Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

I ordered a size large dress and received a dress that was approximately a size 2. I don't know the exact size because Trendsgal cut the tags out. The dress also has a bad smell.

I ordered 6 items thankfully through paypal because I question the legitimacy of this company. All 6 items were cheap and disgraceful not suitable to be worn by decent civilized humans. Yes the prices are cheap the shipping is high. This is a wholesale site so the costs are suppose to be low. I figured I would buy 6 items to check out this site prior to placing large orders for my business. The order was a total of $60 including shipping so not a huge loss. However, I could not believe the products they shipped me - smelled like toxic waste (one dress a lace off the shoulder), one dress had rust stains all over the back, one jacket looked NOTHING liked the pic they just made a cheap looking replica - copied the print and put it on a shiny polyester material and called it a jacket, WTH! The other items were made of cheap material, poorly constructed and oddly shaped.

They have no legitimate address, number, and even on paypal its only listed under Ivan with some other company name, with a google email and number that doesn't work which paypal has listed as unverified. This company does not appear to be legit. If you dare order from this place ONLY DO SO THROUGH PAYPAL. Other buyers on their facebook page said they never received their items and can't even login on to their page even though their card has been charge. BUYER BEWARE!

Tip for consumers:
Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and do not shop here. After I contacted them for a return they are now badgering me to take a pic of every item and they will decide if they want it back or not. And I am expected to pay for the return shipping. This company is disgusting, terrible, the worst!

I just got my first package from them yesterday. First off it took 15 days to get here (I live in Oregon). I order a lot of things on ebay from China... and 15 days is pretty impressive. I have waited for 2 months for beads etc.

I got two things. A studded brown leather (not real obviously) handbag, and a pair of boots.

The leather hand bag really surprised me with how amazing it is. The leather is thick and there is an nice quality inner zipper pocket.

The boots did not work for me. They are too small and I cannot get my feet into the shoe all the way. To be fair I went back to the product page and it says the shoe tends to run small. But I decided to email them anyway to see what my options were.

They emailed me immediately back (middle of the night because of the time difference) and told me I could either:

-Ask for a new size and they will send it for free
-Get a refund (for the item price but not shipping)

I decided to get the refund because I want a different style of boot. The boots I got aren't Nordstrom quality, but not bad either. If I knew one size bigger would fit me comfortably I would definitely order the same pair again. I am just thinking I still won't be able to get my foot in.

But do not expect department store quality. But this could be found in Forever 21, Aéropostale, or H&M.

Anyway, based on my experiences of this site so far, I would definitely recommend it. The fact that they are refunding me on my word seals the deal.

I was very happy with the items that i received! The items were shipped separately thou but i received all. It took 4 weeks but i was happy when i finally received it.

It's ridiculous these shipping cost Yea the clothing is cheap but the shipping cost makes up the cost for clothing then it takes to long for clothing to come

I ordered 4 items from on March 27,2015... By April 30,2015 I received one item. I emailed them concerned about my other 3 items, which had not been delivered and they emailed me back quickly and said " You must allow 60 days from the time you placed the order so email us back in a few more days if you haven't received your items. I emailed them 2 Weeks later which now is May 21,2015 and I said just refund me my money for the 3 items I didn't get. They quickly responded '' Just tell us what items you didn't receive and we will give you 3 options but (3) did not apply to me (1) pay us half of the money for your items and we will reship them to you (2) We will only refund you half of your money back. (3) Get a full refund only if I took out insurance. But this did not apply to me... Wow so pay them again but only half right! Nope or Get only half my money back... Wow so now they keep half of my hard earned money... 2 options that only benefit them! This site is CRAP! DO NOT ORDER FROM TRENDSGAL!

I ordered a mermaid blanket for my daughter for Christmas. Paid extra shipping to receive it on time. It shipped out 12-19-2016 it's the 27th of DECEMBER! Past Christmas and still no blanket.

This was my first time ordering from the site and the experience was way better than I could have expected. I ordered three items; a hat and two wigs. I know that items coming from China tend to take at least three weeks but I actual got mine sooner. Two weeks and a few days after I got the email that it was shipped out. That was a major plus to me.

Yes, who doesn't want their items sooner than expected and I used the standard shipping method! My next worry was how was it going to smell. I've seen tons of reviews for other companies and people said their items had a slight smell. Everything smelled clean. Talk about relief, I don't mean it didn't have a smell, I mean it smelled clean. Like that fresh clean. Total happiness at this point.

Then I seen the hat and I'm going bananas because all honesty it looked better in my hands than the picture on the site. I couldn't believe how rich the color was. I mean the hat is gorgeous! The wigs are so soft and the color matches my hair. I recently wore on to work and got so many compliments on it. Everyone thought it was my hair and I let them.

Customer service was also very helpful and the exchanging of emails was flaunt. There response time was extremely quick and I really appreciate how important customer service is to them. They created an amazing experience for a first time buyer.

I recommend this site and I plan on getting more from the site. I've even created a favorites list so I can keep track of what I want to buy.

