I ordered 4 tickets for a Tim Minchin concert. I was shown a shopping cart that said they would cost £198 (far too much - but I was in a mad hurry and they kept flashing up pop ups about how many people were booking and how few minutes I had left!)... when the order confirmation came through it came to over £700 - with a load of extortionate booking and delivery charges added. This cannot be legal. My visa credit provider initial response is that there is nothing they can do. I will not be letting it rest there.

Such a rip off. I paid for tickets that never arrived. Spoke to the same person every time I called (red flag) and was basically cheated. What a great birthday to drive a hour to only turn around at the gate! $#*!ing international shady money laundering scheme. Hope Amite & $#*!ing wife read this $#*!. Thanks guy. A+

Bought tickes for world cup 2014 finals at Rio de Janeiro. Very concerned about reliable tickets and from whom to buy. Received it from viagogo very fast (ups) delivery. The position is superb. Will never forget the experience!

Book tickets to harry potter and the cursed child. Prices for ticket well over $1500. They are basically extortionists. Do not waste your time. I cancelled my credit card and requested an investigation. Don't waste your time! I would give them 0 stars but there is a zero star!

Bought tickets for Hans zimmer in February paid double the price for back row seats, last month got my tickets so thought fair enough least I'm going then 2 days ago got email saying my tickets are invalid and I'd be getting new ones. Surprise surprise after constantly emailing them no reply so I'm about 200 quid out of pocket and had to buy new tickets. Never ever use these con artist bastards also the search engines shouldn't be allowed to have them as top site for tickets!

Absolutely disgusting my husband paid over £320 for 2 ticket to see rod Stewart in shewsbury tonight travelled over 400 mile round trip to be sat right at the back could hardly see anything he also had to chase our tickets up as they didn't even arrive at time he was told never ever again will we buy off this site we'll stick to ticket master in future dont buy off these they are a rip off

Bought 2 tickets to see the India vs AUstralia test match for $122.93 and was made to believe they were adult tickets at $45 each. They turned out to be kids tickets being resold with a face value of $10 each sold by an unscrupulous guy named Dutta through Viagogo who are scammers ( Scalpers) with no principles interested only in their commission. I am amazed that they are able to operate in Australia in this manner without any control and protection for Consumers.

Do not buy frm Viagogo if you do they will rip you off. We purchased tickets in a seated area. Said delivery 3 days before concert. We were notified the day of the concert that tickets had been cancelled and no refund. This site are nothing more than thrives scammers and scum it has cost us $2500 I am coming to get you Viagogo

Three hours before the Eton John concert in Atlanta was to begin, we received an email that the tickets we ordered, paid for and downloaded were invalid. We were told not to worry that we would receive tickets ticketmaster. Never received. Four hours on the phone, missed concert - denied a refund. Out $1500. Endless emails, proof they asked for provided and nothing! BEWARE

Devasted. Got totally ripped off on booking fees and now I've looked at other reviews to check... looks like my tickets might never arrive. I bought them as a gift for my 18 year old son and nephew with a group all contributing to the cost. Money has come from my account. How will I explain this? I can't afford to buy more as I am unemployed! Shameful!

I was purchasing tickets from the venue and was redirected to viagogo's dodgy website by a bot.
Ignorantly, I persisted assuming I was buying from the venue.
When I received my ticket I realised I had paid over $500 for a $70 ticket!
I wrongly assumed again that I was purchasing Premium Tickets.
Please save yourself the trouble and check with the venue.
They have little to no recourse, refund policy, or contact for returning tickets.
This is nothing but a scam that has legitimized itself.

Please vote with your feet and stop this ridiculous business model...

Why does Viagogo ripp people off? Paid for concert tickets to see Paul McCartney in December in Brisbane. They have overcharged us and there is no email address or phone number to get a hold of this company. It seems once again I have to go to school to learn my lesson.

