Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

Ordered a spoon rest from them on 5/12. Still have yet to receive it. Finally after waiting three weeks I went on to Amazon and ordered one and got my spoon rest from them in two days. I no longer even want their spoon rest anymore and I will never do business with this company again. I will stick to Amazon or even Ebay. At least with those sites I get my stuff in a reasonable time frame and Amazon especially has good prices for their items. I can no longer stand this company, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Two months to wait for an item is way, way, way too long. I finally received a refund for my item around July 12th. I am still angry about this issue.

I made my first purchase few weeks ago including 4 items (at a cost of AU$60+) and all the products were exactly what I ordered. The size, colour, material, fit were just what I wanted and ordered. I mistakenly ordered a bigger sized dress and the team was very kind and helpful to make a refund as they did not have the smaller size. I am very very happy with Trendsgal and I am in the process of placing my second order very soon. I recommend Trensgal to everyone!

Its A Lovely Site With Plenty To Choose From... My 1st Order was a swimsuit, it came within the same month i ordered it and it fits me just rite, now im ready for the summer! Thanks Trendsgal, ill be buying more soon!

I think I finally found my one stop shop. Trendsgal taught me a big lesson... do your due diligence and go deeper than just seeing things at face value ~ especially if your intentions are to transact business. I searched for a long time for decent dropshippers to work with before I came across Trendsgal. My main priority was to find a vendor that had reasonable wholesale prices but most importantly, to back up my reputation if ever needed. Not only do they offer LOW, LOWEST prices to be found on the internet, but they were QUICK to fix and answer any questions/issues I had. Their customer service process is the best I've seen thus far. So many perks & support, I feel they're working for me and not the other way around, Thank you TG!

First let me start off by saying I never do reviews but I really felt like it was necessary with this company because the service was terrible. When I placed my order I paid for expedited shipping. Needless to say it took my order over 3 weeks to come. I had to file a dispute through pay pal in order to get my receive my items. The money was taken immediately out my account but when I would email the seller to see what's going on with the order they never responded. When I finally received the items I purchased I was very disappointed. The quality of the clothing with poor. I will NEVER order from this company again. I advise anyone who is thinking to order from this company not to.

They definitely went above & beyond what was expected. I ordered a top & pants in one size which always fits me but the designer made them xtra small so couldn't even get them past my legs. I mentioned it in a review & i heard from Transgal right away & offered me a refund without me asking. I was used to other companies just saying too bad. I accepted the offer & got my money refunded - a first for me in this situation & i shop a lot of places.

Last time I ordered from Trendsgal, I used expedited shipping, so I received the items quickly with nothing missing. I made another purchase in January for a few jewelry items and selected flat rate shipping. While they uploaded a picture of the package for me to see on my order, I never saw the package in person-- it is April and still no package. I contacted them and they offered me a half refund, which I appreciate, but I would've loved to actually receive what I ordered. I recommend that if you order anything, select expedited shipping. That's really the only way to receive your package. If you buy insurance, you can get a full refund if you don't receive it.

The red bag w/black cat and fish is so cute. I had purchased this bag from another site, but it had ripped so this one is a replacement. I did notice that the lining in this one is a lower quality and the zipper zips in the opposite direction of what I prefer, but the color was a better red than the faded red from the other site. Overall, this is a super cute bag that I get lots of comments on. My item did come within the expected time frame.

Sssssssooooooooooo I had my order submitted but stayed processing for a few days. Confused and worried I contacted support. They were very prompt and polite in their response which surprised me. Apparently I didn't finish the process with their PayPal which confused me, usually you enter your card information then submit and it goes through. They sent me two different invoices to confirm payment one was $206 and the other was $216. I only placed one order so I have no idea why there were two different invoices at two different prices. Needless to say since it was still processing I canceled. The reviews on this site really worried me and the fact that I had to go through PayPal and there were two price invoices really scared me. When I work up the courage I'll order a small shipment so if anything happens its small loss not $216 dollar loss. If the canceled process has any issues I'll post about it.

I love Trendsgal! The price is right, and the quality is the same as other clothing I have bought. I simply READ the measurement charts, and my swimsuit fits true to size. My shipment came in the time frame they told me it would. I sent a question to customer service and had a reply the next day! I have another order, and I can't wait to receive it! I have found a new place to shop. Highly recommend Trendsgal!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure to use the measurement charts. If you don't you might have trouble with the fit.

