Bar Height Outdoor Table

Box arrived damaged as well as the table. Snapped photos and sent them into Customer Service. Never heard back from them... disappointed. I did glue the pieces and the table is functional. But the company needs to either send one piece of the top or provide a discount because of damage to make my transaction whole

Great value for money

The goods came on time and was all in order. The instructions were not great but setting up these things is not rocket science if you go about it methodically. I took out a star because some of the furniture had (removable) stains that made me feel like these may be recycled from returns - which I cannot confirm but just a tad unpleasant.

Crummy Quality

Product was received dented and damaged. We tried to buy spare parts and barely made it work, although only a short term fix. This retractable awning won't make it another 30/60 days sadly. Complete waste of money.

Too expensive for the quality

Very good size/ support poles for canopy are very flimsy--we had to add braces to brace the whole thing to the side of our patio wall otherwise worried wind or people could grab bars not realizing they would probably bend, break or tear away from bed. We also added a 6" memory foam mattress topper as the cushions supplied were extremely thin. Had the whole thing been cheaper, maybe I would feel different (in this case and at this price --you definitely DO NOT get what you pay for)

Great concept - bad execution

I liked the design of this table because I needed one that when closed would be thin enough to store easily off season. The quality control on this product is poor. Some of the screws were stripped. Some of the holes did not line up. Some of the wood was cracked where the hinges had been attached and the gate legs did not function properly. I basically rebuilt the hardware on the table and attached angle irons on both sides of all attachment points. I am glad I persevered! I got a UV/waterproof cover for during the day as my deck gets direct sun which is debilitating for teak furniture. Just to be safe I will sand, oil and varnish the wood to protect it further.

The product once complete is what I ordered though I would have preferred softer cushions. But it was so very difficult to put together. Some screws never did go all the way in. If not for my husband's patience the project would not have been completed.

Didn't fit correctly

2017 f250 - these tail lights look nice but didn't fit my truck very well. I had to sand them down in a bunch of places including the mounting lugs to fit somewhat correctly. I definitely do not recommend.

I bought a $500 sofa from this company. The sofa was made from such a bad quality wood that the first time my 220 lbs husband sat in it the sofa snapped in half. When I tried to talk to customer service thru chat because they ade not available on the phone they said they have nothing to do with that and disconnected from the chat. So no only they sell very bad quality furniture they also dont want to take responsibility for it.

Awful furniture! Falls apart within a few months - even though it has a 2 year warranty and they don't claim responsibility for the awful workmanship. They even think this looks good and is just wear and tear. Now it is a job to get rid of this ghastly mess- with not even a summer of good use. Hopefully I can save someone the time, money and hassle dealing with this awful product that they should not be able to sell.

I ordered 4 wooden outdoor lounge chairs. The first on that arrived was cracked upon opening. 2 more came, boxes looked in ok condition, accepted them, went to put them together and when we opened the box the legs were crushed. The 4th box was so mutilated I declined that along with the first one and sent those back. Supplied pictures and details for all 4. Emailed them the moment I received the first damaged one and emailed the next day on the remaining 3. I have emailed them now 3 times. The first was to offer me $50.00 on a purchase that was in excess of $1100. 00. Are you kidding me? I can't get a return from them to send to me so the entire order is being disputed. Keep your poorly made crap and get me a return now or these will go in the trash! Do not buy from this company!

Purchased patio furniture on 6/1, received tracking information yet nothing has truly shipped from their warehouse. They are very misleading. Per website 48 hour turnaround to ship. It is now 9 days later and no updates. Sent multiple emails and no one has provided a clear definitive answer. I'm beginning to get very concerned that the negative reviews I've read online are indeed accurate. Cannot speak to a live representative. Someone please address this matter.

Terrible customer service follow up.

Bought a day bed that came in 1,000 pieces. Trying to put it together with the 1 page instructions, obviously made by Chinese people, is impossible. There is nothing on YouTube, no additional directions, no support, no guidance, no help. I will never buy from this company again. Garbage product, garbage service.

Transformed my balcony!

I love this double chaise lounger. It looks great and is very comfortable but I do need to warn others it took 2 guys to put it together and they said it was not easy assembly because there were no instructions only a one page document that provided no real value. I am normally really good at figuring these type of things myself but agree the instructions sheet is worthless. Post a YouTube video or something.

Starting to worry

So far I've had trouble placing the order and now it seems to be stuck on a loading dock. I've send email to their customer service asking for a realistic eta and will wait till tomorrow to hear from them. I'll update this review when product is received.

Beware of possible additional assembly step
April 28, 2020

Order and shipping experience was great! Received item in just days. Some of the parts were bowed where they were to join together, and I had to use clamps to pull them together to be close enough for screws to reach. Once joined, the finished product came out fine. Overall good quality, but probably a bit expensive for what it is. Looks great on my patio, though, and will be very functional for what we need.

Decent table
April 27, 2020

I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a table for outside. I don't entertain that often. Plus, I wanted something I can take the legs off and put away in the winter. I had a resin table but it was old and cracked, and I could not find another until now. This table is probably a bit thinner and lighter, and even though it's only about 3 inches shorter than my other one, I can only fit 1 person at each side.
