I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.
I had ordered a set of Swift sport springs with Austin that were ultimately deemed to have a design flaw by a very well known BMW garage in Jersey. They slip beyond the strut base when driving over bumps and make creaking/banging noises (marring and scarring very apparent). I sent these pictures of the damaged struts to Austin at Vivid Racing after removing the springs (on the car for about 1,000 miles) and he has completely ignored my emails for almost a month after saying he would reach out to Swift. Very unprofessional to leave me hanging when all I want is to hear Swift's end of the product/story. A refund or partial refund seems far fetched when it's obvious a simple reply from Austin seems to be too much. I can appreciate a "Swift hasn't gotten back yet," but being completely ignored for a month is the complete opposite of good customer service. There are too many other companies to get automotive parts from. Stay away and pay a little more for products supplied by a company that stands by their customer.
Ordered and paid for part July 19/20 was told part in warehouse July 22/20, after not receiving part and getting no responses from numerous emails, left messages, requests to cancel and refund money got Pay Pal involved, they (PP) got my refund of $360.80 in one day August 21/20, BUYER BEWARE this is the first BAD review I have ever filed wish i could give 0 star Frank P

Luis took care of me within minutes, answered all of my questions and was able to get my product shipped 4 weeks sooner than any other company I spoke with.
Purchased multiple items on their site on a Saturday evening. The following Monday I find out that one of the parts will be triple the cost than they expected due to a mold for a rear diffuser being to old to make anymore! Would not honor the advertised price because they "would have to pay me" to take the item. The other they still don't know when it will be made and shipped my way. This is 10 days later! Impossible to get a hold of, and then when you do, their sub par business practices and CS shines. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEIR GARBAGE!
I've only just ordered the exhaust, haven't received it yet, but Chris@ Vivid has been super easy to work with and offered a great deal on a great product.
Great product. Quick replies to emails. Shipping time frame could have been more clear. Getting the best price, worth the extra shipping time. Will deal with vivid again.

Terrible experience. And a customer who spent nearly 7000 $ would think Vivid would do better. Compared to business I've done with COBB, Vivid is no good. They lie, they cheat, they act like they care. They don't. Yes Adam and a couple other people try and make things right. That's not good enough.
Order 1 thing then you find out 2 weeks later you're not getting it. So you're offered a more expensive item that they just happen to have.
Then when It finally arrives 3 weeks later, it's missing hardware to installed it.
COBB is so much more professional and COBB customer service is perfect.
So I would have bought so much more at VIVID Racing. I had plans to spend up 20,000 on upgrades over the next 6 months.
Forgot it. No way. Don't waste your time or money. I have no idea what VIVID Racing really is? Is it a real company? How in the hell do they stay in business. I am planning on filing a complaint with AG. Not sure if it will do any good. But I don't like being lied to. Advertising is misleading.

Unbelievable bad company. I think there is 1 or 2 people there that care I think, maybe. But this company should not be in business no longer.
Lets say if Amazon or Ebay were this bad they would be out of business my refund supposed to be on the way but after 2 calls to paypal still waiting for my 400 bucks

Placed order 8 days ago just trying to see when it'll ship. On hold and am caller #7 then 6 etc to #1 then... #10, what. Down to #1 and... line goes dead. Call back same thing start at #3 though then #1 and.#7 to 6 to 5 etc to #1 and... we are currently closed call back during regular business hours... beeeeeeeep. It's 2:30pm you aren't closed your liars. Try email they say 24-48 hour response. Sent forst email 5 days ago send 2nd 3 days ago. Nothing. Online chat. No one responds
I called vivid wanting to order slider windows for my 90 jeep Wrangler The girl at customer service said they had them in stock I ordered them, but she sent wrong windows Now they are not only making return them at my expense but charging me restock EVEN THOUGH WRONG WINDOWS WERE SENT by no mistake on my part SHAME ON THEM

Placed my order with Eric, he was very courteous and helpful. He explained in advance that there maybe a longer delivery time for my order due to the current situation which I appreciated.
I never got a confirmation email from the company. When the part arrived I was missing several bolts.
When you call Vivid Racing the recording says, "Please ask one of our specialists before ordering parts"! I did that mid April and the "specialist" said the King Shocks were sold in pairs! So I went through Affirm on a loan based off their knowledge and them being "specialist" I purchased what i thought was a complete set of King Shocks!. So now I'm in a loan for half a set and they choose to give me the runaround for weeks and everyday they say they will call me tomorrow and they never do! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

Ordered my item from them in December 2021, I chose their business because they advertised the muffler as
"in stock". No one else had it in stock so I went for it. They then let me know that it was on backorder from the manufacturer and I would need to wait for them to ship it to me. I followed up in March, April, May, June and July. Each time I asked two questions: 1. Where is my item and 2. Why are you selling it "in stock" for $100 more? The reply never acknowledged my second question and the response always said "it's with the manufacturer".
I finally asked them to cancel my order in August, they NEVER acknowledged my request to cancel, but the very next day, I was emailed tracking information for my order.
I would avoid this business at all costs, they took and kept my money for nearly 8 months without providing me with the item I paid for. To advertise an item as in stock and then immediately put it on backorder is not only bad business, but false advertising. Will NEVER order from here again. Beware!
They price matched a product for me which was awesome. Their sales rep sent the invoice total and I paid for the product, which also included on the invoice a 75$ shipping fee. 2 days later I get a call from another rep with Vivid Racing stating the shipping fee would now be increased by 355$? This increase in price is suspiciously close to their original listed price of the product prior to the price match. The product was already bought and paid for in full, and then what feels like a bait and switch to increase back to the original price. I don't know what mistake was made, as if this is the first windshield they have ordered and delivered to a customer, but it feels like a scam. I offered to split the difference in cost as mistakes do happen, but I won't be paying almost 400$ more for a product I've already bought and paid for at the agreed upon price which also listed the shipping cost. I wonder if this is a standard practice to falsely advertise price match guarantees to earn customers business, just to tack the profit margin back on after their committed. Don't really appreciate it, I would advise anyone reading this to order from another company.

Nice going Dan, i'm not sure you are a real person. May just a fake entity, as dumb as a bot. Never can reach him, and I see in other reviews he's the one (bot) who is the bearer of bad news. I ordered an item from their website and the item was from their Clearance Deals section. I ordered and paid and was charged on my Credit Card. The next day I get some story the price went up and it is no longer the Clearance Deals, it's the regular price. Bla-bla-bla. I emailed the back stating it's their website, their Clearance Deals Price, now they canceled my order. Is it fair that they list one price and then renege on their price. What ever happened to contract law and moral policies?
Now in their latest email the imply that I canceled the order.
" Hello, Per your request we will start the cancellation process. Please note cancellations are not guaranteed until approved by the manufacture. Once this is done we will issue a refund in the standard 5-7 business days."
Terrible to do business with. No honor, no morals, never again. I urge you to stay away from this company.
