Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?
The first order I placed with them everything went well. But the second order has been horrifying. For some reason Trendsgal had me jumping through hoops to follow their instructions and it didn't make any sense. I am a reseller so it is important to get the items I need. Three items in this order were damaged. And one of my most popular items were left out of the order. I called customer service and their response was very strange. The representative asked me for the sku and when I gave it to her off of their email she said it was the wrong sku. Then I gave her the name of the item for the second time and she said she still didn't know what I was talking about. She said she would send me an email and I asked her why when I was providing the information she needed. She said it was the wrong sku and she needed to send me an email. So I sent them an email with the picture of the item (per their instructions). And she said she didn't receive the email. And then she asked did I need anything else and hung up the phone. I later received a response to my email indicating that they would respond in 24 hours (unless it was a holiday). Then within 24 hours another response was sent and the email said they needed me to press a link and then they would respond in another 24 hours (unless it was a holiday). I will respond but this process is ridiculous.
Where is my order, or at least a number to call where I can get answers, before reporting to BBB for sure, FRAUD isn't what I want to write about your company! I will report to BBB if I don't get order or refund soon!

My shirts say XL, but are tiny. The system to communicate doesnt work. I cant return or get a refund,, TERRIBLE SYSTEM. They have since agreed to replace my items. I am satisfied with their solution.

Okay. I was browsing along and tumbled upon this site. Originally I thought "Oh hey, this is cheap nice clothing" so, I passed on the word of the site to a couple friends and I thought I'd give it a try.
Scanning through the items, I would add things to my cart, but every time I would check my cart and return to shop, my entire cart would be empty. After this repeatedly happening I figured well, I'll just buy a dress and go somewhere else to shop.
So, checking out to get my dress I tried to use the promo code I HAD JUST RECIEVED to get 10% off of my order. Turns out it was an invalid promo card. Still experiencing hassles, I figured I'd forget about the promo code and finish checking out. I put my card info in three times to try and buy this beautiful dress that for some reason this site won't accept. I can use the same card for everything else, but for some reason this site won't accept it, after using it three times.
So I took my business somewhere else, along with my friends'. Plan on fixing your site any time soon? I see I'm not the only complaint with pretty similar circumstances.

I placed my order December 16 so I can have it by new years, recieved two emails saying it was shipped out and I called DHL and they said the order was never physically given to them. NO ONE SCAN THE PICK UP. They process the order online but DHL didn't recieve anything anyways! 1 order was supposedly delivered from China and one from Singapore. So when I called to find out trendsgal to fine out they have a disconnected magic jack number... and i paid to have my order expedited smh would never recommend this place

What I think the people do is they put up the pictures of items and then they try to mimic them. So what you get isn't whats in the picture. You're getting some noobs attempted imitation. I got things that were different colors, different cuts, and stuff that wouldn't fit any kind of human (this doesn't mean stuff wasn't necessarily to small, which some was, but for example I got jeans that i were about four inches to big at my waist and suffocating my thighs they were so tight; also a dress I got had a really really long chest region, which is super weird). Not to mention the material is beyond cheap. To the point where it wouldn't last one cycle through a washing machine without falling apart.
If you're going to buy from here I advise only get simple items. Tank tops, bandeaus, even a pair of shorts that I got are satisfactory. DO NOT BUY DRESSES AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING DENIM!

Ordered a dress maybe 3-4 weeks ago, had expedited shipping(3-7days) after a week goes by I put in a ticket order just to find out what I ORDERED wasn't in stock something they could've told me. Then I ORDERED something different and it comes in the mail yesterday a SIZE SMALLER then what I put in. Due to my long working hours and hectic schedule with my kids, shopping is out of the question. A friend introduced me to online shopping. Looking for an online store that is economical, easy to shop and has everything one may need, I came across Trendsgal. This online store is exactly what I've been looking for.
I enjoy shopping at Trendsgal, it's convenient for me. However, I purchase two feminine watches a gold and a black. Unfortunately, the gold changed colour with two weeks and the black fell apart, the handles broke off and the glass fell off. Upon rating the watches and providing Trendsgal a review about the watches, I was most impress with the speedily response to my situation. Trendsgal compensated me 300 T-points in which I didn't expect but I am really happy that they valued me this much!

