I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.
Ordered a part they confirmed was the correct one, came with wrong part, then they wouldnt pay to return ship it and werent able to complete a transaction to get me the correct part I needed. Lane Automotive was able to get it done in 45 seconds and confirmed both with myself and the distributor that the parts were correct. Very disapointed in Vivid.
I purchase a item from them for my car, waited a few weeks, then received an email saying that my item was shipped and that I need to respond weather or not I received my product. I responded that it had not been delivered yet and immediately got another email saying that my order was cancelled and will be refunded, weird but decided ill just buy the part from someone else once I got refunded. After a few days I emailed that I hadn't received my refund getting a response I needed to wait 5-7 business days for it. So on the 7th day at 9 pm still no refund, emailed again and woke up to an email saying they sent the refund and I need to contact my bank for any further issues. I Called my bank and they have no record of any refunds or pending refunds and still fighting with them to get my money back... very horrible experience 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I ordered a pedal Commander through the website still haven't received it been a month spoke to a representative on several occasions each time they tell me it's being shipped that day like I said I still haven't received it it's coming from Arizona I live in California what's the problem false promises I guess they're just unnecessary Middleman won't use them again
The picture shows Nitto on opposite sides of tire and clearly states enough to cover all 4 tire but only sent half of what is advertise, Do not spend your money with these CROOKS I would never spent 113.00 dollars if I was going to get half of what I wanted.
I stumbled upon Vivid's ad for what appeared to be a Snow performance Stage 3 water/methanol injection kit at a huge discount. It is however NOT for the complete kit but for the 'controller only! In their listing there is only 1 place that says controller and that's at the top of the page. If you look at the picture, it shows a whole stage 3 kit, not just what is being sold which is the controller. If you read the description it has details abouy Snow performance Stage 1,2 and 3 kits. Nowhere does it describe the controller or how it works etc.
I tried cancelling the order but nobody was able to do that. So I was charged for the unit and shipping. Being in Canada I was hit with $62 Cdn for duty and now in order to return it I have to pay to ship it back.
All the while Vivid racing has maintained this is my error and they don't pay for others mistakes!
I even asked if their sales team could contact me and give me a quote on an actual 'kit", which is what i really need! Never happened.

I ordered an Item 5/21 they were so quick to take my money. I was told the product was going to ship 6/21 and they would give me tracking information. It is now almost July and I've received nothing. They keep saying they'll update me with tracking information and $#*! but they're lying. THEY DONT ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE AND THEY DONT ASNWER THE DAMN LIVE CHAT. Will never $#*!ing shop here again.
"Purchased" a muffler from them that didn't have a low stock label. They emailed me saying it's out of stock. Now I have to wait like two weeks for a refund.

If I could rate lower than 1 I would. Right from the start your company dropped the ball and never ever tried to pick it up. I placed my order on 2/26/21, called on 3/5 for a status update and was given the run around... I got a call back on the evening of the 5th and was asked for more money for shipping because the item was larger... no kidding you know what I ordered when I placed the order... this should have been a red flag but I reluctantly added more funds and was told my order would be expedited... On 3/10 I got an email saying that my order was confirmed and that it would ship within 10 business days. I was disappointed in the delay but hopeful I would have my item. On 3/25 I called and waited on hold for nearly an hour to try to get my tracking number and was told it is in process and someone would get back to me... no one did. Called again on the 29th and given the same garbage... I proceeded to call and email numerous times over the next few weeks getting the same idiotic scripted answers saying that the tracking number will be sent... Frustrated I did what I should have done in the past... I called Precision Porsche who was the manufacturer of the wing for an update... after going back and forth for considerable more time I was able to determine that my wing was crated and ready for shipping on 4/7 but no one from Vivid provided shipping info to the vendor until 4/15 which is when my wing finally shipped... Vivid is full of lies and scripted empty responses... take your business elsewhere...
I have purchased a cat back exhaust system for my car over 2 months ago, for that 2 months I have been told to every week that it is going to ship out on a certain date. I would and have been calling in on those dates just to learn that it is not going to ship out. I even took it a bit further and reached out to the manufacturer of the cat back system and they told me they don't have an order from this company and the exhaust is in stock. So I immediately contacted vivid and threatened to cancel my order. After about an hour I received a tracking number. Now its been a week and the "Tracking Number" they sent me is still not in the system... Meaning they gave me a bull crap tracking number just so I wouldn't cancel my order. I AM GETTING REALLY PISSED OFF!

