Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

I placed a order beginning of March and have only received 1 item from a order of like 16. I submit a ticket on their website but it just say the same thing. Give it 15 to 25 days... it's way passed that and i tried to call the number that is provide and it just ring or say the magic jack number is not available. Total scam and I would never recommend this site to no one... for standard shipping it cost me the amount of my order... order came to $76 and shipping came to $57. Which is ridiculous never had to pay that much for standard shipping before in my life. I will be putting this on facebook, twitter and Instagram. Its already something going around instagram that this site is a scam so ppl is up on it. If I can put a negative rating I would

None of my clothes looked like the actual website picture. I ordered 3 dresses and they all look like shirts. One of my dresses was suppose to be sweater material and it is not. It took a while for me to get my things. This website is not worth spending your money on. I will not buy from this website again.

What you see is not what you get. They get the pictures online than they try to make the outfit out of similar materials. Poorly made and cheap material. Don't bother resolving they use the "I don't understand your question" line. Scam! As if the other reviews didn't already mention that lol. What I don't understand is why they have not been shut down? It's an obvious scam. They are stealing money basically when showing you something and you get something else in the mail.

I ordered an item on 10/19. It was collected from a "Hasaan". I counted the days, & expected my outfit last week Thursday. I have been trying to contact this company for days... hour after hour... nothing! I am waiting for PayPal to return my money. Do not buy from this site. And, if you look at the responses, it is a generated one.
I want my money back & hope you are arrested for the fraud you commit daily to people. Just not fair!

I've order with them a few times and they always delivered. When I have a question and messaged them, they're always very quick to reply and very helpful about it. I always chose expedited shipping which is for some reason cheaper than their flat rate. And every time I order, I receive it within 10 days. Prices are great and will definitely order from them again and again. I dont only order for me but I also order for my lil girl and she loves it. I recommend giving them a try. I would like to make it clear that no one ever asked me to do this review. I just like that shopping through them saves me a lot of money and they've never disappoint.

The order took weeks to ship. The sizes we very small. I am a medium sized male yet the jumpers I ordered came higher than my navel and short arms - all very tight. I received no email nor electronic receipt. I received no reply from the company emails on the PayPal receipt. As I paid through PayPal the result of the dispute was that I had to pay postage to send 3 jumpers back... TO CHINA! This cost more than the price of the goods. PayPal offered to refund all my money back once I explained this to them. Have to be careful of these overseas companies. I didn't realise. Thankfully I paid through PayPal.

I've ordered a few times from Trendsgal and they've always been great quality and good shipping time.
Never have had a problem with them:)
I brought a dress and it is now my absolute favourite!
The swimmers are so cute!
They are my go to shop :) I always go to Trendgal first when shopping online :)

I came across this website and the cute fashion apparel that they offer just pulled me right in. I was very aware that the products would be shipping from China, so I was kind of hesitant to purchase from the website. I did a little research and I decided to give it a go. The clothes are just too cute to pass up and for that price, I thought I had nothing to lose. Before every purchase, I made sure to read the description for every item I wanted to purchase. Size and material is a big thing for me so I made sure that all the clothing would fit me by reading measurements and that I knew what material I was purchasing. So far every one of my purchase, I am very pleased with. The clothes is so unique and discounted and that's why I continue to shop there. Shipping can take quite a while but it's worth it!

I purchased a paint splattered sweatshirt from this site prior to my checking the reviews on Google. To my dismay, I thought I might not ever receive the purchase, or if it came, would be a piece of junk. I was pleasantly surprised in that it was delivered in less than 11 days, and it was just what I had hoped it would be. I am most satisfied with my purchase and with this site.

I was shocked at the prices on this website even with the high price of shipping it's still really great deals to be had. The products were great quality and the shipping only took about 5-7 days. When I had one slight issue with one of the products out of the 40 I bought, they were quick to respond to me and gave great customer service. I have since ordered from them again and I'm sure I'll be going back for more in the future!

I purchased 2 items and chose expedited shipping (7 business days). I still haven't received any items after 7 days and no update from them. I contacted customer service, and they said the products have been shipped. No idea where the items are or when they'll be delivered. No further answers from customer service when I asked for up to date tracking information. I'm about to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

WARNING!
Do not order from here! (Rosegal, Dresslily and Twinkledeals)
They come from China and it takes forever (months)! When your order finally comes in, its nothing but JUNK! It doesn't even look like what the model are wearing! A lot of people do not even get their order! They never message you back and you probably will never get a refund! The worst quality of clothing, 10 times worse than the Dollar Stores! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It's not spreading gossip. I have tried emailing and private messaging you many times and you don't reply. It's out of my hands now, PayPal is reviewing it.

I originally wrote a review voicing my displeasure and frustration over not receiving a package. I was contacted by a Customer Service agent who was very empathetic and offered to refund me in full for my purchases I never received. Not only that, but it was the same CSR each time, which was helpful. They refunded me in full, in a very timely manner (in a matter of hours it was in my PayPal). Although the package loss is out of their hands after it leaves shipping, they took responsibility and offered to give me my money back. I am very appreciative for the Customer Service I received. It's also worth metioning that each time i replied to my ticket, they responded within 24 hours. Thank you Trendsgal support team for handling my ticket in a timely and professional manner!

I placed an order on 5/19/2016 and have not received my order yet. They continue to say it has been shipped out, at this point I want my money back because this is ridiculous. I would not advise anyone to shop through this site.

It's pretty good for cheap clothes but the shipping in some places might cost a bit but it's still cheaper than regular stores. Customer service is amazing and totally makes up for the shipping prices and saving with T points is a great thing.

Trendsgal, since this seems to be the only way too contact this business, please refund my account. I was hoping to at least have gotten a response from you based on my previous message but nothing. All I wanted was to have my items that I have been waiting to long for be shipped out to me today, but after the response, or lack there of, I am just requesting a refund. I got my order of shoddy, and nasty watches. One had the glass broken, (how could that happen?) another one the band was broken, and the third was the wrong color.
I have tries to send photos but then the site says wrong Capcha, but wont let me change it'
They just want me to keep sending over and over again. They aught not to be trading.
Will throw their trash in the garbage.

This company has great celebrity sponsors such as EL Chapo, "Pill" Cosby and Subway Jared just to name a few. All the outfits showed major camel's toe and muffin top. I love feeling like a cheap hooker with these outfits. Keep up the good work guys and please send me the El Chapo autographed kilo please!

It was my first time buying clothes online and come to think of it, it's a swimwear!
I'm hesitant if should I go with it or not. But I gave it a shot.
Shipping was fast but it's really expensive, I hope they can do something about it. But it takes onyly 2 weeks for me to received it.
The quality is pretty good and it' fits me well. I look sexy wearing this!

I loved the clothes I got from trendsgal, they looked great and the were very inexpensive. I had a good experience with their customer service and received my package on time with everything I ordered. I will definitely shop there again!

While I did receive the item I ordered it's the wrong size. Also the garment has a chemical smell almost like gasoline. If I had paid attention to the country of origin (China) I definitely wouldn't have purchased from this site. Save your money it's crap

What kind of scan are you running! I canceled an order, seconds after I made it, and the payment was taken out. Then days later the original order was shipped out. I have been trying to call and submitted support tickets. I want my money returned or I shall press fraud charges.
