I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.
Second time I've ordered from vivid racing had to contact customer service second time cause of a website glitch they apologized and handled my order very efficiently and even with world wide shipping issues I received everything in 2 weeks or less I will be ordering my roll cage rims and everything else for my project through vivid racing

I purchased a pair of sports car wheel spacers on 12/12/23 from Vivid Racing. Per the Vivid website, the size of the spacers I ordered was deemed to be the appropriate size for the REAR of my car. However, an expert in car modification advised me that based on his experience, they would be too large and instructed me to exchange them for smaller ones. On 1/11/24, I called and requested an exchange for the appropriate smaller size. These smaller spacers happened to be the same size of the spacers I had also ordered for the FRONT of my car which worked fine. My return request however was denied by Vivid despite their 30 day return policy. After two weeks of exchanging dozens of emails with them and making several attempts to contact them by phone (each with no answer and my voicemail messages were ignored), they twice requested photos of the unused spacers. I sent the spacer photos each time. After they reviewed the photos and obtained approval from their supplier (another 2-week delay), they issued me an approval for the return, providing me a return authorization (RMA) on 2/6/24. I mailed them the spacers and they confirmed their receipt on 2/15/24. After not having received a response one week later, I emailed an update request on 2/22/24. On 2/23/24, they denied any refund claiming the items were "damaged or in used condition." They claimed that: "Based on the photos you had sent us, this damage was not present at that time." This is a fraudulent claim by them. The photos I submitted for return authorization were exactly how the spacers were when I placed them in the box for return. Vivid emailed me photos of used spacers that they claimed were mine.
Ordered a Covercraft car cover from their website. After waiting a month for the drop-shipping notification, I contacted them only to be told that they had no ETA details from the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer directly and learned that they had no order associated with my name or shipping address. Furthermore, I learned that the material used for the cover that I had ordered was no longer available. Additional contacts with Vivid Racing were met with excuses and stalling tactics. A dispute was filed with my credit card company. While Vivid Racing finally agreed to cancel my order and promised that a refund was being processed, I prevailed with the dispute and have my money back. Order placed and credit card charged on May 27,2021; dispute resolution on August 16,2021; 2 1/2 months for nothing!
And, FYI, you can still order the same unavailable cover I did on Vivd Racings' website... further proof that they are running a scam.

This company is no a legitimate business. Do a little research and you will find tons of negative experiences. There is no lower price that is worth the trouble you will experience dealing with this phony merchant.

ON 08/18/202O I spoke with Austin at Vivid for a VR tuning for my Audi. I paid $600. Same day I shipped the ECU ( Engine Control Unit) to Gilbert, AZ. Following their instruction as per the website. The ECU arrived on 08/19/2020.
I spoke with Austin several times about having this done same week. He promised me that it would be done. About after a week I called again and after waiting for 42 minutes on the phone I was told they were having problems with the ECU. To make the story short, they burned my ECU and after me e-mailing daily and calling, they returned the ECU burned and 15 days late. All lies after lies!
I also ordered a big brake kit, same thing. All lies and never shipped to me.
At this point I am over 3k dollars down, I have retained the law firm of Efrain Morales In texas to file a lawsuit in Texas and Arizona. If any of you would like to join. Let me know. My cell is *******799

Ordered an antenna mount for a 2004 4runner. Waited 3 and half weeks and still had not received the part. I called them and they said they hadn't shipped it yet but would get it out immediately. I waited another week and a half and called back abd they STILL hadn't shipped it. I explained that this had been 5 weeks already and of course the customer service representative couldn't care less. He seemed to have no idea where he was. I asked for a refund and he said sure, it'll be 2 or 3 days before it hits the account. I waited over a week before seeing an email confirmation for the refund, but still haven't seen anything come through the bank yet. Hope I see the money one day, wouldn't recommend this site to ANYONE. STAY AWAY.
As of right now I have yet to receive my order. Order placed on 1/2/22, received update on 1/4/22 that item was shipped from vendor and would arrive 1/11/22. Never received any tracking information so I went to their website and requested a "status update" on 1/10/22. On 1/12/22 I receive an email asking if I was satisfied with my purchase, which i had not received yet, and they invited me to take a survey. Ive sent multiple requests for updates and sent emails. I never heard any response from them. I called them on 1/18/22. Stated the fact as mentioned here. The lady responded in a surprised tone stating "it looks like it arrived the day before yesterday" (1/16/22), "Dont worry sir, we will get that out to you as soon as possible". I then reminded her that i requested, and paid for, express overnight shipping. " yes sir, i do see that here. We will get the out to you in the next day or so and you will get a tracking update sent to your email..."
So somewhere someone does not understand "OVERNIGHT SHIPPING"

