Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

Great company. Site is easily navigated, products are great quality. Pay attention to the sizing charts they are dead on. Customer service has answered any and all my questions promptly and politely. They are my new go to! Thank You for a great buying site.

My product was amazing. It took less time processing and shipping than it said. I ordered It January 6 and it was processed the next day! It was extremely quick to order and it is really cheap (meaning low price). I think this is the best website for buy everyday items. My order number is G**************.

I ordered from them 3 times. My first order came in 2 days and I was very pleased with it. I am waiting on the next 2 orders now. I can truly say, the only thing that I am not pleased with is the shipping cost. They are the only company that I have ordered from, that are ridiculous with their shipping cost. As a VIP member, I feel that shipping should either be free or at least a flat fee of $25-50 to VIP members. Something should be done about that because it is not fair.

I recently purchased clothing from trendsgal and I've never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with an online purchase! Every item I ordered was not what was pictured. Too top it off it was all cheaply made. Things like two different cup sizes in shirts, panties that are extremely tight in the legs but insanely loose in the buns and two different length knee highs! I truthfully reviewed these items and the reviews were taken down within the hour. The biggest kicker though is that they are run by the same company that runs sammydress, a site that is notorious for terrible quality and even worse customer service! If you're thinking about buying from either site just don't, please girl just don't! If I could rate trendsgal as a zero I wouldn't think twice.

Verified purchase

Purchased several harness bra items and paid for the 7-10 working days option. The package arrived safe and sound after 8 working days.

Quality of the items was much better than I was expecting and of a higher standard of similar items purchased from other websites in the past.

Highly recommend and will be reordering ASAP.

Product wise, I wouldn't buy clothings from here but My past experience with them left a bad taste in my mouth because they charge so much for shipping but if anything goes wrong with delivery and you don't get your items, they'll do nothing about it and you'll loose your money altogether. A better option would be Amazon or Aliexpress.

It's true what they say, you get what you pay for. I made the stupid mistake of ordering over $200 in clothing from TrendsGal. The actual order came within 7 days. That's probably the best thing I could say about it. Firstly, they shorted me three pieces that I ordered but didn't bother to refund the money to my account. Second, don't be fooled by the product in the photos. That's NOT what you're getting. The items they actually send out are completely different and of the most horrible quality. Some of the pieces I received were already falling apart! Lastly, the difference in coloring and fabric quality is laughable. NEVER, NEVER buy from them. Now I have a box full of crappy clothing with no response from TrendsGal, after three days, as to how to go about getting my money back. BTW, their website says they resolve issues within one business day. Fortunately I paid using PayPal and have filed a claim with them.

I ordered a couple of dresses from this site cause of their incredible prices. I paid for my shipment to be done via fedex plus tracking number meant to take 3-7days. I receive an email saying that my shipment is coming via EMS (6-10 days) the tracking no provided does not check at all.am very angry just waiting to see whether they will get me my things. I am never shopping here again its waste of time people should check dresslink managed by people in the states its just the best and cheaper shipping that's delivered within 3days. I wish I checked the reviews before I ordered.

I am beyond excited to receive so many items for such a low cost. Endless selection of options - There really is something here for everyone and more! It is easy for me to spend a long time browsing new styles on Trendsgal haha. New items added every day and always great promotions with huge discounts on most popular items. Love the cute beach coverups and summer dresses. I carefully check size charts and try to select things I know will look good on my body type. I receive compliments often on my fashion from this store and happily recommend Trendsgal. Very quick and polite customer service. No issues with shipping, delivery was quick.

Do not order from this site! They do not ship your items, charge you for them, and then just keep giving you the ticket number and email. Be patient. I placed my order Dec 25,2014 was told they would be here in 10 days I am still waiting. Wait I did do is contacted PayPal for help and they seem to be making progress! So for those of you getting charged and not getting you items call PayPal they even said they have had many complaints with this site. Grrrrr

So I thought I would just put this out there. I sent this Oct 11th, we will see how it goes... I was getting ready to place a large order then I saw the shipping go up for each item /too high! Then I checked reviews and found out it takes way too long to get items and that things often are different than pictured, often missing items, often damaged items. Also, I sent a question about the shopping cart and never got an answer only a ticket number. So, if I were to order from you, would you give me better price on shipping? What assurances can you give me that you will ship immediately and that the items will be quality and undamaged? First indication will be if I get a reply in 24 hours as you state.

