I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.
It's been 7 months since I ordered a downpipe from this company, I've received 2 "we'll look into it" emails and still no progress on getting a refund. It's been so long that the manufacturer of the downpipe PRL has released a new model and discontinued the one I purchased. My 600$ seems to be lost in a void seeing that the company can't just process a simple refund. I was so excited I made it all the way to the RMA team back in February but they still never emailed me with any updates since then. Try MAPerformance or someone else, just do not throw money into this phony company.

Don’t order anything that is sought after. It was easy to buy simple lug nuts from them but specialized high value car parts you’re better off going somewhere else. It’s not worth the gamble.

Great website. After I ordered a stage 2 file from Vivid Racing and installed the file, I decided to order some headers, before I got the headers they reached out to me to ask how I was enjoying the ECU tune. They also sent me a new file to complement the new headers I purchased from them. Now that's customer service at the apex.
I didn't know a whole bumper would or could fit in a box that size, I opened it and it was a bumper rolled up and wrapped. I exposed it to the sun and put a heat gun on it for a couple minutes but there are still imperfections, or indentions in it that I hope will come out. A little saddened that the bumper didn't come with the holes for quicker installation though.
First, to ask someone to take 2 days off work to receive a product that you didn't ask to be sent signature required? WTF? The worst part is that when you do finally get the product (late), they send NO INSTRUCTIONS!?!?! Their website allows a download of just general instructions. These do not work. This is a 2021 Bronco the vehicle they are advertising all over. Any thinking person would recognize that the people buying their product. Should come first. Finally, get off your dead butts and complete instructions for your products for the people actually buying your products. Worthless punks go do another useless YouTube video...
Ordered jeep jk windshield channel because they said it was in stock ready to ship for $71 total on a Friday. Monday I found the same item have the price and ordered it. I called, emailed, texted to cancel the order. Tuesday, tried calling again, after being disconnected twice finally got through to cancel. I was told they were processing the cancelation and to hold. I was then disconnected. I again emailed, and tried the "live" chat. No one responded. I then get an email with a tracking number showing the label was just created and awaiting UPS pickup. About 4 hours later I get an email from the person from cancelations who disconnected earlier. They said the item just shipped and can't be cancelled. UPS shows the item as "awaiting pickup". The kicker is the item I bought from Vividracing and the one I found cheaper were both sent from the same warehouse in California. Avoid the hassle and save some money and buy parts somewhere else.

Just the facts: Ordered coilovers but they shipped them to some random person many states away from me. (triple checked my shipping info and I definitely didn't screw that up). Then after 3 weeks of them attempting to get the random person to ship me the coilovers he received inadvertently, they decided to tell me the coilovers were out of stock and that I should pick a different type of coilovers that they had in stock. I agreed and chose a different brand. 2 more weeks go by and after I had not received any tracking info I got fed up and called and asked for my refund. They agreed to refund me my money but after another week of no word from them I called back to find out what was going on and they stated the refund was on the way. Instead, what I ended up getting a day later (literally a day later) was the coilovers.
I have a 2004 350z and sent my ECU to get reflashed only because they said it would take them 48hrs and I'll have it back. After over 2 weeks of no return emails, phone calls, etc Mr Blake hansen a manager said he would look into it, turns out there's an update to the tool they use and now they can no longer Reflash my ECU. It took them over 2 weeks to let me know that? The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The sad thing is they don't even care!

I order a part on Wedesday. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. I called before i placed my order to confirm ill get the parts in 2 days as customer was growing inpatient to get his vehicle done. Voice mail said, open but busy with other customer, leave a message and we will call you right back. Today in Tuesday and never heard back from them. I ordered also from Amazon and I received it today. I emailed them 3 or 4 times as i was in vacation to let them know I cancel the order. No ine cared to reply or call me. Im calling my bank and file a claim. They can pay to get the parts shipped back if they really wnat them back. I would not reccomend them!

I recently purchased some lowering springs for my car. I purchased the Express package. Upon waiting during the week I was never notified when my package would arrive. So I called them after hitting every option and not getting hung up on I finally reached someone who ensured me the package would be there the next day. Once I received the package I began to install the springs. Never have I ever had to fight with lowering springs and k we something wasnt right but I was able to get the front ones on. I lowered the Jack and the car was actually sitting higher than before. So I called back and got ahold of someone on a monday. He explained to me that he would have to get with the manufacturer and see what happened. I waited 3 days and no call back so to this I day I I continue to call and leave voice mails but have never recieved a call back or any explanation on what happened
I contacted Jon Sackett (Vivid Racing) and received good and knowledgeable information regarding my Roxor upgrade. Regardless of the corona virus that has their shop pretty much closed down, I was able to arrange for the ECU flash and obtain a turbo booster valve. These mods woke up the motor of my roxor like crazy. I am very happy with the mods and with Jon Sackett's service.
I order parts for a camburg suspension and their computers changed the part numbers. When I called to correct or cancel the order, they claimed they couldn't make the corrections in time. They took the money, sent the wrong parts and now want me to pay fees to get the right parts. This is a scam. Call the FTC, state of AZ, feds and your home states to file a complaint. This is stealing. From the looks of these reviews, it seems they are doing this to a lot of consumers.