I purchased the tune and programmer for my 2017 4runner for over $1000. Now my vehicle is inoperative and I have been waiting since Monday for tech support to call. Its Thursday today. I MEAN NO CONTACT AT ALL. Now the sales guy Jay Goggin has no answers or solutions when I was assured this was a knowledgable and professional company. Not the case at all! Buyer beware of folks like this.
I have had the worst experience with Vivid Racing. I ordered an exhaust through them weeks ago. I called before ordering to check availability, and I was told that it was in stock and ready to ship. So I proceed with my order. Weeks go by and I get no confirmation. I call and was able to connect with someone after nearly half an hour on hold, and she tells me the exhaust is NOT in stock and is being shipped from the manufacturer and should be shipping soon. Another two weeks go by and I still hear nothing. I send an email asking for an update. I'm told they asked for an update. I wait a few more days, and send another email. No response. I call, I go through the menu, and am told what position in line I'm in. I stay on hold for 20 minutes. Once I become next in line, the line rings and rings for another 10-15 minutes, only to be hung up on. I have called 10 times per day for multiple days now with the same exact thing happening every time. I send emails daily and do not get a response. At this point I just want a refund and I can't even talk to anyone who works there. It feels like they are just blowing me off at this point and trying to steal my money.
While the overall experience was not good, they did reimburse a portion of the overnight shipping, despite their website saying no returns on shipping.
On Thursday I contacted Vividracing to order a much need part. They said they could overnight it. I paid a lot for overnight, because I really needed to get my car back on the road. It is now Sunday and the part has not arrived and I am still without my car.
When I viewed product, 13 Bolt shaved diff cover the shipping cost was advertised at $13.00. Upon check out after entering my zip code the shipping cost went up to $15.00 as expected the $13.00 was just a estimate no big deal. Upon completion of transaction I reviewed my receipt and I was charged $20.00 for shipping.
I contacted customer service 4 times with zero response to the error. I guess they just don't care about me.
It took over 2 weeks for the product to arrive when promised 7-10 days. You lied.
After pulling product Motobilt 13 bolt diff cover out of package the product was warped from the welding process. Upon research all Motobilt products come this way that's how they keep the price down. By not taking the finally step of milling down the face mounting surface to machine flat they save money and pass some of it onto the customer by sell for less. In return you get an inferior product that doesn't seal up well.
I will never purchase from Vivid Racing or Horsepower freaks again. Nor will I ever buy another product from Motobilt.

Ordered two aluminum rims for my Jeep, received ONLY one, and that one was: 1st- delivered to the wrong address, when my neighbor dropped off the rim, 2nd- it was the wrong rim. When contacting this company I was told they are short handed. When I finally received an RMA # they told me I would only receive refund for the one rim & not the one that I never received. Every time I contact this company I have to wait on hold for more than 30 minutes. No one I speak with seems to know anything that is happening and repeatedly I am told they are short handed.

I placed a order back in february 2021, once I got confirmation I also got an email telling me the item ordered was in backorder and would it take about 4 to 5 months, i call costumer service and I agree to the invoice and delivery in June, well, june came, july came, august came and now september is coming and nothing I get my order, every time I call no one picks the phone, everytime I sent an email the answer is the same, your item is being delivery soon. Now I cannot cancel the order because they change it to special order. Never will do business with with organization and I hope you do the same.

If I could give zero stars I would HAVE.! IM not one to leave a review but VIVID RACING DESERVES THIS HORRIBLE REVIEW! Everything every one is saying on the reviews here are absolutely correct! Haven't received my product been waiting since July, getting hung up on by there call team. False advertising! They said my product was available at the time of purchase one week later e mails claiming on back oder. No communication on resolving issue Jesus vivid racing No Bueno! Like I said I'm not one to leave reviews.
I'm still waiting for a refund for a part. I ordered the part on December 4, 2021.It didn't fit, I returned it within a week,(December 8th) with an approved return email from them and it's now February 7.2022. They emailed saying sometimes the banks have to do their magic before they release the funds. MY BANK HAS NOT RECEIVED DIDDLY SQUAT. I checked. That's lie number 4? I lost track. STAY AWAY. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PANDEMIC.

I'm fine with delays in the current environment. I understand with covid and such. I've ordered plenty of parts and experienced plenty of delays. What I'm not ok with is deceptive customer service. I inquired about my order from January as I expected there would be more delays. I get my response on April 1st with this "The manufacturer is just waiting for their stocking order to arrive any time and once processed into their stock, they will have your order get shipped shortly after." I didn't think think they would lie about my order on April 1st as that would be in bad taste. So imagine how pissed I was to discover this delay at the end of April when I haven't heard anything, "Unfortunately, the manufacturer has informed us that the current ESD for this order is mid-late June." Based on other websites I think we can call it late June as it almost appears that my 5 month old order could be ordered today from a variety of sources and you would receive the same time and maybe even before me. It's a good thing my order appeared to be shipping any day in April!

Will never use vivid racing again because they are garbage absolute trash. I order to set a rear wheels just to have to order a set of fronts only to have them send me a pair of rears and not reimbursed me the full amount when I paid $350 for shipping and they made the mistake of sending me the wrong rims very well knowing that I had already ordered rear rims they're very unhelpful staff fell to realize I had already ordered rear rims and when I placed the order for the fronts neglected to ask if I needed fronts or rears and she knew I had already ordered rears because I had placed the order previously with her shady staff shady service I will never use them again garbage garbage garbage do not recommend heavily do not recommend
