I schedule pick up Location to Sherwood park, AB instead of Edmonton, AB its been 3days still my package Tracking Shows in transit. They delay my pick up time by saying sever weather delay which is lie.
This is the WORST carrier. They can't deliver a package to the correct address to save their necks. I have stopped ordering from companies who use UPS
Do not ship with UPS because they hiring people with no background check and when you asked about your stolen package they will say it's been dropped at your door and because of Coronavirus they don't take people signature so I lost a medical package wart under $120 yesterday and I didn't get any good response from UPS they just said. It's been delivered and it's your problem
Never on time they never deliver on that date alway the next like really lazy. I was supposed to have a package delivered today but never made it.Not very happy at all.
They get their delivery dates way off every single time. Like how bad of a delivery company do you have to be. I hate ups. Horrible, horrible, horrible!
We need to get together and start a class action lawsuits and sue ups bankrupt for fraud and theft. Emptying their bank accounts is the only way to stop this rampant fraud and theft.

The company shipped and the desktop it was coming on time but when it got to the day April 28,2020 it didn't show up so I went on UPS website to see where it is and it never got scan. So I message the seller telling them that my package never came and they opening a investigation with UPS and the seller did refund my money after UPS finally answered me on their Facebook page when I asking where my package is and they got back to me few days later tell me that the seller never shipped.
As a business owner and "bottom line" oriented, we have been forced to switch shipping away from UPS. The proverbial "straw that broke the camels' back" was the way that they handled an overnight shipment. We shipped 2 packages "overnight" and one of the two got lost by UPS. HOW DO THEY LOSE ONLY ONE OF TWO? They were virtually the same, and contained custom signs that are used to display speed when drivers go through a controlled speed zone.
UPS failed to pay our legitimate claim for a lost package. They shorted us over $600 and made us PAY FOR THE SHIPPING even though the package was lost.
ENOUGH SAID. NO STARS MINUS STARS
MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED! On the day they delivered and UPS marked my package as delivered, I searched my entire building. NOBODY FOUND IT. The people who work in my building all went after this, they looked inside other residents' boxes. EVERYTHING was done. Nobody has ever seen this. I was advised by the person in the building to open a ticket at UPS. Because they put it as delivered and it NEVER WAS. A person from UPS called me and said they would do everything they could to resolve my problem as soon as possible. I still have no response to this day. They even sent it to the website telling me to contact Lululemon (the store where I should have received the order), because they actually couldn't find it. I'm not to blame, the building is not to blame. This package NEVER ARRIVED. The amount was paid, UPS received it, and since November I have been without RETURN.
Item was to be delivered 8/5/22. Check tracking at 8/4/22 to see delivery had now pushed out an entire week (8/11/22). The package which was to travel Florida to utah hadn't even left the origin facility until 8/4/22. It literally sat there for an entire week.
Find out from one agent, after to talking to 6 others, That the reason was because it was left behind after employees failed to put on original truck and it then took them an entire to recognize and fix an issue. And they way of fixing a 100% at fault issue was to simply put it on the next truck and it "gets there when it gets there". Then package delayed another day (now 8-12-22).
Every agent i spoke to on this issue either plays dumb and just repeats "check tracking for updates" or outright plays damage control on behalf of the Florida location that cause the week long delay. Every delay was not communicated to me. No update emails, nothing. I had to find out but checking status of delivery.
No effort to expedite delivery either. At this point I have screenshot proof of their agent stating its 100% their fault for the delay, and despite that no effort to delivery my package faster. Still at ground delivery snail mail, because it wouldn't be fair if they endured the burden of their own mistake.
The UPS drivers are so lazy( Nord Miami) that they don't want to go up to the second floor and leave a note instead " Sorry We Mussed you" Then you call them, they say "Strange, everything is correct with your address" And then the whole problem is to find a package! Extremely unprofessional company!
I can't number the times UPS deliveries are late but that is not so bad; when they take a 27 lb package & deliver it across the street when my address is as legible as a 20/40 impared can read from across the street - that's just STUPID!
What's the solution - use FedEx whenever / wherever possible.
I sent an overnight package with EXTREMELY IMPORTANT documents. UPS lost my package and provided 0 help after they did. Learn from everyones mistakes and pains dealing with this company and go with USPS OR FEDEX!
They lost the item I shipped and told me they had a case open and would get back to me and 3 years later they still won't make it right or even refund my shipping costs!
We sent a package from Asia to Europe to family members. In addition to the cost of the shipping, a fee had to be paid for the customs. We had the choice to either pay it ourselves or leave it to the receiver to pay it in cash upon delivery in order to receive the package, which they did.
A few days later our credit card also got charged that exact same fee.
We then tried to reach out to their terrible customer support, after multiple phone calls with their agents, we got told that the refund request got escalated and that we would soon expect a follow-up.
A month after, as they had not tried to contact us in any way, we decided to file a bank dispute.
Despite the proof of payment, the bank sided with UPS took our money, and charged us an extra dispute fee.
UPS ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
I have a few packages that I for the life of me just can't receive from this postal company. I am seeing the status saying these items are delivered to the POST OFFICE yet when go to pick up item, ITEMS are NOT in the mail box & NEITHER WAS IT GIVEN AT THE DESK!

