Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again
I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?
I would recommend this site to my friend and family definitely. The items were very cheap and I didn't have an issue receiving them. I was a little worried at first when I fist received my confirmation receipt but everything worked out. I paid for 6-8 days shipping and I received my items in 7 days exactly. I love this website and I will be ordering more items.!
I love TrendsGal, their shirts. I have already ordered one, It flows on my body type perfectly. And its so comfy. I usually wear XL to XXL in US sizes. I have wide shoulders and ribs but this piece was still fit on me as the loose flowly style I like. The black tassel and design on the shirt are beautiful. It is a great buy! I am impressed.
Horrible horrible horrible. Ordered September 3,2015 it is now October 22nd and I just received my order. 2 out of the 7 items I ordered looked somewhat similar to what I ordered. Guess that's what you get for bargain shopping. Thanks Trendsgal. Fabulous way to treat your paying customers.

I was a bit skeptical to order anything from this site due to the bad reviews about similar websites, but since they were beyond affordable prices (even after shipping), l decided it was worth it. One of my orders (G**************-03/30/2016) was absolutely perfect! I didn't have to wait too long to receive them. I believe it was like two weeks tops and they fit so well. They matched the picture exactly and were high quality, in my opinion. My only problem was with a blue peacock designed bathing suit that had a crochet top and the bottoms had these cute tassels. One of the tassels completely fell apart before I got to wear it, and it broke my heart. I contacted Trendsgal and they did everything they could to help me and I'm very satisfied with the outcome and their customer service team. **My opinions are completely mine and based on my experience with the website

This was a terrible site. The shoes I ordered only fit children and they were intended for adults. A BIG waste of money. They would not take them back without me paying a lot for shipping. NEVER AGAIN!
Rosewholesale.com, trendsgal.com, rosegal.com, are all the same site. I ordered 3 dresses and 3 necklaces on 02/10/2015, I received 1 dress and 3 necklaces. When I try to submit a ticket it just says loading, I tried calling a number listed under their contact us tab, but, no luck. I like the dress and jewelry, by the way I'm 5 foot 9,132lbs. My items were also priced considerably lower on the invoice than what I paid.

I am a new online boutique and ordered several pieces of clothing from TrendsGal. The items I received were ok, but mostly less quality than expected. One sweater in particular was not AT ALL what the photo showed. I have attached the photo online and the one I received. I had to pull out the HOT PINK string that came with the orange sweater. Due to lack of boxes (I guess) in China, the shipping package looked like an EGG. Seriously, everything was shoved in a sack as full as possible and taped into a ball when sealing it. LOL Below are some recommendations on items I received, good and bad. Oh and don't bother sending them bad reviews on items because they won't post them, so their reviews on THEIR site are worthless.
Tip for consumers:
They do NOT post negative reviews on their site. I posted a few over a month ago and none are showing up.

***12/24/2016*****. Ordered 8 mermaid blankets, paid expedited shipping and it's one day before Christmas! I called DHL and they said they have not picked up the package and this company is in Singapore! ****UPDATE****01/16/2017**** Recieved All my items a week after Christmas. All 10 items where received. "On a scale from 1-10, All mermaid blankets where a 6." Yes, I would order from them but expect your items to be delivered up to 2 weeks after the fact.
I think they charge expedited shipping to cover the expensive rates of having your items delivered from over seas and or they are short staffed and behind on orders...

Ordered some clothing and shoes from this company. Never received them, after contacting customer service for the 10th time, I keep getting the same response "Be patient", be patient? It's been 6 months since I put in my order. Also, I keep getting the same person at customer service leading me to believe there is only one person working there and after looking at the other complaints, I'm sure she is really busy. I will never purchase from them again, and I urge everyone to stay away from this company. I wish I could give them 0 stars, but they won't let you put anything less than 1.

I bought 15 items all at once and trendsgal shipped really quick, even though mine was a big package. When the items arrived they were the same as photo, and the quality you will expect for the cheap price, some of the clothes have really good quality and some are cheap material but i'm happy to wear it comfortably for more than 3 times (my playsuits and formal dresses). Overall i am very happy with my shopping experience with trendsgal and i'm planning to buy more from the website. They have fast customer services as well

I have been shopping with Trendsgal for about two years. At first I purchased a couple of things to see what the items would be like as for the quality. I wasn't disappointed at all. Products way better.
If I have a question or problems with any thing they get back to me in 24 hours. Than the issue is settled quickly. Sometimes I like the product that I brought from Trendsgal that I have made four purchases of the same thing four different times.
This is a great place to shop. Shipping is on how fast or not you pick the shipping time.

I had ordered 3 different orders and after waiting 2 months to receive them and after trying to call all the phony phone numbers and trying to write them using their form that never worked no matter how many times and ways and of course the tracking numbers did nothing to help. I rembered I used PayPal to pay with. Thank goodness or would have been out of $65. Contacted them and they got right on the case and did research and got my money back from these crooks. I learned my lesson.

I order from Trendsgal before had a good experience. Receive my items within a week from $100.00 worth of items and for me not to have all my items when delivery come it was very sadden and disappointing. I also tried to contact them by phone and the phone # does not exist for the US # and says it's a magic jack number and they don't have a message that you could leave. You could not get the online chat support that you needed. I had to submit a ticket just for some one to respond by email. I just got order to day and sign for it but didn't know until I open it that 3 of the items was missing. If I don't get in 24 hour response like there website promise then I will notify my bank and have them credit me for the three items that's missing and a portion of the shipping that suppose to be paid for those three items.

I've been buying from trendsgal for almost 5 months now and my experience has been great! I order swimsuits almost every week and I pay for express shipping and I have my items within 7 business days! I love the site and would recommend any of my family and friends to use this site! I am not being paid for this rating it's my very own experience and decision to write this post!
I ordered my things on Dec 14th and paid like 20 dollars in shipping for the 6-8 days shipping and they're still not here. I'm super unhappy about this and reading all these other reviews is making me think they might not even come. These are Christmas gifts too so this is all really crappy. I will never order from this site again for sure, but I just want my stuff to come for what I paid for!

I ordered my blanket in the middle of august and have not recibe anything. Upon checking the tracking info I saw that it had been processed to ship until sept 1st and basically have almost waited a month for it. Still no blanket at this rate winter will come and go before I receive it.

I placed my order over a month ago and nothing. I received two emails saying it has been shipped one two different days; and when I asked them about it they told me the had split my order. I paid for tracking and my tracking numbers don't work. Their customers service sucks. They should not be a business.

Expect to wait 3 month or more for you order and it will arrive in multiple packages sporadically. The quality will be terrible as well as the sizing. The pictures on the website are the product that they are making cheap knock offs of not the actual product you will receive. Save your self the headache and disappointment.

I asked for my money back when this company said they no longer had the item in stock and would give me a coupon for something worth 1.5x the value. A refund was not an option they offer. I received only a "case closed response" in extremely broken English and no way to contact them nor a way to leave a review. I do not expect any money back nor do I expect anything in the mail. Please beware. This is not a reputable company. I should not have let my teenager talk me into ordering. Live and learn.
