Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

This company needs to be shut down. The quality of the clothes I ordered are nothing like what is displayed on the website. Two pairs of jeans (stylish high wasted zipper embellished slimming pencil jeans for women and stylish midwasted pocket designed lace embellished womens jeans have buttons but there is no hole for the button to go in. Chic mid-wasted pure color hole designed womens jeans holes were out of place and the zipper was broken. The trendy round long sleeve plaid dress was made out of the cheapest material I have ever seen. The material is so cheap it can probably pass for a Halloween costume. The romper was poorly made. Casual spaghetti strap solid color jumpsite for women was very dull. It was not made out of the same material shown online. Fashionable v-neck long sleeved striped sweatshirt and fitted pants twinset for women is msde of poor material as well. Everything was just terrible. Any good reviews you may see please ignore because the person was probably paid to do it. Avoid buying clothes online that are being shipped from China. I wasted my money and and will likely never get it back. Hopefully everyone sees this so they won't have to be scammed like me and many other people.

As someone who loves goods deals as much as she likes new clothes, I am so thankful I found this website and am half dreading this 5-star post already, for fear the secret will be out. The clothes appear exactly as shown in the pictures... No joke.

Unlike other clothing sites, Trendsgal states the quantity available. You can also request a NOTIFY IN STOCK "notification," which is actually just a tab under your account. (Which I highly recommend making an account -- email address and password is all you need -- so you can earn T-points with every purchase/review.)

There are two rules to remember when ordering from Trendsgal.
1: Get a measuring tape... or a string and a ruler. Almost all outfits are EXACTLY as stated in the size guide. Beware if reviews state the item runs small or big. It's usually true.
2: Be patient with shipping time. Out of all the discount fashion websites, I have experienced the fastest processing time with Trendsgal, with most of my orders being shipped off within 8 hours of ordering. Impressive to say the least. However, if you choose the cheapest way to ship and get NO TRACKING, it will be sent via China Post, which is considerably slower than if you opt for a $1.99 tracking number. Don't bother tracking via the website, but rather copy and paste the number onto the website, itself. Spring for the next step up or even expedited shipping and you'll have your item within 7 business days. Granted the pricing, you can justify the shipping cost divided per item... not too bad if you consider you saved money, time and gas.:)

On this order in particular, I needed to contact customer service regarding two different issues two different times. One item that I ordered stated that it would ship a random color. I contacted customer service requesting a specific color and got the color requested. I also had to change the size of one item ordered and had no problems doing so. Customer service replied back to me within 24 hours and I always had a helpful response.

For the price paid, you cannot beat Trendsgal. I have placed 6 orders so far and have had zero issues.

No, just no. Stay away. I placed an order on September 25th and paid $17.99 for expedited shipping (3-7 days), and today is October 13th (almost 3 weeks has gone by) and the package HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED OUT. So apparently, the total delivery time = processing time + shipping time, and according to the website, the processing time normally takes about 4 days and if there's any issues with the order, they are supposed to email you. I did not get any email from Trendsgal regarding my order (they should have at least notified me about the significant delay) and it's just ridiculous to take this long to process a freaking order for two single clothing items (one of which I needed for my dance performance). On top of that, it is SO hard to get ahold of a customer representative. I tried leaving a voice message, sending an email, requesting an online chat- nothing. Yesterday, I had to dial their number 11 times before finally getting connected to a human person so I could cancel my order. First, they told me they would send me an email confirming the cancellation within a couple hours but they never did, and the next day (today), I logged into the website only to see that the order status was still "processing." I had to call the customer service again many many times to finally speak with another rep and I made sure I received the cancellation email before I let her go. SO MUCH EFFORT. Do not bother ordering from this awful, incompetent company. It's not worth it.

