Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again
I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?
So this seems like its a scam from what EVERYONE says so why don't you just go to Wish and buy these SAME outfits and products

I have had the great pleasure of shopping on TrendsGal for the past two years. When I first came across the website I thought it looked very sketchy because the prices were so cheap and because the clothes were obviously manufactured in China. It took me a couple of days of searching their website before I came across an outfit that I liked enough to risk purchasing.
With that said, I've purchased a variety of outfits since then, ranging from different carriers to different materials and styles. I've gotten a couple of items that didn't match what I expected (typically they were just the wrong size and fit either too big or too small). But TrendsGals customer service is literally the best I've ever experienced. I've written a review for every outfit I've purchased and every single one that didn't fit they've gone out of their way to compensate for it. I've ALWAYS been given the option of either receiving a full refund for my purchase or receiving the same outfit but in a different size, free of charge. And keep in mind that they've contacted ME, I've never sent a complain to customer service. They've always sought my account and left me a kind comment with an apology and a compensation offer.
With customer service like that why wouldn't you buy something? And just like I've had a few purchases that I wasn't very fond of, I've also had AMAZING outfits that I still wear all the time! Honestly, if it weren't for their customer service I probably wouldn't be shopping on TrendsGal as much. Also, it's quite easy to avoid getting the wrong sized item because each outfit has a size chart that varies depending on the vendor and outfit so dont think that wrong sizing happens often! I just take a lot of risks personally haha.
P.S. I am not being paid or anything to write this review. I just honestly think that their customer service is so caring and fair that they're worth writing one.

I purchase 3 different bag sets on December 7th, less than an hour after my first purchase. Each items states it will be shipped in 3 business days. Today is December 19th, and I still haven't received my package. Mind you, I received my first order already. Trendsgal keeps lying and trying to blame it on DHL. They said it was already shipped to DHL, but DHL is being delayed because it's "peak season". I'm not stupid, so I contact DHL on 3 different occasions. They each told me the same thing my tracking info says... They've only received the shipping information from Trendsgal, but they never turned the package over to them. DHL also stated that being peak season doesn't delay them or our packages from being delivered. So when I asked for a refund of my "Expedited Shipping", they offered a 6% discount off of my next purchase. I needed this order before December 24th, and explained that to them on every ticket I've submitted for this order. If I make the purchase on December 7th and pay for expedited shipping, I should already have my order. So my next step, I will be contacting my bank and stopping payment. The good thing about my bank, even with Trendsgal already having my money for 12 days, they can still reverse the charges in less than 30 minutes and get me my money back the same day. I'm giving them until Monday, December 22nd to turn my package over to DHL. If it's turned over by then, I can explain to my family why they don't have their Christmas gifts yet, but will have them soon. If not, I will have to stop payment with the bank and run out in this Christmas madness to get them something.

Update: They released my package on December 21 and I actually received it on December 23rd. Farah, with Trendsgal, was very helpful. She gave me a 20% shipping refund since I didn't get the expedited shipping I paid for. I will continue to be a Trendsgal shopper because I do love their products.

The is an update on my review. My last package came in on time. Farah, a CSR with Trendsgal.com, made sure I had a 20% refund since I didn't get the expedited shipping I paid for. I started out being excited to order these 2 beautiful corsets! Then some weird stuff happened. I had three orders pending! I canceled 2 of them... the first one I will admit was my own fault. Then I tried calling them at 10am all day I got the voicemail... Then I did some research to find out what was going on. All the reviews I read said it takes forever its a scam blah blah blah and I started to believe it and sent in a bunch of tickets for it to be fixed. One night at around 10pm I decided to call and give it one last shot. I GOT THROUGH it was a very nice lady who spoke very fluent English. I asked her where they were located she stated CHINA. That would explain the fact that you cant call during the day THEY ARE ON A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE SO CALL AFTER 9PM. She canceled my order for me and refunded me on full. They are a real site. The reason it takes SO LONG IS BECAUSE THEY ARE IN CHINA which its states in the description on the site. Order from the orient! You can add at least 2-3 weeks for it to go through customs.
