Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again
I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?
We waited 30 days before filing a complaint, which they call a ticket. They responded that shipping can take 10 to 45 days. I feel that they should make that clear in the beginning.

I placed an order that took so long, ( I used PayPal) if you use PayPal call them they will get your money within 12days guarantee, if you paid by check, or debit go to your bank and they will get it back, other wise call your credit card company, I don't know how that works..

It was my first time ordering on line and it was a big success, it was delivered on time I ordered it on April 7th got it on the 13th and everything was in good shape, my only criticism is the the shipping fee was so high I paid 30$ for 60$ stuff and most of it was small items,
Ps their sizes are smaller then usual get a size bigger
They claim their products are between $5-$10 but after checkout the total comes 4x more than the product costs.
I bought 3 dresses that were supposed to come to $15 but the total was over $65!
They claim shipping takes 12-25 days but it came after 2 1/2 months with 1 item missing and 1 item damaged, The dresses looked completely different then what the picture shows.
I messaged them regarding the damaged and the missing dress, they responded saying they didn't have that dress in stock... THEN WHY WOULD THEY CHARGE ME FOR IT AND NOT TELL ME BEFORE I PAID!? They completely ignored me about the damaged dress. Basically I paid $65 dollars for a supposed $5 crappy dress.

Never will I order again. The quality of the 8 purses are very poor. Cannot resale, will not return them, it's not worth the $56.00 to ship them back.

For all the people having problems you can set a dispute with paypal and GET YOUR MONEY back if you didn't receive the item or if the items weren't what you expected. That is why I love using Paypal. If you are scammed they will help you and you will WIN and warn your friends from this TrendsGal chain of companies.
The paypal dispute is for transactions that are maybe 45 days or less old unless they changed it, but if you didn't get your things in a month just dispute with paypal as quickly as you can and get your hard earned funds returned to you!
I wear a US Med and purchased the dress in a Large. It fit well and is as good looking in real life as it is in the picture. I'm happy with this purchase. I will order more from Trendsgal!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE... I placed my order on Sept. 3rd and received a confirmation email Sept. 4th that it had shipped. I was so excited. Today is October 16th... WAAAYYYY past the 25 business day maximum. These people are nothing more than scam artists and I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything from them. For the Trendsgal Company, my order # is GG************** and expect it to be on my doorstep by October 23rd, 2015, which is more than enough time to complete my order. I love the products and the customer service is GREAT, they always reply in a timely manner, I am able to track my packages and all, although I do not agree with having to pay $1.99 to track your package, I am grateful that they do have that option. Anyway, GREAT SITE! LOVE IT!