I tried calling their phone number and not a $#*! Am I getting through! Emailing is another big problem cause I can't get an email address to contact company!
I messaged them on facebook, however, got a response and I felt like I was actually getting somewhere, BUT when went and picked up item, 2 items was found and 3 are still MISSING!

I needed to ship a package for my sons Christmas gift.
Never having shipped with this company I decided to try it. This will be the last time I assure you. After paying almost $80.00 for shipping and was told the package arrival date was on 12/24 according to tracking this hasnt even left the state. The package will now be delivered on the 29th Merry Christmas to my 16 yr old son. I called the local store and a rude gentleman answered, he advised me to call back on Tuesday for a manager. Now I am irate so I called the corporate line not much better While explaining my situation I was cut off and quickly transferred. AFTER WAITING ON HOLD I was told so sorry yes this is quite a large sum for shipping but we cant help you. This is the worst shipping experience and customer service. I should have looked at the company's customer star rating.
If it was possible I would rate you a -2 for upsetting my sons christmas! From now on I will be using other carriers for my future shipments! The entire company should be ashamed of themselves!
My package was never delivered they claim there was an attempt but there wasn't I've been home all morning there was no knock on my door nor was there a note slip per usual. It never fails everytime I order and ups is involve I never get my package NEVER!SMH I wish I could give no stars.
Legit the worst company that ever existed, my doorbell wasn't working so I asked them if they could call me when they are here and they refused. SO I ENDED UP WAITING FOR THEM FOR 3 HOURS (DURING THE TIMESTAMPS THEY HAVE PROVIDED, AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN ARRIVED YET THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHECK THE DELIVERY AS "ATTEMPTED". I've used UPS 25 years. In the beginning they paid for items they damaged as long as it was reasonably packed. At some point, likely after they went public in 1999, they stopped paying no matter how obvious it was they had unreasonably damaged an item. I once ordered an outboard that looked like it had been been delivered by dragging it behind the truck and I refused to accept it. The dealer told me UPS denied the claim but he refunded my money anyway and said since this had happened before he was no longer selling outboards online. I recently bought a marine toilet shipped by a factory which sells hundreds and it arrived just fine as packed by the factory. It didn't fit so I repacked it exactly how it arrived and UPS charged me $150 to return it. It arrived in pieces. Think about the force required to break a porcelain toilet! This is not negligence it is abuse. UPS denied my claim stating I was advised to add additional packing. This was not true - all I was told was they had a box the original would fit in which I elected and I was covered up to $500. Now I'm out $650.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
