Patio Table

The product was exactly as advertised, well constructed, and fairly easy to assemble. Please be aware that the instructions are pictorial and they are very tiny. However, the parts are labeled and you can pretty much figure out how everything goes together. I would buy more products of this type from this vendor.

Gazebo shades

Single bamboo blind ordered was based on web site photo and proved to be accurate. However I needed a total of 3 and so immediately ordered 2 more but it is now listed as out of stock with no indication when it will be back in stock. Very disappointing.

I had a great shopping experience with VidaXL, so I highly recommend this website.

Double Sun Lounger with Canopy

We received the Lounge in two boxes everything was nicely packet. Installation is easy all the screws worked and nothing was missing. You need two people to put this together.

Its comfortable and we enjoying it.

However the cushions will slide down with you if you put the back rest up for a more upright position. Means some kind of additional attachment needs to be created to enjoy even more.

Maybe this should be thought true by the manufacturer.

Purchase patio furniture, items came dirty and rusted. I contacted the company for return, received an email with return shipping label and a refund will be issued in 3 days after product is received back. I shipped package back, per POD package was received on July 21st. It is now August 25th and nothing! I've reach out and all I get is they're still processing my return. Also they've completely removed my order from the website so it looks like I never ordered anything and they won't respond to my emails. BUYER BEWARE! Company has shady business practices!

Storage shed and shipping both were very bad

First storage is very very clumsy and very week. It's like a toy storage shed for staging. When I unpacked the item found out 5 pieces were broken. I already had trashed the box and everything otherwise I really wanted to return this. Now I am using it since almost two months and doors are giving me so much trouble. One side door middle hinge is already broken. I will never recommend this item to anyone. Bab bad very bad experience.

Great quality, awesome price

The coat rack/shelf that I bought is a superior product. I looked all over for something that used natural wood, was sturdy, and had a large number if hooks; all of the similar products from other brands were double the price of this item. I live in an old house with wonky studs, so I did have to unscrew and reattach the wall hangers on the back, but this was relatively easy with a drill. I would definitely purchase this again.

Missing parts

I ordered a Dog Kennel from Vidaxl and only 3 of the 4 packages were delivered. Customer service has been atrocious. They have said they have requested a new package me sent, but won't provide a new tracking number. They have told me countless times that the "warehouse will get to it when they get to it and that I am not their only customer". I was told by JOHN that "they can't snap their fingers and have it magically appear on my doorstep." I am just wanting an update as to when the missing package is to arrive. No one will let me speak with a supervisor or give me any type of information. Stay clear of this company! Read all the online reviews!

Love our awning!

Had to do a little adjustment to make it work for our porch and are going to add window tint underneath to help block more sun since we have die East.

Spring Anticipation

We purchased this bench for our small deck as a gift for ourselves in advance
Of Christmas 2019! Once arrived we put it together, fairly easy, to make sure all the parts were there... and, they were. We disassembled, so that it gets no actual use until after Christmas! It is going to give us so much usability on our small deck next spring... we cannot wait! It's going to be fun to decorate around.

Rickety table and Tiny uncomfortable Chairs
October 25, 2019

The table did not go together easily and when completed one side was longer than the other.
The chairs came already put together which was nice, however, it is impossible to sit on them they are so badly designed that there is no room for the posterior to sit and the back bar cuts into your back and it hurts.
Very disappointed and an utter waste of money!

First ordered 2 acacia outdoor dining chairs. After they were received, we liked them enough that a drop leaf table and two more chairs were ordered. Chairs are just the right size. Table has a crack in the leg but that will be fixed. Set is very nice. Packaging protected the items well. Delivery was quick.

I read many negative reviews and was leery to place an order. However, since vidaXL has the best price for the product that I wanted, I placed an order anyway. The product (razor wires) came after a week. I let it sit untouched for about 1-2 weeks. It turned out that we don't need the product anymore, so I need to return it unused. The product is big & heavy so I was worried about return shipping cost out of my pocket. After several email exchanges with customer service, they provided me with UPS return label at no cost to me and I got full refund back. Almost like dealing with Amazon Prime. I'm fully satisfied with the excellent service and will not hesitate to buy again or recommend to others.

Trellis
December 30, 2020

Trellis #*******, Invoice # *******, Product not produced as advertised. Very flimsy, will not support two climbing roses without beefing up attachment areas for containers and re-enforcing Arch system. Only held together with staples and small screws. The bolts to attach arches to up rites give a false appearance of a solid construction. Construction of product must be with heavier dimension lumber. I had to repaint Trellis with added waterproofing to extend the life of the product. Product not advertised with honest photos or verbiage.

10x30 Blue Tent

Directions were easy to follow. All parts were there. There was a small rip in one of the walls that I know for Sure we did not make. Left the poles up for 10 days and were fine when we finally took them down. Passed out test of satisfaction.

Beautiful wall cabinet!

I was looking everywhere for a small rustic looking wall cabinet for our guest bathroom. One day an ad for this cabinet popped up on one of my feeds. It looked perfect. I checked it out and not only was it the perfect size, but reasonably priced. I assumed it would take weeks to ship since the company was in the Netherlands. But, I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in just two days! Way better than the service I've been getting from Amazon lately! Bottom line: I absolutely love it!

Major Disappointment
June 30, 2020

The quality is poor for the cost. The patio set and loungers look very nice in the photograph, not so much in person. Assembly is tedious and I waited before forming an opinion during the hours (many of them) spent putting it together. Workmanship is poor when the pieces are assembled the weaving does not match up, the lounger only inclines 25-30 degrees so you cannot sit up, used 3 times (persons of average weights and frames) and is already noticeably sagging. Not worth the cost, aggravating, and I already planning replacement.

Glad it's up!

The company had fast delivery. I purchased the awning that installs with tension bars under the eves. The product is made in China, and the quality is low. The instruction could have been written in chinese, it was worthless. It does looks nice when installed, but won't last a couple of years.