After reading several mixed reviews on this site I overcame my skepticism about Trendsgal and placed an order for 6 necklaces, and I'm glad I did... I love them! Some of the cons I read in reviews here were about the quality of the products, delivery time, and shipping charges, so this is what I'll address. (1) Quality of product - I thought the product quality was pretty good, considering the price, and it's nothing less than what you'd pay at your local store for about the same price or maybe a little more. Also, all of my items looked exactly as they did online. One necklace appeared a bit smaller than online when I removed it from the packaging, but after putting it on it looked just fine. (2) Delivery time: I placed my order on June 21 and received it yesterday, July 7 - about 2 weeks, which is average. Some complained that this turnaround time was too long, but considering the fact that it's coming from China, I think it's a fair amount of time. (3) Shipping charges - Some complained about the shipping charges, but what I noticed is that the shipping charges vary according to the amount of your order. My order was around $36 so my shipping charge was about $11. I had no problem with that because again, it's coming from overseas. Also, I sometimes place orders with vendors here in the states and pay as much as $9 for shipping, so $11 is not that much of a stretch. Overall, I have to say I'mt a happy customer and will continue doing business with Trendsgal. In fact, I have another order pending as I type this review lol. If you decide to try it, you won't be disappointed. Oh, another thing I wanted to add: If you're ordering clothing, go up at least one size because their items run small. I haven't personally ordered any clothing items, but have heard others who have ordered clothing mention that sizes run small. Happy Shopping!

I paid for my item in November I never heard anything till December end and when I send massage they said one item is back ordered that's why they did not send me my order. They make me change my one item on list I changeed it. After I received my order in January 23rd after 2 month almost. The one item had wrong size and I have to message them again. They said they will send me right size and onece my order ready they will send me email it has been 2 months. NO EMAIL NO ITEM RECEIVED YET. RIDICULE COMPANY, AND SERVICES NEVER EVER GO THE TRENSGAL. THEY TRICK YOU BY PRICE ONCE THEY RECEIVED MONEY AND THAT'S ALL THEIR BUSINESSES ARE.

First off, I would like to say that this review I'm writing is to help others to have the same great online shopping experience that I have continually had at trendsgal.com, and that everything I'm saying is truly coming from the heart aand was not forced in any way shape or form.

Ok now this website is no joke. The amount of products from women to men to kids, home, beauty, jewelry, everything you can think of they got a wide range of choices at can't beat it prices! I have aand will continue to recommend this site to any and everyone. They have got things for people of all ages. Clothes, shoes, cool gadgets that you didn't even know existed, home decor, beautiful jewellery, the list goes on. Did I mention the amazing prices?!? Omg you just can't beat it you won't see any of what they have to offer anywhere else at these prices! Seriously this is where you want to go to do all your birthday and holiday shopping or just to treat yourself:)

The customer service is great, they go above and beyond to make sure you are a happy customer. I think that's really something to be valued. Shopping online sometimes can be scary because of sizing or worried about your card numbers but this site is legit and if you ever have any questions or problems they are right on it to help you in the best way possible. Plus the shipping is so fast. Oh and you can gain points too and be able to get discounts on already crazy discounted prices!

I'm telling you this is the site all shoppers dream of. There's no reason to not check it out for yourself. I just want to spread the word as much as I can to anyone who is willing to listen, I've purchased many times from this site and most recently last week. I'd feel bad if I didn't share the site to anyone. I get constant complaints on the things I've bought from them And each time their jaws drop when I tell them how much I've paid.

If your sceptical fine, check it out for yourself. I promise you that you won't be let down!

I placed an order online with www.trendsgal.com in early October 2016. A couple of the items ordered were supposed to be Christmas gifts for family members and since I ordered early enough, I figured that there would be absolutely no issue getting them in time for the holiday. I never received the items AT ALL. After I have made several attempts to contact their customer service department, they promised me that the items were just taking a little longer than expected and to "be patient." BE PATIENT?!? I thought I HAD been more than patient considering their complete lack of concern for doing what needed to be done and keeping their word. It is now almost February 2017 and not only have I not gotten them STILL, they will no longer return my emails in regards to refunding my money. The last email I received informed me that the items I ordered were "no longer in stock" and they would be in contact with me in order to get me my money refunded. NEVER HAPPENED! STILL WAITING! I just sent ANOTHER email demanding the refund or I was contacting the BBB. I am so disgusted and in disbelief with this company. I discourage anyone from ever ordering ANYTHING from them. You will be scammed.

Tip for consumers:
Please do not!!! You will have your money taken, promised everything in the world and never get the items you ordered after 6 months. SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!
