Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

I was pleasantly suprised! I ordered 8 items and all of them were good quality and they look amazing on me. The customer service team was pleasant, professional and answered all of my questions. It was so easy to order. My items came ten days after my order was processed. I fell in love with them! I had such a great experience that I recommended this site to all my friends! You have sales all the time and discounts and the prices are low.

I ordered from them weeks in advance for a part for a Halloween costume. I paid by credit card, but had to wait several days after for them to acknowledge payment to ship. Then they claimed it was sent, but both postal companies said they didn't have it. It didn't ship until right about Halloween. Despite their website implying shipping is 7-9 days, expect an actual time of about 3-5 weeks.

My first time ordering off there site and I loved it! My order arrived within around 2 weeks. I have tried everything on and it all fits me perfect. I even ordered my partner some tops and he is happy with them. We have already placed another order. I won't stop buying from trendsgal! Life time shopper from now on! Amazing quality.

Ordered on 12/19/2015 and today is 01/09/2016 and haven't received my order. I contacted customer service and was told it was my fault for not spending extra money for a tracking number and it would be an additional 10-45 days. It originally said the company was based out of California NOT China... hoping I didn't waste $40

Ordered 3 things 12/9/15 ended up paying 31 dollars for items that have never come. I had a bad feeling about the site to begin with but have them a chance. Never again will I shop or recommend this site to anyone

I ordered some items and paid for shipping only to find out that, this site uses free shipping but charges the customer! They say they have refunded partially value of my order but don't tell me the status of my other stuff!

I ordered a mermaid tail 22 days ago now and have YET to receive a confirmation email saying it was shipped and they definitely charged my account for it. I emailed them and received an email back saying they would get back within 24 hours, that was 4 business days ago and still no response. If this product doesn't get here by Christmas expect to get your tail back and to give me a refund. The clocks ticking 5 more days.

I purchased my first order in March of this year. I was a bit skeptical from all of the negative comments I read online but decided that I can only know for sure by doing so on my own. I received my shipment within 2 weeks, I was not expecting it to be so soon with a flat rate shipping. I ordered more items for my own boutique and decided to try my bathing suits on, material was AWESOME very chic, and just as in the pictures.
Since then I have gotten all of my stuff from there and love it!

I guess I should have read the reviews before I placed my order. I ordered my product on November 28 -- Here it is Dec. 19, and when I checked the UPS tracking information, it just says a "label was created", which I guess means it hasn't shipped. Lesson learned. -- I can't find a phone number to call! Never Again!

I placed an order on December 22,2015 and have still not received it. I expected it to take awhile, coming overseas, but I'm beginning to wonder if I'm going to get it at all. I ordered two products on Dec 3,2015 and today is January 2,2016 nothing has arrived. So I tried calling them. They had a magic Jack phone number! So I tried tracking it, there was no way possible to track it, I tried every tracking source.the last thing I did was submitted a ticket on their website in which they told me that there was no way to track the package, I just had to wait for it and that it would no longer take the 6-25 days that they originally told me but be expecting to receive it within 10-45... this company is just taking everyone's money and the prices are too good to be true so just don't waste your time lady's... sorry no good review.

Do not order from this company. They are scammers. I was about to place an order, the total was 22.41 USD and I am from Canada and with the conversion and shipping my should have come to 40 dollars. When I went to pay from my Paypal account the amount to be debited was 90 dollars. I have emailed them with actual screenshots and their replies are bull$#*!. Do not order from this company. The phone number is a joke. No one answers and you can't leave a message

Still waiting on my order. They made a from label from www.USPS.com and nothing has shipped. I have called and the phone number is a freaking Magic Jack phone! I have E-mail and not other than its shipping, but that is a Big Fat Lie! I am calling the better Business Bureau and they are going to cancel this order and they're going to pay me back my money. So Angry at this Company.

I have been trying for 3 days to access someone at TrendsGal. My order took almost 4 weeks to get to me and it was not complete. I tried to sign in to Customer Service online and kept getting that my email or password was wrong or the insane code was not correct. I think it a company run around to avoid the real issue. Very poor service. After reading the online reviews I know I will never recommend or use this company again

Please do not patronise Trendsgal, they offer ridiculous prices to lure innocent buyers. I placed an order of 24 items costing USD 300. Firstly, I received 3 shirts which were micro small for an XL- valued at 25 USD. Months gone by still waiting for the rest item only for them to reply me saying the delivery company could not find my address so they destroyed the product; this is the funniest and most stupid excuse ever. How did they deliver the first 3? I live in Germany not some remote country. They said the situation is usually without compensation but for me they will refund 43 USD. Therefore, I lost USD 230 because I was trying to save. Now I only buy from online European companies, saves me the whole stress and money. Trendgal like most of the online Chinese stores are fraud. The good reviews here am sure are not from really people.

I hate to even give them one star. Order my package and it shipped 12/7/16. The package was split on 12/20/16 and no one knows why. They even give you a picture showing your package when it left. Then I got another picture after the split. I only received the first one and no one seems to know where the second one is. They are very friendly at first making you think they are trying to resolve it but now they don't respond to my ticket. My only recourse at this time is to dispute the charges. Will never... order from them again.

I originally was upset because it had been 6 weeks with no tracking information where my package was. I ordered it well before Christmas and it never arrived. After repeatedly contacting the customer service they stopped communicating with me. They have since contacted me and refunded my money. It finally hit my account on 2/10/17. I am a little cautious about using a company overseas again but I am satisfied with this resolution.

I have been waiting for 2 months since they took my payment. I have been trying to contact them and they just give me some silly support tickets. After I checked those tickets, no useful information there. Really REALLY not happy. The only thing I AM happy about is that I didn't spend a ton of money on them so I only ordered one piece of clothing (wanted to buy more though).

I spent a good hour or two searching for items for a holiday, only to realize at the end that these are coming from china and wont be delivered in time. As I'd wasted so much time on this I reluctantly agreed to pay the £26 express delivery charge, which was extortionate to begin with. I have now received a message from DHL saying the delivery is being held as a further £18 importation fee is required!
I've gone back to my order and this is only mentioned AFTER you have paid your money:

"Please note: customs tax and duty is dependent on destination. The buyer is responsible for all associated costs"

This is an absolute rip off and I will be contacting them for a refund - do not use!

I placed an order 12/4/2015 and I haven't received any info, pics, or tracking info on my purchase. This is horrible customer service I've been waiting nearly 1 month for items I hoped to have before Christmas and it came and passed so now it's New Years Eve and no package. I called the contact number listed and it's a Magic Jack number! Wtf! Why are these companies allowed to continuously conduct bootleg online businesses with so many negative qualities? I don't even have an order number, at this point I would like my money back.

1 star is the least I can choose so 1 star it is. Save yourself time, money and frustration. Maybe this site works for people who live in the trendsgal area but if you order from them keep in mind the shipping is overseas. I ordered 1 item in the beginning of March. We are on last week of April and I still have NOT received it!
Their email responses are automated; calling them is expensive and cancelling is expensive. Make it a habit to read reviews from WHOEVER you order BEFORE you order. I will NEVER order from here again. Trendsgal is out to make money from people like us. Hard lesson learned-never again! Good luck.

Trendsgal has no customer service. I placed one order that I never received. I placed a second order that was processed through PayPal but never listed on Trendgal site of my orders placed. If you get your items consider yourself lucky! I wrote a bad comment and was unable to log in ever again. So I had to take the loss of $84.00 down the drain. No worries though, I found Dress Head and their shipping is way cheaper and faster delivery They share similar clothes with Sammy Dresses and even EBay so go through another site please. It's not worth the risk.
