Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?
The pros of this site is that the items I ordered did arrive in a timely manner. The primary issue I have with the clothes I received is that they are terrible quality. You definitely get what you pay for with this website. Every single item was made with cheap material. Save your money for clothes that will actually last.
I am missing several items from my order! The black dress I ordered is missing, as well as cross necklace, the bathing suit straps are broken, and the green dress has a stain in it! I have been trying to contact them and the number doesn't work and neither does the email. I will have to file a dispute with my bank because this company is a scam

Where is this company located I've ordered from them 3 times a hit or miss withe the sizes but they're cheap so if the didn't fit I didn't trip but my last order of 3 pieces yielded only 1. Cc so far, I like them I just I that I receive my other two pieces... whether I can ware them or not.
Worst purchase I have ever made. I waited for over 2 months to find absolutely NOTHING like the picture. I was very exited after purchasing this dress, and now that it is here, I want nothing to do with it. It is completely see through and looks like an extremely poorly made Halloween costume. I hate this dress with a burning passion.

I had ordered 2 bathing suits, and I must admit, I didn't know and/or see the size charts. I ordered 2XL, from experience with other stores. Unfortunately when I received the items, they were much too small. The quality was excellent, so I contacted TrendsGal's customer service and here I learned about their size chart. I cannot blame TrendsGal for my oversight. With my new knowledge I will place an order again, now with the correct size.

I was scared to receive my order after all the reviews, but when I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised. I guess I'm one of the lucky one who received cute clothing and fast delivery. My order still has not come and it is a good thing I did not order but two items; just to test the waters. It has been over 6 weeks and when I called them I was told it may be another 6 weeks. In other words; I will never get the merchandise I paid for. I believe this company is running a scam and from the reviews I am now reading I am so glad that I did not order hundreds of dollars worth of stuff. I purchased all of my items in a larger size because I figured they may run small since the price was so cheap... well I ordered a 4x, the clothes are labeled 4x but they fit a size medium person! Not to mention I pay for expedited shipping and had to wait 15 days to receive my order... guess what you want to return an item? You have to pay for that too! HORRIBLE!

You are a SCAM! I have read several complaints about people NOT getting their orders just like me. I will take this complaint as far as I can. Believe me! I ordered on 1-13-16 and still haven't gotten my order! You said you put a message on my account with you and there is nothing there of course. The reply url you sent me doesn't work. Can't reply. Click-ons don't work etc.

I ordered socks and the shirt and the quality was amazing! The only problem was you have to order a size or 2 up, but that's nothing terrible! Everything looked exactly like the picture and got here in a very timely manner!
The leggings I ordered are not even close to the length the description said. It's like they are screw ups of some sort. They were supposed to be low and mid waisted. They all go up to my boobs. Bad enough that when they said they shipped it out they didn't, they waited 13 days and only with several complaints they finally did. Then when I received the order, it was like they sell factory screw up. Horrific no woman in they world is shaped like these leggings are made.

My first order came in a timely manner and I was quite pleased with it. The only thing kind of strange was that one of my jean articles smelled like chlorine. Maybe that's normal? Idk. I got my order within a week. I also really liked the jewelry as well. For the price offered, I really can't find any way to complain with this company.
I ordered again and can't wait to get my next shipment.
I placed an online order with trendsgal for $150 and i was really disappointed when i received it. Very cheap poor material, the colors are faded and looked as if it was used before. More over the sizes are not fitting. Their large size is actually an xsmall. Dont ever trust these people. Their stuff looks really good on line but actually it's very poor cheap quality.

This is the first time in my entire life to be writing a review for an online store and it has got to be a bad one. I made an order on 30 September 2015 and chose standard shipping to my country which is supposed to arrive in 7 days. But it is still "processing" until now and it is the 12 October 2015.

Ok, so a lot has changed since my last review. I have since then did some research on trendsgal and I came to find out that the warehouse is in China I believe. So I came to realize that it may that my package a little more time to arrive and then it did. I am now a happy shopper with Trendsgal and I will give them 3 stars now. The contact number still is unavailable and the live chat support doesn't work. But emails are up and running. Customer support is available through email which will get a response the next day. I do believe I will continue to shop with them. Now that I'm aware it's not a scam

I recently did a review for Trendsgal.com on that same day I received my products I ordered. I am still a bit concerned and have questions in my head about this site because the number they provide is a magic jack number and their support address is different that they have from PayPal. When a payment is taken out through PayPal it comes up as Ivan instead of the site name. They provide you a tracking number but you can't track that package. So although I did receive my products Im still concerned for those who hadn't received their orders..

I usually use internet for make shopping, there are many site but not alla of them are serious. Trendsgal have a super support center, if you have question or problem they will solve it. After the first order, i was satisfied that's why i 've made more orders becuase i like the the dress and also the accessories, they are original and fashion, the prices are very good compare to other site.
