Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

As a beginner retailer, I have found trendsgal to be the best I have used so far. The shipping is fast enough from overseas that I did not feel like I was waiting too long. The prices are honestly unbeatable, and as long as you read the reviews and check the material/sizing, you're unlikely to be disappointed! For just $3 per month, I was given access to even cheaper prices! While some items have not come out exactly as I hoped, I again blame myself for not reading the material and looking at reviews. Every item I have put the time into quality checking (for the price, it's worth the extra time) has come out nicely. I have contacted the site for questions more than once, and they are always quick to reply (same day) even when specifying a sizing question on a specific item for me! If you're just starting out, I would definitely recommend this site

Ordered my items (3) to be exact and paid for expedited shipping which says 7 days. Been 3 weeks and they still did not ship it. Asked for a full refund. If you offer expedited shipping do just that. People have places to go.

It took over three weeks for them to send out a processed and packaged order because they made mistake after mistake and kept asking for my address over and over. I had paid extra for the expedited shipping and requested that just the expedited portion of the shipping costs be refunded in some manner being that they happily took full responsibility for for their careless blunders. They repeatedly refused to do so as well as refuse my request to contact a supervisor. Disgusted by their representatives' rude and condescending attitudes.

Upon reading all of the reviews here, i'm beginning to wonder if i will even receive my items. This is ridiculous. The company is based in Beijing china yet runs its website off an american server. Obviously to lie and fake it as far as they can.

On top of that, their ticket support on the website doesn't even work? It refuses to submit my ticket to find out where my stuff is.

This is the one and only time i will EVER use this site.

I ordered from trendsgal and the item I received was not even close to what was pictured. I received a dress completely see through, completely, that was also made for someone very short and wide. I ordered according to their size chart. I figured if anything it may be tight but I was way off. It was so baggy and see through its going to the landfill sin as my husband takes the trash out. They only offer partial refund and you pay shipping which is way more expensive than the original cost of shipping. You lose money by returning anything

I paced an order on 2/4/17. I paid for expedited shipping (3-7 days) on the order but it took a couple of weeks to arrive. I finally received part of my order. 1 item never came. After sending 3 messages to Trendsgal customer service- NONE were answered! I finally heard back from hem after leaving a poor review here and on their site. My expedited shipping fees were returned to me as well as the money for the item that I did not receive. GREAT customer service AFTER bad reviews!

I ordered from stressful twice and have not received none of my orders and then you can't even track your package and every time I try to submit my ticket it won't go through and the phone number is not responsible real number and I spent like $70.00 on this site I'm very upset give me my items or my money back before I report this site.

This company blocked me from leaving honest reviews about their products. I tried to leave several reviews about the poor quality of the clothing and they would not allow them to post. The clothing is absolutely terrible! So are the shoes! Do not waste your item ordering shoes from them. They have excellent jewelry that is good quality and I do really like the jewelry. It's good stuff. But they are very deceptive, never give them a credit card #, always use PayPal and be safe on this site!

Be wary over delivery times. I ordered two items on the same order and one arrived within a week, thanks. However, I have now been told on three separate occasions, that the second item would be shipped within 1-3 days and it hasn't been! It's now been over 15 business days since I placed the order and I'm very disappointed with the level of service. I get a quick response to messages to the service centre but they just tell me it will be shipped and then it isn't!

I placed an order, paid for express shipping, and then nothing... no communication at any point with the vendor regardless of the multiple attempts used. I also found additional phone numbers online for this vendor but all the phone numbers are a dead end. I have disputed my charges with PayPal and with my bank. I would suggest doing the same. This company deserves to be out of business. This has been a huge waist of time and money.

During an honest (but negative) review of an item (that had been one item in an order of three items) purchased, This review also resulted in a satisfaction rating of one star, for that one item.

Within 24 hours, I had received response from Trendsgal Customer Service, asking for details for them to commence investigation. Following correspondence once again provided a prompt reply, along with a fully satisfactory solution to the matter.

Everything settled in 48 hours. Five star service, as noted above.

Trendsgal's action in this matter has certainly reinstated my confidence in using Trendsgal.com as a reputable on-line shopping website.

After my order yesterday, Trendsgal made it so I can no longer log in to my account. Their phone number and email contact do not work. I got suspicious and saw all the terrible reviews of this company on line. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, in order to get a refund. This is a shady company at best, fraudulent at worst.

I ordered two shirts at the same time... I received one shirt and it was completely see through. Not what the picture or description showed at all. The other one never came and its been 42 days. They keep giving me the run around and wont answer their phone or call me back as I have requested. Awful company... do not I repeat DO NOT order from them.

I ordered 1 item on May 23 2016 and now it is June 18 2016 and I did a support ticket to customer service. They said oh it will take 10 to 25 days... so far my order has not been received... it should not take this long next time I will order off of Amazon... they are really fast with shipping... It took 2 months for my order to arrive in 2 separate bags which could have been put into one. The quality is simply OK not great. The customer service department is to be desired. They tried to push blame on me (the customer) I will not suggest this site to anyone.

My order is over 1 week late and Ive only received one out of five of my orders. And I understand that shipping can be difficult so Im not mad about how late they are. But on the front of the package it includes my phone number which worries me because it has all my information on it (my address, full name & phone number). Because of that I definitely wont be ordering from there again. Their prices may be good but I do not want to be ordering from a place that shows my phone number on the package.

I ordered some items for my wife from Trendsgal, and received exactly what I ordered. The only problem I found is that you have to watch the sizes. I knew these fashion were made in China, and took a chance. Shipping was fast... faster than stated, and quality was okay considering the price. Every item I ordered was exactly as shown on the website, so there were no surprises... except as I said earlier... watch out for sizes, as a lot of items are made small. You need to order larger than stated! Otherwise, I found no problem with this site! AND customer service on this site gets back to me sooner than any other I've encountered via email!

I ordered from them weeks in advance for a part for a Halloween costume. I paid by credit card, but had to wait several days after for them to acknowledge payment to ship. Then they claimed it was sent, but both postal companies said they didn't have it. It didn't ship until right about Halloween. Despite their website implying shipping is 7-9 days, expect an actual time of about 3-5 weeks.
