Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

I placed on order Mid November for an xmas gift. According to the shipping estimates, I had plenty of time. My order supposedly shipped a month later, but other than a label being created there is no tracking info. I have attempted to email, submit a ticket, live chat and even call the number on the site. No use! Nothing goes through. The site loops around and around asking you to log in over and over.

Horrible Customer Service and even worse, I'm thinking this item will never arrive and I've been scammed.

TrendsGal is a great Asian clothing store that has fast service and great products with great prices for everyone. Detailed pictures and sizes make the selection go fast! I have made several orders with them and never had any complaints other than I chose the wrong size. If you have any complaints they will give you credit or will refund you without complaint. Shipping is fast most orders get half way around the world to your door in about 5 days. My last order was GG************** ordered 15/07/2016 07:36:26 and it was perfect.

This site is a scam! I signed up and now I'm on an email list I can't get out of, they sent me a coupon code that "doesn't apply" because of a promotion lol are you kidding? I added two dresses to my cart and at first I thought I would be getting a deal but then they hit you with $10-$25+ for shipping! The site looks nice but something smelled fishy to me. I will just go to Forever21 and pay a little more. Don't get scammed! I don't think anything good can come from ordering from Trendsgal.

Trendsgal is literally stealing peoples money through their broken website, and refuse to fix the issue. For your own sake, I sincerely hope you shop elsewhere.
I have contacted customer service no less than 9 times, and talked to two different people- they have done absolutely nothing but ignore and lie to me.
To be specific, I turned off the tracking number charge, along with a few other expensive options, and hit submit on a page that confirmed a price of $19.70. And the following page said Thank you for your purchase of $21.70! As I said, they are completely ignoring me about the broken system and refuse to give me any kind of refund.
They also erased my purchase information from their website completely, and I mean Completely. While I was still waiting for it, they hid my order so that I could no longer access it in any way, nor the tracking number that I have been forced to pay for.
Please do not give them your credit card information. You will be scammed, and sorely regret it.

Tip for consumers:
Do not give them your credit card information, they will make unauthorized purchases and refuse to give you any refunds.

Never again will I buy or recommend anyone to buy anything from Trendgals. Thank goodness I only purchase one item about a month ago and I still have not received it. I've gotten an email that gave me my supposed order information and tracking info but when I would look to see if I could track my item it doesn't even show me anything regarding what I have purchased. I've been on the site to try to contact this company by phone and still got nothing. Really think they are a scam.

Save your money! Everything is crap. Not quality. They have stolen other sites photos and are trying to make the clothes out of the cheapest fabric that half way looks like it! Sizes come way smaller then described... no warrenty they will keep saying they did not get your photo... or they need other info! Total rip off.

This "company" is a total scam! I placed an order over 2 months ago and never received it. I've sent several emails and got not one response. And the customer service number is a non-working number. So disappointed and really annoyed!

They will take your money, site will post item shipped but items will never come! Anyone that has received emails from them should go back into the email market as spam this will shut them down. BUYERS BEWARE!¡!

It's been since the beginning of last month I ordered one dress n I have no response from you or my dress... called ups... fed ex n usps n this is not a real tracking number of any of them... Don't order from this rip off scam site... I better get my stuff by valentine or I'm going to hire my attorney to sue ur company... I ordered 3 things and paid extra shipping to get my items shipped fast and delivered before Christmas and my items are still in China, I live in the US and they should of been delivered already it's been 10 days and they haven't even shipped yet?! I've written 3 tickets complaining and not 1 response back! I will never order from here again. I ordered from other over seas companies the same day as I ordered from TrendsGal and have already received all 6 of my packages. What is going on with this company I will never order from here again! I want to know where my items are!

I love the clothing! Ive had many complements. The only issue I have with them is the fact that Ive asked multiple times for a referral link to copy and paste on my Facebook page and in my groups as well as other social media sites. I dont have a website. I dont think they understand what Im asking for

I ordered two swimming suits. To my surprise, the items were very cute, definitely worth the price I paid. My only critique is that one of the swimming suit was not lined in the back so it is see through when wet, but the other piece was beautiful! I would buy from them again if I see something I like.