While their customer service was very good, and their prices very good, the shipping, ouch! I ordered 4 items, a total of about 15 bucks and the shipping cost me about another 15 bucks. So that cute 4 dollar top? Really more like an 8 dollar top. That being said: I had a problem with each of the items that I ordered. I ordered a really cute pair of boots, I ordered them a size bigger than I usually wear because I like to wear big fluffy socks with my boots. They came (it took a while for it to get over the puddle too) and were super cute, but half a size too small. I also ordered two shirts, one fit just right, the other was too small. The fabric and stitching was obviously cheap, the small one of the two tops had a hole in the stitching (which I fixed). The last item I ordered was lingerie and boy... it was not what was pictured. The coloring was different, the fabric very very cheap ( I did expect it to be a little cheap, in my defense) and boy, was it TINY. There was no way I could wear it. Luckily, all in all I was out 30 bucks and got one halfway decent top and a pair of boots for my little sister out of the deal. Would I order from them again? Maaayyybbeee, but probably not. However, did I mention that their customer service was very good?
Im still amazed with this site, last order i made they dont send me an item that was out of stock, i didnt notice till i open my package, im from mexico and even that in china was late night i write a message and they contact me as soon as they get it, they told me that they were sorry and gave me the option to wait for it to came back on stock or change it for another item with same price, i changed it and they send it without charging anything for shipping it! GOOD PRICES, GOOD QUALITY FOR THE PRICE FAST SHIPPING AND EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE!

MERCHANDISE:
I ordered a dress on Trendsgal, which was just as described and which fit nicely. It was shipped the day after I ordered it.
DELIVERY:
Arrival to my destination, however, was extremely slow. I thought my item had gone missing, which was the reason I contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered the item in mid-November and received it 5 months later in late April. CUSTOMER SERVICE was a gem. They promptly responded -- by the next day -- and quickly straightened everything out.
I don't think the late arrival time was the fault of Trendsgal, however. There seemed to be some sort of problem between Canada Post and Asian post offices during that time. Hopefully, this was just a one time anomaly.
SHIPPING:
Shipping fees were very reasonable, as was shipping insurance -- far more reasonable even than shipping an item from a U.S. store to my home in Canada. I recommend buyers add shipping insurance to their orders for an extra $1.27 US or so, which gives extra peace of mind. I'm glad they provide this option to customers and at such a reasonable price.
WEBSITE:
I like the layout of the website and the fact that TrendsGal tries to provide as much helpful information as possible about the clothes -- even the measurements of the models. If Trendsgal could also include the laundry instructions for its items, that would be perfect.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
With my delivery issue, they were very courteous and quick to respond. I think their ticket system for dealing with customer questions is wonderful; it ensures that each issue gets a response, and I wish more stores had a system like this.

I placed an order on 1/24/16 of 3 tops. I paid extra for expedited shipping for these to arrive by the 30th. When I checked, the site only said "processing," the same as the day I ordered, no changes. On the 30th I tried to call the 305# but it doesn't go to a business! I sent a complaint to the company and asked for my money back, yes, Trendsgal took my money the minute I ordered but I received nothing. Their response to my request for money was to tell me what I ordered was on backorder and "wait until February 20th or go exchange the items."
How is it that they can keep my money when I've received nothing?
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. THERE ARE MANY OTHER LEGITIMATE SITES WITH MUCH BETTER REVIEWS AND WILL TREAT YOU APPROPRIATELY.

I wrote a scathing review previously, i should have 2 reviews. I am down to one for some reason. The main one has been deleted, probably reported by the scam artists.
Basically, everything bad you have read on this forum about this company is true and has happened to me.
Ive ordered, had no deliver. Emailed them about 5 times and received stock responses, one claiming it will be delivered by courier from local area. I still didn't receive anything after 3 weeks, i fired off another email to say that they had a signature from somebody at a local post office, however they didn't know which post office or who had signed, they then said i should claim against the post office for loss. Wrong, i didn't buy from the PO, so no contract with them. Their is a theme here running through all the poor threads.