First tgwy purchase tickets and sell them at a huge premium to sports fans. Later draconian deadlines and worst customer service and horrible website interface they make it near impossible to resell or relist your tickets. We lost $1,500 in tickets purchasing with these people. I recommend never ever to use this website, they are a scam business. Buy directly from the tournament or do not go.

I am embarrassed to admit my stupidity in being rushed into buying a ticket from this site. Unusually using my phone and trying to ensure I could go with my friend I was fooled npby their very few tickets left and ended up paying £87.50 for a £30 ticket for last Sunday's Indigo Girls concert in Islington.
At no point until point of sale do you know what you are paying and the site makes it very difficult to cancel.
This is a business which refuses a summons to appear before a House of Commons Select Committee so it is not in the business of responding to customer pressure so long as it can keep purchasing the first listing that comes up on Google.

I ordered tickets, but being my first time at this thought everyone of the ticket marketplace were the same. Very nieve. I thought it a lot of money but no experience of costs so just thought that was the price ot service. How wrong I was. Taken for a fool is how I feel having paid almost £ 100 pounds over others. Tried to get a refund was told they could sell them but even take commission on that. Credit card company could not help out. So stuck with two very expensive tickets and a very upset husband. Who is annoyed at my nievity. They were a treat as my husband follows Brian Cox on tv.

I purchased tickets to an event on this site only to find them moments later on Tickemaster at half the price. But don't think about cancelling a purchase or getting a refund. All sales are final, No refunds. Customer service only can read a script - in broken English. I'll never use this site again. Ever.

This set of robbing scum bags dont deserve any stars and should not be allowed to trade.
I paid £360 for 2 Celine Dion tickets including registered security post. They arrived this week via the normal mail and the price on the tickets are £45 each so £90 for 2.
That means they have made £270 for not a lot! I even made the booking on line myself but was charged a £60 booking fee.
Come on that is just ridiculous and greedy. I understand that people need to make a living but I am disgusted with this ridiculous mark up and will never use them again.

We bought tickets for Inter vs Milan on 18th April 2015 for the first time and was extremely satisfied. Very quick and efficient service with immediate dispatch of e-tickets trough my email address. Easy to book and to choose seats. Well Done!

Appalled by the way we have been treated. I recieved tickets to go see Drake in Amsterdam for my 21st, a week before I was due to fly over from England I get an email from viagogo saying that he has rescheduled for the weekend after and that we won't get our money back but they would 'help' us re sell the tickets. The tickets were purchased at £120 each (not including booking and handling fee which came to £330 in total) and at this point they were only selling for £50 each so we had lost out on not only the concert but £230. To make matters worse drake decided to reschedule the concert again and our sale got cancelled and we were charged £50 by viagogo for reasons we still do not understand. We have now been left with nothing, absolutely furious! When you ring them all you get is an automated voice. NEVER purchase from viagogo they have no customer service what so ever wish we would have stayed well away!

They charged us a £25 fee for two £50 tickets for a football match in Valencia. Then when the event was cancelled they offered no refund as it would be played the next year. Our only option was to resell the tickets on their site where they again charged us £10 for pleasure, plus EUR10 per ticket sold to give us the money.

Absolute scum. And you can't call them. They also didn't let us know the event was cancelled, told us our tickets were posted. There guarantee isn't worth the words, going though the T&C's it contradicts everything.

When someone has enough money they'll shut this company down in court.

Absolutely disgusted by this web site. Apparently they had a 'glitch' and have robbed myself and many other people of our hard earned money by NOT declaring additional cost and fees! Purchase price: £170 for 3 tickets... actual price £701.71!
No customer service skills, ignorant to emails and tweets and when they do finally reply, they send robotic unhelpful messages. Stay clear of this website!

Viagogo sell tickets to Super Rugby games, pronouncing that they are the cheapest tickets, when they are in fact over double the price.On top of this the site makes it look as though it is the official ticket seller so the unwary will get stung in the pocket big time. You guys suck!