I bought 18 pieces of different kind of clothes, dresses, shirts, blouses and others. I actually pay for standard shipment and they sent me an email when shipment already starts, that time they called "processing time" and took 2 days. When I see all my new clothes I found that was incredible, the quality actually is far away than I expected, it was excellent, and all seems exactly like looks in the picture. I recommend this website because is cheap, is good quality and the clothes fits perfectly. I bought 18 pieces with 180 USD that is far away cheaper than boutiques in a city. Love it love it love it 5 stars!

I placed an order about 2-3 months ago and never received anything. They took the money out of my account and sent an email with tracking numbers that didn't even work. When I emailed them for the correct info, etc. They ignored me and sent anot email with coupons.

I love trendsgal. It was my first time shopping with them so I was a little worried. My shipment took about 2weeks which is normal for delivery... The items I picked out was very similar to the photo on the site. The fact that there so inexpensive quality of material isn't going to be TOP NOTCH. But the little price you pay is very worth it... I will be continuing shopping with them

I like my new wig. But I'm trying to understand the initials SIV hair? As a hairdresser of 30 yrs I've never heard the term. After a week it frizzes like synthetic. Will not take a curling iron. Please tell me what SIV human hair means

So, i was really jubalus about shopping on here because of reading different reviews but i gave it a shot and spent about £70 off in my first order. So i paid so the lowest delivery and my items come fairly quickly (im in the UK) ok i admit that 2 tops i ordered didn't look that much like the photos HOWEVER they were £3 so you can hardly complain, im sure i could sell them at a car boot sale for the same price! But all the other items i have bought have been good. I ordered another lot of items and i was worried when it wasn't delivered in the time, yes there customer service can be slow if emailing from the UK because remember they are in Singapore & i found Yoyo very good at telling me where my order was & sorting out my query within 2 days, turns out the wrong tracking number was updated. I have since shopped with Trendsgal since and havent had any trouble & i will continue to shop here. :)

I ordered several times from TrendsGal, and i am quite happy with products i received.
I have a small shop and i order from TrendsGal to my clients, and by now everybody were happy!
Another important thing is that price level is cheaper for clothes than for example in other shops, which offer the same assortment.
Of course there were some products, which were not so good quality as i expected, but the price for them was too low and i do not complain. Overall, i am very satisfied with products and delivery - personally i always order via DHL - delivery and service and products are very very good!

Like others, I ordered a mermaid blanket from Trendsgal on December 15th and paid $15 for extra shipping - thinking surely it would be here for Christmas. The item finally arrived on December 30th. The price of shipping cost more than the blanket! I will never order from them again. If it's coming from China, they should be clear up front that this is overseas shipping and not likely to arrive anywhere near on time. I opened a dispute and their answer is unsatisfactory and they refused to refund the extra shipping costs.

This website is to unpredictable to purchase from. I have a tracking number, but I'm not able to track anything. The customer service number is non existing. Do not waist your time. There are sooooooo many other websites that won't scam you. Don't waist your time with this site.

So I finally received my package, and oh am I dissatisfied. If I could post a picture of what I ordered and what it looks like when I tried it on. Hideous, looks nothing like the picture and smells like it had been sitting in a basement for years! Very disgusted with this company!

I order 2 items on April 29th & this is now May 26th & haven't received anything! I emailed them about my order & since I didn't pay for the tracking number they can only say it's been shipped! I asked if they were sending it by pony express! Will never order again!

I ordered some items since around September 12th, but didn't get an email from Trendsgal until 2 weeks after saying that my package was shipped on that day its October 10th and Im yet to receive my package and i can't even track it. If i don't receive my items soon i will take all the necessary action. Even if your legitimate your follow up and customer service is horrendous!

I have been trying to get a hold of them the past two days. I ordered Nov 28/29 and my order just came in yesterday. I was keeping track it's whereabouts and of course it came a day late. I ordered 25 items and only received 20. It was one small package so I asked the DHL delivery guy is there another box? Luckily, I recorded everything because something inside me told me I should. My items were all jammed pack in one box, I'm missing 3 mermaid tail blankets and 2 dresses. These were Christmas gifts so obviously I won't be receiving these in time. I even had to type a complaint in the reviews because the mailbox is too full to leave a VM, my video was too large to send and for some "odd" reason I couldn't submit a ticket.

I've type the tickets so much I remembered my order ID as if it was my SSN

Never again will I order just because of my missing items and horrible customer service. I don't care how affordable it is.
