Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again
I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?
I love trendsgal! They sell the cutest stuff that you would not be able to find in any department store and the prices are great! Shipping is a little slower than typical, and some of the sizing is smaller, but definitely the pros outweigh the cons. I keep hearing about negative experiences others have had, and I'm sorry to hear that, but my experiences have been the exact opposite. Since I found this site I don't ever plan on shopping in a store ever again!
I bought $40 worth of stuff, including shipping, and i payed A LOT for it to be shipped in a couple of days, so that I could get it in time for my vacation, but they just sent me an email saying it would come within 25 days. Just recently, Trendsgal emailed me, apologizing for any shipping malfunctions, and generously gave me a complete refund on what i payed for shipping. I'm still pretty upset that i won't have them on vacation, but at least they made me feel better about the situation. I will definitely visit this site again, only without high exceptions.
So far I have had a phenomenal experience using TrendsGal. I have ordered a few items from their site and can see my self buying more in the foreseeable future. From clothing to jewelry bedding or bath they have a little something for every one do to the wide rang of styles. The shipping is some what timely taking between the listed time to around four plus days. But with that being said, each time I have receive my items they have arrived in pristine condition. So a little more time spent on receiving my package intact is not that bad of a trade of. The only draw back of TrendsGal is the fact that most of their clothing do tend to run small. So it is wise to size up 1-3 sizes or go off of the provided measurements to assure a proper fit. Over all I feel that TrendsGal has a wide range of items and styles for an amazing deal.

No answer over the phone and on top of that the number they have just rings i get the same thing no matter when i call... so next i tired to live chat with them... that didn't work. This is some bull$#*!...

I have ordered from trendsgal 3 times and every time I have received exactly what I ordered in a timely Manor. If your curious about this site give it a chance and don't listen to the numerous bone heads who probably don't check the sizing charts, give proper addresses or correct credit card info. Common sense is a dying thing.
Trendsgal delivered with accurate and on time delivery as they always have. I've never had a problem with them and the products are exactly what I expected and more. The prices are unbelievable and definitely worth shopping with for future purchases of almost every product you could ask for. I'm so glad for learning about Trendsgal and consider me loyal customer every chance I get to shop online.
My items came super fast! The quality is awesome! I am so in love with my purses I've only had them a few days and already I'm getting complements! The seller has great communication and answered any questions I had! Will be ordering from them again!
OK, so I am normally skeptical about buying clothing online, but trendsgal is really awesome. The quality of the clothing I had bought is high. The sizing can be a bit off but still wearable.
They also have great customer service. I ordered two skull wallets and they tried their best, but notified me they could not send them. They allowed me to get either a full refund or store credit; I chose the credit!
Tip for consumers:
Some XL might be too small and some might be 2XL. Be careful with the sizing because it can either be a size smaller or a size larger! I personally can still wear the dresses that are slightly different.
I ordered 5 things and got 4. The other item was sent a week later due to being out of stock! Took 20 days but all the lingerie I got was worth the wait! I'm a size xs-s and everything was one size and fits me perfect! The quality is good it isn't perfect but then I have bought things from Victoria's Secret that fell apart. So time will tell. For what I paid.$2-6 each item I am VERY happy with what I got and will be buying from them again!

They are in China so it takes time!

Awful! Horrible customer service! I signed up for the VIP option and paid $9.99. When I went to complete my order the shipping cost more than my items. I decided not use this website. When I asked for my money back (as i will never be using the website) they basically told me too bad. I would never order from a site that does not care about good customer service. They certainly do not care about how they treat their customers and only care about getting their money. I mean, how dare they refuse to give me my money back! They pretty much stole from me! I asked for my money back literally about 10 minutes after i paid it! Everything is operated in Asia. No one even speaks decent English. I'm aware of the items they sell and you can get the same items for cheaper on other sites. Do yourself a favor and move on! Don't waste your time with this ghetto site!
I ordered my stuff August 4 2015. Today is October 20 2015 and i still dont have it. I paid over 35 dollars and got NOTHING! I have been goin back and forth with them and they just keep replying with the same thing. "Check address" "check post office" thats all i can get out of them. I know the prices are cheap but really 9 times put of 10 you dont get your stuff. I will never use this website again nor will i recommend it!

I ordered my items on 08/22/2015 and was told 4-6 weeks on shipping, here it is 10/30/2015 still no package. Keep getting the run around about our postal service being the issue, but the tracking number is fake. I am so aggravated I just want my money refunded now.

Disgusted. The sizing was incorrect and the material was ridiculous. I bought 5 dresses. I ended up paying with postage $20 per item roughly and they were thin, poorly put together and I would never purchase from this company again. Unsure how a business can operate with products like that! I cannot wear even 1 of the 5 dresses. These images were clearly copied from other websites. I would like a refund but I refuse to pay to return these items they are not worth the postage packet.

I had been quoted 10-14 business days after shipment to receive my order. It has now been 22 business days and I still have not received it. What concerns me most is the customer service. I created a "ticket" voicing my concern and asking about my order. It takes at least 1 business day to get a response and I was basically told "don't worry I'll get it eventually however there's no tracking number so who knows where your order is." I asked for a refund of the product and they simply avoided the request. So unprofessional. I also left a review on the item that I ordered stating that I was not happy because I never received it even though it has been well past the date I should have. The review is not shown because they only post good (and possibly fake) reviews. The website is misleading, difficult to communicate with and over all a big waste of time and money.

My order was promised by Christmas & did not arrive until January after I paid extra for shipping. All of the clothing was extremely small, unfit for an average human & could not return without incurring large shipping cost. I bought a lot of things from Trendsgal. The clothes are especially cute and they are not expensive. You can choose from a variety of styles. Their customer service is excellent. They responded to my questions and concerns very quickly. One thing I liked the most this website is that the shipping is faster than other online shopping websites I used. Believe me. I do online shopping all the time so I know how things work. Overall, I had a great experience with TrendsGal and I will be shopping more.
I have a special Christmas event forthcoming and late one evening I was online and ran across trendsgal; the outfit look really nice online and I should have been more cautious. Seriously? I had seen the reviews and despite more negative than positive ones, I decided to shop on your site and I had a big checkout with 12 items that came out to about $75. Now I am NOT one to spend that much online but that many things for so cheap, how could I not? Well it didn't take me long to figure out how I "could not." I went to checkout and confirm my order and the freaking shipping price is $45! So much for "cheap" clothes! Maybe you should advertise your outrageous shipping prices before people waste time on your site! I may as well go shop on a more expensive website that actually has reasonable shipping rates and I'd spend just as much. I didn't even bother finishing my order. You lost business just as quickly as you gained it... That is just ridiculous.