I don't understand why I didn't read these reviews first I would have never ordered from them. I hate ordering from China because not only does it take forever the quality is cheap. Never looks like the pictures they advertise which is false advertisement. I don't get how you take my money, I see PayPal paid you and you send me a email to confirm payment. Then make up some bogus line about PayPal not able to verify my account or something like that. Idk. Looking at the reviews I should have stayed away. And if I don't get my orders I will open up claims with PayPal.

Hard to find anything about refunds on the website - all the details on their warranty and returns page reads as 'no problem' so one expects a refund without issue. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. Shipping, insurance etc are not covered, and only 30% of the cost of the product itself will be refunded. This is utterly awful, but it's more that this isn't explicitly stated on their refunds page, than that it is their policy in the first place, that makes this an issue.
Utter waste of time. Product was poorly sized, different colour, cheap material, unwearable and now I've lost the money on it because I am not paying to ship something back for more than the cost of the refund!

I have ordered my items and now still waiting on them. It shouldn't take this long on shipping no matter where it comes from... I should know I have traveled the world... so the phone number they provide is never answered... the ticket you submit gets the same generic message each time. Saying the item has been shipped... I have spoken with my legal team and they are investigating this company. One way or another I'm going to get my package or I'm going to get a refund and make sure this company is straighten out. This is not how you provide customer service... or do good business..

I ordered a corset from them they said they shipped it out on August 30/2015. Well guess what its now October 14/2015 and still no corset, no refund, no nothing, I submitted a million tickets to these people and now their saying that the order number that they provided to me was not the correct order number in which I have proof from saving all my e-mails these folks is a joke and someone seriously needs to do something about this website and these lying $#*! chinese people who is scamming us for money and not committing to shipping you your paid products what do we do?

I placed a small order for 2 items to try out there products and I didn't pay for express shipping. My items arrived in 3 weeks considering that it came from overseas that was a good timeframe. Both of my items are very cute and came the exact way they were advertised on the website. I am very satisfied with my order.

I ordered some stuff from this shop and after doing further research and looking at these reviews i was certain i was scammed so i contacted their support centre cancelling my order, they did get back to me in less than 24 hours and they said they couldnt as they have already shipped my order. 20 days later (give or take) my package arrives! It contained everything i ordered although some did have a strange smell put them im the wash and its fine. I would order from these people again

I am an avid internet shopper, and usually I get great customer service. I'm not one to be a negative nancy, but this site totally ripped me off. I ordered something from them and they shipped me the wrong size. When inquiring as to how I could go about getting this corrected, I was told (by someone that could barely speak English) that I could not get refunded, but I could pay out of my own pocket to send it back and get the correct size. I sent in many tickets trying to get a reasonable explanation for this mess, but I literally received the same response three times before giving up. The same typos were in each response. I feel that a computer just spits out emails to customers depending on inquiries. There is no place on the site to leave a review or anything either. I would not advise shopping here. The quality of the item I ordered was cheap as well.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy anything unless it's super cheap. There's a chance it could rip in the package on the way to your house.

Poor service, late sending of goods. I bought clothes and paid on 29 February they promised to dispatch my clothes in 3 days but alas they sent the clothes on 19 March, split the order into 8 packages until now i received only 3 packages. Talk of quality very very poor quality dresses look like they were sawn by a 2 year old. Im totally dissapointed in their service. Please save yourself from loss and from a heartbreak... do not buy from this scammers

Please don't just buy from these people spread the word to other online shoppers, if we unite in spreading the word wherever we are, we will surely take trendgal, rosegal and all the affiliated sites that are ripping people's money.

Prices are awesome... for a reason, the quality is truly awful. I ordered 2 tops, after 32 days I finally received them in the mail and although they vaguely resemble the pictures the quality is total crap. I had suspected it most likely was to good to be true. It was. I wouldn't waste any of your time or money ordering from this company.

I would recommend this site to my friend and family definitely. The items were very cheap and I didn't have an issue receiving them. I was a little worried at first when I fist received my confirmation receipt but everything worked out. I paid for 6-8 days shipping and I received my items in 7 days exactly.