I worked with Anthony to pre-order my DC Sports exhaust, meeting him on a Facebook forum. He has been one of the most professional and helpful Sales Representatives I have ever seen. His boss should definitely promote him, as he is a perfect asset to Vivid Racing LLC.
If you are 1 or 2 in line for a call they will hang up on you are put you back to 11th or 12th. They just hung on me for the 3rd time when getting to #1 and the chat is a joke. Frank is non existent. Shop somewhere else. Month and a half i still not received my merchandise.
Shame on me for purchasing a product after reading all the horrible reviews from this company. They've stolen my money, I don't have the product I ordered and I can't get ahold of an actual person to speak to from this company about this situation. They keep sending me the same, automated BS email - over and over and over again. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC, attorney generals with their state and my home state, the consumer protection agency and BBB - I opened a fraudulent charge claim with my credit card, too.
I ordered end links for my truck, on the 13th. Received information that order is processing and will be shipped end of week. Clearly they lack in communication by what was sent to me below

This is the 4th day in a row I've tried emailing, live chatting, and calling someone to get and answer on an order that is now almost 2 months old. Every time I call and get to the "next in line" I get pushed back to 9th. Apparently no one here cares to actually give you a answer even when you spend hundreds of dollars with them. After this order I will be sure to steer clear of this company and let others know not to waste their time or money on a company who can't even respond to a simple email. Also I did get a email in the beginning about not having a part they showed to have in stock now it was backordered but still shows available online so I'm sure I'm not the only one getting bad service. I have no problem waiting for my order but when I asked to ship my other parts they wouldn't even do that for me all they did was give me a random $20 refund on my card without even telling me what it was for. All I want is my parts that I paid for guess that's wishful thinking...

Ordered a part on 12/7/21, after not hearing anything about my order (other than it had been recieved by them) by 12/21/21, I reached out via phone and then email when I didn't recieve a return call. On 12/22/21 I called again only to be told my item was discontinued and I would be refunded my payment within 5-7 days. 1/3/22 and still haven't recieved my refund. I gave one star only because it couldn't be left blank. 0 STARS FROM ME!

Placed my order on May 24th. I waited patiently until June 8th. I have never received any shipping info, so I called them to find out why. The girl I spoke to had a hard time finding my order. Then she stated she would have to find tracking information and call me back, or email me an update. I waited 24 hrs. (now June 9th) then called again 9 times, never got thru. Was on hold for up to 20 minutes, to end up getting forced to leave a voicemail. No call back yet. Next call will be a call to credit card company.
Advertised a product as IN STOCK but over 30 days later now, no tracking number and absolutely NO notice from the company about the delay. Customer service was absolutely useless and the "Customer Service Manager" (Tiffany) who has been responding to all the reviews here did absolutely nothing to assist and just said she could cancel my order and has NOT responded to any messages I had sent her.

I purchased a harness bar for my vehicle 10 days ago, no emails no phone calls no communication to me. I called 3 days after and they said that the item was shipping out on the 30th (which was 4 days away) No problem, I called back on the 30th just because I didn't receive any emails about it and I called over 20 times and every time I'd get to "youre next in line" and then I'd just get hung up on. When I finally got ahold of them they told me that this item had been out of stock in the specific color I wanted. I got no email about it, no phone call. I don't care what color I get, now my car has to be out of commission for another week because they didn't want to relay the message of that color is out of stock. Terrible experience

Was first told the tail lights I ordered would be shipped in 3 days, then after calling it changed to 3 weeks, then after calling again it changed again to 3 months I requested a refund and was told I would receive a full refund after 10 days I called again to check on the refund and was told it was never ask for after verifying from their transcript of the live chat where their employee said she put in the refund request I have to still wait another 10 days for my money back. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had.

Ordered set of rims & and lug nuts, and the rims were no longer available, leaving no need for the lug nuts.
Vivid refuses to offer a pre-paid return shipping label for the lug nuts, and I am feeling (rightly so), that I should not be responsible, or put at ANY financial loss for their error, and have to pay for return shipping.
Two weeks later, and the rims are still listed on their website, despite the fact they have been made aware of the problem, and that they are no longer available from the distributor. WtF? Which brings also to light the fact that Vivid Racing, are little more than broke A$s middle men singin the blues... Small time playas with a flashy website... They just plain suck, and have no willingness, or business sense to admit their error...