Only 1/3 the parts I ordered arrived. Some were on back-order for weeks and some were discontinued. The only reason I know this is because I reached out and spent over an hour emailing and calling VR after only part my order showed up. It's been weeks and I'm still waiting on a refund for the discontinued parts. I'm about to file a fraud claim with my credit card company because that is starting to seem easier than continuing to deal with this shady company. I would highly suggest avoiding this company because:
-They say they have parts in stock and charge your credit card for parts that are on back order or even discontinued.
-They don't tell you what parts are shipped or when to expect them. You could be waiting weeks or months and have no idea.
-Customer service is abysmal. They hang up on you when you call, the don't return most emails if they even give you a working email, which 3 out 4 email addresses I was given returned a message saying the address doesn't accept emails.
-Once they have your money they don't seem to care at all about following through on their end.

Don't trust their website when they say it's in stock. Don't order anything you really need because there's a good chance you'll be waiting a LONG time, if you get the part at all.
I purchased an after market exhaust for my infinity Q50 and when I was purchasing it, it didn't say anything about a restock fee. I've decided I don't wanna install the exhaust and I contacted VIVID RACING to return my item, I've never opened the box it's still in its same shipping box not touched and I wanted to return the Item back to them and they said I would have to pay a $345 dollar for restock fee! Huh I've never opened the box just decided not to install it. So now I'm stuck with the product and I will have to sell it on the streets because I'm not gonna lose out on that much money! We are in a Pandemic and all they think about is a restocking fee! They lost me as a customer I will never purchase anything again from them. Total bull$#*!!
The worst company to buy anything from. And i saw someone else saying they had waited for a year just to get there parts so i decided to give it a try even with there website say instock whicj is a lie. I've waited for over a year for my item I had bought from vivid racing and I still haven't received it and because of that I called them to get a refund I waited over a week to get even a email about my refund and I never received it so I called them again and made a bigger deal of the entire thing. Hopefully now I'll get my refund but the company is really $#*!ty if you want part for your car. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Save your money and go somewhere else and buy and not only that but you'll save yourself a headache and grief.

I bought a front lip from them and waited a month to find out that they wanted an extra 155 in shipping, which seems like a scam to me. Don't order anything from this company.
First off ordered the tuning box online and then it did not show up for over a week so i called to get a tracking number then days later it showed up then installed it and it did not work properly call back to talk to someone they said you can only email the tuning department. So i did and days later they told me to try some things and nothing worked. I spent hours of screwing around and the machine would go in limp mode all the time and lost several races that weekend. I told them i wanted to send it back for a refund and again days later i get a response. It took weeks to get a RMA number to send it back then it took another week to get a refund that they shorted me mo0ney now i am going around and around with them on getting a full refund and i am eating the shipping. I cant believe this company is in existence. Don't ever buy anything from this company they are the worst i ever had to deal with.

The customer service team is USELESS! They lost my exhaust and then found it 2 months later and I had to pick it up my self from FedEx with missing hardware. Then they sent me the wrong muffler for a e90 sedan when I stated I have a e92 muffler, now the exhaust tips are not even. The customer service team will tell you the automated messages and never answer your questions. I would NEVER purchase anything from this website ever again. Autotalent is a website I recommend for car parts, the customer service team is actual people not bots.

The test pipe I bought looks pretty clean they were loose but with a few clamps it'll hold. Sadly I couldn't put them on my car because it was stolen.

We had to request photos as you attached a photo of spacers pull from a website. Then following the return chargebacks were filed. Used spacers were returned, we accepted the return based on the photos you sent but then accused us of fraud because the spacers received did not match the condition as the photos. The Returns lead asked for the photos you stated you have showing these were not damaged at different angles and you refuse to provide them. Based on the information, we received used items that go against our return policy with a chargeback filed to guarantee a refund.