I love my Bomber jacket, It was new year but it still came within 2 and a half weeks. I looks kinda like the Handm jacket but its just longer, matte and warmer.

I ordered 3 pairs of boots. 2 brown 1 black. I ordered them all on December 7th and only received the 2 brown at the end of december. When i questioned the black pair of boots I was told it was a splot package and the 2nd package was sent oit December 20th 2016. Its February 8,2017 and I still havent rec'd my boots. I will NEVER order from them again. Such a rip off! Then they had the audacity to tell me to verify my address with them... ummm no the address is valid... but they want me to be patient because of the chinese New Year.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON MY ORDER SINCE 12-19-2015 and I have not received anything worse company I have dealt with I will never order anything else whenever this one shows up sorry company don't waste you're time and a magic jack number and no one to talk to. I hate this I want the tracking number and the person name who runs the company or I am contacting BBB.

Good Morning,

Well my purchase rating so far is excellent.
I live in Brazil and at first I was afraid to buy on the site because it is outside my country and also because the website is in a foreign language.
My first purchase was all right. All the products arrived in the numbering I requested. And the products were the same as those shown on the site.
Another thing is the quality of the material, the fabrics, sewing, with enough quality.
My second purchase was delayed in delivery and I contacted the company for technical support and was very well attended and received the clarification on the details of my order. That is, until that moment the shopping experience was good, because I felt properly informed and felt secure in the choice I made.
I have even indicated my friends here in Brazil about your website.
The session I love most is the vintage dresses. I love this style and here in my city does not have that style of clothing. Keep investing in this line.
I am a loyal customer, because I love the dresses and I have bought the little ones.
What I think I could improve would be to be able to pay the purchase, maybe I would buy more if I had the option of installment payment.
Well, I guess that sums up my experience with you.

Well I ordered from trendsgal on February 10th.My order was shipped on Valentines Day. I read none of these reviews til about a week after I ordered. Then of course sat worried until today. I did email and got a ticket number about a week ago becaue my tracking message never changed once it entered Hong Kong. I actually got a quock rwsponse and was told it was in Cinncinatti Ohio. I live in Ohio. Well I got my shirts today. All 16 of them were there. I got one that really didnt look like the picture and has Initials sewn into them but otherwise everything else was "OK". Not a hug fan of some of the material but I guess I got what I paid for. All in all I got my stuff in the 6-25 days and everything was in my package.Im not dissappointed.And I will order from them again. I just now know what to expect.

I ordered my babydoll nighty. Trendsgal even emailed me a picture of my package. Obviously a fake Since DHL never even received a package from them. Their contact number don't even ring. They keep sending me the same message through that ticket thing on the support center. Don't use this site. I filed a complaint on the BBB website along with lots of others. Hopefully they will shut down soon. EVERYONE THE PRICES ARE TO GOOD TO BE TRUE! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Placed an order on 26 September and here it is Oct 24th and STILL NO PRODUCT!!! I have emailed them twice, once on 9 Oct and again on 22 Oct to ask where it is, and I get a canned reply. I looked all over for a phone number and cant find one to call customer support and cancel it. We ordered beautiful pillow cases for a room remodel and THESE ARE THE ONLY THINGS we are waiting on, and the first things we ordered. all orders from Amazon, Walmart, ebay have all arrived, but not these. I only rated then a 1, for CUSTOMER service and user friendliness on getting answers. I don't know what the products look like yet CUZ I DONT HAVE THEM.

try to find it on another site first, if you expect to see it in 6 weeks

Placed my order a week ago with expedited shipping (which is so expensive) and received a message the following day saying my order has been shipped, I kept trying to track my order because I leave the U.S. on the 16th and need my $70 worth of items, I couldn't track my order it kept saying "shipment information received" and that's all, so I contacted DHL and they informed me that the order hasn't been shipped yet so I was lied to.

I placed a ticket days ago asking for my delivery address to be changed because I won't be in the country by the time my package finally arrives (it still hasn't been shipped according to DHL). So you gave me a false tracking number *******032) and lied about it being shipped. And to make things worse they say that they will reply to tickets within 24 hours but it's been 36 and still no response and they don't answer the phone! I would have recommended this company to all of my friends but this is not acceptable. Please reply to my ticket and rectify this issue or this will be taken further.

I ordered 4 items and hadn't received them so I left several messages online and never got a response. I called their number which is a magic jack number and no answer at all! Once I put up a bad review on this site, I finally got a response from them. Then I finally received 3 items in the mail out of 4! I complained to them and they agreed to return my money for the 4th item I never received and still I have no refund in my account yet. The purchased items were ordered for my partner and once she seen the 3 dresses we did receive, she was very unhappy. The dresses are not the same from the website and are extremely poor quality! We mailed the dresses back and are demanding a full refund! This company is very unprofessional, very sketchy, and fraud like business. The clothing does not look like it does on the site and is extremely poor quality all the way around. I will be leaving a formal complaint with the bureau because this is unacceptable. This company is ripping people off and I highly recommend that you do not waste your time of ordering from them at all. You will be extremely disappointed!
