Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

I've recently placed an order and now I can't log on to the site because it refuses to accept my password. Spent 30 minutes talking to Chloe who informed me that the password had been changed and that I could now proceed. I still can't. Today I can't get on to live chat, and after Trendsgal promising to get back within 24 hours they don't. I'm really wishing I hadn't placed an order now... the business is either a complete scam or unbelievably inefficient...

Items not at all like their picture. Not worth the money and I certainly can't sell them for any more.
Crushed handbag that will look aweful on display and can't be sold for profit
Shoe boxes without lids and crushed
Strange fitting on ankle strap
£90 down the drain!

I love ordering from Trendsgal. I've been shopping with them for about 2 or 3 years now. I'm always receiving my orders on time. They have some good items and prices are also good. I love the clothes line, bags and of course the wigs.
I just recently order from them. G************** on the 15/11/2017... I give them a 100 on the ratings. I will be ordering again soon.

I ordered a dress from this site and it was my first time buying from them. I actually have a very good experience! My dress arrived in just to weeks, and I´m in Spain and it was exactly as the picture.
I didn´t have to contact custom service so I can review that but everything was perfect for me.
I´d buy from them again

I ordered a dress for engagement pictures at the beginning of August and it is still not here! I have contacted customer service and they just keep telling me the same thing and won't give me my money back. It is past the time that I need my dress and no longer have use for it. This site is a joke and I recommend never shopping from this site. If I could give negative stars I would.

Wow, I really wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased my items. I paid for 2-3 day shipping, it has now been 2 weeks. I am so so sorry some of you wonderful people have been done wrong, I am reporting this to the news asap, also the BBB, I am going on every major site to spread the news about Trendsgal.com. Order numbers are not popping up and the number does not work. I bet they are going to reply with the same bs they replied to with the other reviews. This is ridiculous. At first I excused the lateness, because of the holidays, but not anymore after reading your reviews.

I placed an order then read the reviews. My heart sank thinking DAMN I might not get these awesome clothes. But here is what happened to me... I placed my order on 2/6/16 and received an email about a week later stating my order was shipped out. I tried the tracking number but couldn't see where the package was so I just hoped it would get to me. Well I got my order yesterday and I am thrilled with my clothes. They are true to size ordered and very nice quality. One of the dresses I ordered was out of stock and didn't come with the first order but I received an email yesterday that it is on it's way. It is obvious that this company is oversees most likely China and when I received my clothes my first thought was that they were probably made by poorly paid women and children. BUT I thanked them for making me such nice clothes and sent it out to the Universe. I really didn't have any issues with my order.

These shoes look nice on feet, but it is difficult to put them on. So they are good if you want to put them in the morning and take out in the evening. But if the shoes need to be changed during the day a few times, like in my case, there is an issue. Overall, I give these shoes 4 stars.

I purchased three wigs from this site during Christmas 2015. I gave two of the wigs a negative review, however they did not post the negative reviews only the positive one. Plus I was suppose to get plus points for reviews with pictures, that did not happen either.

The pictures look great and like you're buying something very cute but it's honestly a piece of crap. What I got doesn't look anything like the pictures and is not close to the right size. Everything is see through and the material is very very cheap. The products are basically handmade and whoever made them doesn't know how to sew worth crap. The shipping takes forever and it's definetly not worth the time. They will take your money and don't expect to get any refunds. Never buy from the website. It's all a lie

I ordered almost $100 worth of stuff 1/08/16 and i still have not recieved anything. I am angry. I have sent 2 tickets to them in the last 2 weeks and they are still being processed. It says they would respond in one business day. I want my money back. I am getting in touch with someone to shut this place down. Its awful.

