for the subbed item replacement. I'm still waiting to see if it shows up, which it might.
I submit a second ticket for the missing order. I get an apology and they tell me to contact the postal carrier as it's their fault. They offer to refund me $13 on a $35 order (that's 40-something with shipping, btw) or have me pay $18 for them to send it again. I figure the best thing is to pay the new shipping fee and get my items. I ask for a confirmation that the $18 is going toward INSURED shipping so that if it gets lost they can track it.
They ignore my question and ask what I want to do. I ask it again. They apologize and ask what I want to do. I ask the question again -- FIVE TIMES. I ask them FIVE TIMES if the $18 is for insured shipping. I reword the question. I explain that I refuse to pay them more money unless I'm guaranteed to get the items I paid for. They say they are going to refund me $13. I tell them I don't want a refund I just want my question answered before I give them any more money. After the 5th time of them not answering my question, they send me an invoice for the $18 on paypal.
I've opened another ticket. I just want to scream. I just want someone to answer my simple question about this shipping cost.
Tip for consumers:
The stuff I got from the first order was rather disappointing, but no more so than the cheap clothing you get on ebay.

The first time I buy from them, they write me an email saying they got my payment for order number
Order No.: **************651 but when I wrote them to inquire about my order they saidthey had no idea what I was talking about! What order? Apparently myorder is suppose to start with a G but they gave me no such number however they did take my money and put me on stand by for shipping, I even purchased insurance, whatever you do don't buy from these frauds, I wrote them countless times and couldn't get a straight answer other than oh please give us a correct number! I even showed them all the evidence with email headers and everything and they ignored it, absolutely DANGEROUS business, this is a SCAM- I had to open a case with paypal, if you look farther MANY people are having thei sproblem about orders not being filled. With illegitimate order number and so on, do you want to take the CHANCE?