My friend and I were testing the quality of the clothing on this site for possible resale in our boutique. Amazing prices... wonder why? Could not believe the piece of crap that was delivered after a few weeks of waiting. I ordered a citrus colored, flowy dress in Large with long, split sleeves. The thing I received from China was nothing like what I ordered. It was a cotton candy pink, child sized shirt, with no label, strings hanging off of it and obviously handstitched. Looks like something I might have made back in the day in middle school Home Ec. Class Chinese child labor, perhaps?

I ordered a necklace from this bogus site in January. I waited and still haven't received anything. I called the number to only get a answering machine. I have sent countless emails only to get told that I would get a reply within 24 hours which of course I never do. Fortunately, I have contacted Pay pal to get my money back. I am also contacted the BBB and FDC to file a complaint. I am hoping to find others who have had bad experiences with this company to seek legal action against them!

Attention buyers beware! I own a large online company, and Trendsgal after taking my payment refused to ship my order unless I sent them my copy Dl# and Copy of my Credit Card. I contacted Paypal they said why would they need that when we paid them. The risk is our not theirs! DO NOT SEND THEM this they told me. If you are doing business or thinking about it run!

I ordered a black beanie (winter hat) they intentionally sent me the wrong color without telling me anything... I emailed them with a picture and they're response was unbelievable... when they don't have the color you wanted they pick a new color for you. They should remove the color from the selection on order page, or call/email asking a second choice color... they refused to fix my order. Also I ordered the kitty ear beanie and the ears are sown on sideways... never again... this was the worst shopping experience ever.

www.trendsgal.com I used to order from this site before a couple of times and recently I made an order and somehow they they divided it into 4 packages. I got very upset because I contacted them for at least a good 2 months and they're doing nothing for me. At least six of the items were damaged and the blow dryer doesn't even heat up. Not only that I still haven't received one of my packages... I emailed them I chatted with them and they are doing absolutely nothing. I asked him to refund me for all the damaged items and for my package I didn't receive and they refuse to do anything they keep telling me they will contact me back and they have done absolutely nothing. I spent so much on this website and not one marchandise is true to their advertsing. Everything is cheap material and wrong. The materials leak in chemicals and colors are way off to their advertisement.

Worst customer service. Also if u choose to return u have to pay and their address isn't even stated on their packaging.

They say that labels should be attached for returns but my stuff was sent with NO labels. Also none of my materials had side label for fabric information. I'm so mad at this website for the money I wasted and poor quality I recieved.

Never would recommend this site to anyone.

I have been shopping with Trendsgal for about 4-5 months now and honestly they are very quick and very responsive to my orders and messages. There stuff is quite nice and reasonable. I can sit for hours on this website and shop for clothing all day long and mind you sometimes i "really" do. Great site will continue to shop with them. Only one thing is that i wish more of the clothing came in more plus sizes like 3xl and 4xl since not much does fit me.

I wanted to let everyone know that the product I received from Trendsgal, the Faddish Fluffy Long Wavy Black BT Blonde Lace Front Heat Resistant Women's Synthetic Wig was the best online purchase of a wig I have made, ever! The quality is first-rate, the wig is well-constructed and after repeated wears, still holds it's shape and luster. I even got many complements on the wig! Trendsgal's website allowed for easy check-out and easy payment options. It was the best transactional experience I have made online. I will definitely shop again at Trendsgal!

Why are you selling American women swimsuits that are made for Asain women and the picture of a white large busted female, nor the description states that. I spoke to your company and also received an email stating these suits were made for Asain women. Then you won't give me my money back!

Im so pissed off right now with this stupid web-site, because I purchased 2 cute outfits back in January of the first week, and still didnt get my packaged. I`ve waited too long for it and it`s already the first of the month of Febuary, will somebody help me because I Wasted my money, buying online when I should of known this website is to good to be true, stupid mother****** wanna sell $#*! and take customers money! Ordered two dresses in September waited 30 days then contacted customer support to find out the status of my package. They told me to wait 15 more days. So I did, no package. Then they asked me to jump through multiple hoops in order to investigate where my package is. News flash, I am the customer and I shouldn't have to investigate your mistakes. Never using there services again.