I was excited to try a new company online and now I wish I never did they were very prompt in taking money out my account sept 3 and now it oct 6 and still haven't got my product then when you contact them its a pre set email wait 10 to 14 days then 14 to 25 days whats up with that then they give you a tracking num you cannot track and trust me I have bought stuff from amazon via china and received my stuff in two weeks and was able to track package so whats your excus

Tip for consumers:
ps the customer service num when you call is a magic jack num what company has magic jack and second the mailbox filled and hey cant even take your message so sad

Ordered a dress and a coat. Dress came. Okay. Not the best quality, but for the price it was hard to complain. The coat? Who knows. I never got it. Customer Service kept telling me to wait because it was coming. THEN they made me check with my local post office (I checked both near us) I can't track it, I didn't send it. They WON'T track it, and won't refund my money.
STAY AWAY. Stuff is cheap, but you get what you pay for... well, IF you get it. For all I know, they only send out every other order.

What a selection on this site! I purchased a long sleeveless dress for a summer wedding-hoped the size was true and all. When it arrived, I found out that it fit perfectly and was beautiful, comfortable and rather sexy! Recommend!

So I was on trendsgal shopping for an occasion as wholesale and after checking out my total was about $88 then later my shipping and handling came to be $184 that is not including my total. Then I added a coupon code and that made my total $303. Does that raise concern that this could be a scam site? Coupon code are suppose to reduce your price not increase.

Trends gal... do you have an automated response... as you have asked me to "leave my order number here"... if you had really read my review... you would have read my order number... but so you can see it "here"... again it is: G**************... and how about replying to my MESSAGES if you are concerned with my bad experience... better still... just put my money back where it came from... then I'll be happy...

31/10/2012: I am happy to say I have received a full refund. The dress I received was nothing like the picture shown on the Trendsgal website... more dishonesty. Initially I was offered refund for price of item only... but I had paid for expedited shipping-so that was double the price of the item... and was no quicker to arrive-hence, I was not happy with that offer. Dealt with "Farah" again, and got all my money back... gratefully, but with disappointment that this had to occur in the first place! Pity these dishonest sites can't be wiped out...

Trendgal said it was delivered, and someone picked it up. However, there was nothing at my door, or in the apartment office. It was never delivered no one answered the phone, have emailed 3 times, and they said they can't go anything because it a USPS issues. However, the tracking number doesn't even work for the USPS. SO unfortunate. I really wanted. H items. I either want my refund or my wig.

Told company I will be moving from previous address and they said it will get to me before hand sent several emails and even wrote a letter to ask for my money back and still no reply and we are now in December so what do I do now? Post office keep telling me nothing there for me all my emails have my phone and both addresses to correspond to me but to noavail

I bought a swimsuit from trendsgal I am a US large so I ordered a large the label has a large tag, but this swimsuit is so small my teenage daughter who wears a size 3 fits her perfect. The colors were not as vibrant as the ones shown in the picture either. Also said first time buyer would receive a $50 coupon for future purchases... didn't get it. They say will be shipped in 5 days took 10 days to get into shipping and 3 weeks for delivery. As for DHL who delivered it was raining so you just tossed it out the window ( my neighbor watched them do this) shame on you trendsgal and shame on you DHL.

I had ordered some clothing a month ago and I still have not received my shipment. I contacted them but they are just lousy. All they said the item I had ordered was a hot item. My shipment didn't get created 2 weeks after the order. I do I have a tracking number but UPS has not received it. So it's still in their warehouse. I am never ordering from them again. Lack of commitment. Bad customer service. I just hope their items aren't as cheap as the company is.

Okay I will give a two for them sending me the cheap looking dress. The dress looked nothing like the picture they post. Also I had to threaten to sue them so they could send me the horrible looking thing. I will never order from trendsgal again and thank God I didn't spend that much but unfortunately the dress will be something I sleep in.

Love this Ring Set, It is so much fun to play with mix and match. You can wear it on one hand or on both hands and you can even wear some ( the smaller pieces) as toe rings. It is amazing. They make a funky gift and I can only recommend it!
You can wear them one by one as well. Great buy!
