I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.

Adam (Mgr) from Vivid racing said he would compensate us due to the improper description. It NEVER HAPPENED and suprise, suprise, he would not return our calls! Do not use Vividracing for anything other than total aggravation!
I ordered some new pushrods for my HEMI, didn't see any tracking updates, so I got on the phone with "VIVID" and turns out the part was "out of stock from the manufacturer." Extremely frightened after reading some of the reviews on here lol. But I did cancel the order and the cancellation went through. Hopefully I see my CHEDDAH in 5-7 business days LOL.
Made and order on November 4 and it's not November 19 and nothing no email no update only thing they sent was to make sure I make the first payment lol

Worst company I've ever dealt with. They robbed me of nearly $2,000 that I spent on their website. I sent multiple, multiple email's for help and they hardly reply. The very few times they replied, it didn't help me at all. They gave me bogus information about a frieght number, and it was up to me to call a shipping company. (Isn't that your job, Vivid? You have ALL my shipping/adress information.) I called that said company and provided that fright number, and they said that they can't help me. I go back to Vivid and guess what? More f*cking around. I call and sit on hold for it seems like decades. I finally get a hold of someone and they say "So and so will look into it, and give you a call back" and guess what? They dont call back. I finally get ahold of someone that seems to be helpful and talked me out of a refund. They made it sound like ill get my sh*t and I still havent. They have no issues with taking your hard earned money, but seem to have issues with giving it back, even if you've NEVER received your order. I want a refund! ***I DO NOT RECOMMEND Vivid Racing*** 0/5 stars.

By far the worst company I have dealt with. I don't think I've ever written a review on a company but this was bad. Purchased a product that said it was for my vehicle. Received weeks later after I was told it was in stock and would be at my location within 5days. Received part to find out it wasn't compatible, was told that it was, sent photos showing that it was and still gave me issues in returning the item. Ordered a replacement item once again that they stated was in stock to find out again it was taking weeks to come in. Never received tracking, couldn't get a hold of anyone, customer service was useless stating they would send tracking information by end of day, never received it. Requested refund for the second item and was denied. Finally came the next day so I wanted to return it because had already replaced it. Paid for both items to be shipped back about two weeks ago. I called Monday and they confirmed they received the part back and I should have my refund by end of week. I call today (end of week) to talk to someone who has roosters singing into the phone it sounded like. Couldn't figure out where my package went or the status of refund. Got transferred to someone else who couldn't find any information either. Who apparently couldn't find any emails, recent phone calls, or orders returned in the file. So once again by far the worst company I've purchased from. Will not be ordering from them again and I'll be calling once again next week to get a status on refund.

I placed and paid for merchandise on 6/30/2020 by July 15th I still received nothing or any correspondence I called and told them to cancel my order for I had purchased and received from elsewhere. I called back again on the 17th they said my cancellation would be processed and refund processed. I called again on the 22nd and they said the cancellation would be processed. I get an email that night that my item has shipped! I told them i did not want the item i already had purchased and received another. Now they say I have to wait for package to be delivered in order for me to refuse it. It was supposed to come on 7/27/2020 I stayed home all day so that i could tell the driver that i refused it and it never came. I checked the tracking today and it says the item was refused and on the way back to them on 8/4/2020! I do not know what kind of scandalous operation they are running but If i were a consumer I would not deal with them! I truly wish I would have read reviews before using them because it appears that they have messed other people over as well. I would not give them any stars but i had to put 1 just to post this review! LET THE BUYER BEWARE when dealing with this place!
Arrived in a week & looks great & was packaged great, only complain was when I installed the lights sometimes wouldn't work until I put some eletric glue on it for it to work better.

Have you ever had a delayed order? How long was the delay? Was it delayed 141 days?!?!? The funny part about it is I still haven't received my order. I ordered a rocket bunny body kit for my car and they do take a while to make (8-10 weeks), and I had two separate orders for this kit. The first half came in at week 8, but the funny thing was this part had a longer shipping process and I ordered it a whole week after. So far so good, however, in waiting for the second part of the kit I am told I have to wait another 8-10 weeks when I received the second half. I patiently waited with no complaints until that time was up and was given a shipping date. Time goes buy and that date is here, and no email or update that day. I wait another day and nothing happens. I decided to call them and they gave me the "The people we order it from got backed up." So I am obviously pissed at this point so I call that company, in talking with them the assure me that no kit they have ever sold has taken longer than 16 weeks and this is due to shipping issues. I call vivid racing harassing them to give me an update and after about 7 phone call I finally get a lady who said she finally got in contact with them. Then I get an email saying my order is in the USA. Fast forward a week later and no update. The only updates I ever received from them was only for when the first half came in. Other than that I have been in the dark this whole time and I am just just devastated every morning looking at my half my kit and my wheels just collecting dust while I am about to go back to school and miss my chance. Keeping in mind this was not a cheap item to buy. I will say the staff seem very friendly but something sketchy is going on with them and I feel like I am being lied to by them. I would've bought the kit somewhere else if I had known how much trouble this would be. Also conveniently this is a no refund item :) I know a lot of other people have had good dealings with this company however I wanted to share this crazy story because I don't know of anyone that has waited 21 weeks for an online order.

I am a return customer. First purchase was downpipes for my GTR and now exhaust system for my new 370Z project car. I am already looking for more parts!
I ordered a part priority overnight assuming it was in stock. Turns out it wasn't and they were going to ship direct from the manufacturer. So I sent two emails requesting cancelation (neither were replied to) and stayed on hold for around 30 minutes to get someone on the phone as soon as they opened the next day. While on hold there was all these recorded messages saying you'd get faster response sending an email, or going on live chat. Well I knew the email was a bust, and I couldn't even find their live chat on their website.
Anyway, when someone finally answered they told me that the label had been printed so they wouldn't be able to cancel and there was a restocking fee if I decided to return it. Not only that, but it had been shipped ground from the manufacturer, so not only was I not going to get it overnight, I was going to get the part 4 days later. I guess if I wouldn't have called in they would have just pocketed the overnight shipping fee they didn't have to pay?
Really irritating... I wouldn't have bought it from them if they didn't have it in stock. And I wouldn't have paid for priority overnight if it was going to be ground shipped from the manufacturer. Now my buddy's truck is down for an extra 3 days.

Bought wheels and the perfect side step added to my 2500HD Silverado. With all the questions I had, Vivid pointed me in the right direction and the truck looks great.
I will attempt to be as brief as possible but this has been the most horrendous experience ever. Before placing an order I attempted several times without success to confirm the item was in stock. Hearing nothing back, I decided to place the order. I received a confirmation of the order, however shortly after received an email indicating the item was out of stock with not expected date of shipment. So I called to see if I could get more information. I was told on the phone the item would not be shipped until June 23 (over a month a way). As a result on May 26 I requested to cancel the order. I did this both by phone and email. Although I was assured the item would be cancelled, they ended up sending me a shipment notification 3 days later. I contacted them again indicating that I am cancelling the order and they should not ship. They still shipped the product. When the product arrived I refused to open the box and initiated a return. I was informed that I would only be refunded a portion of my $312.14 due to restocking fees. I corresponding several times letting them know 1) they were to cancel the order 2) should have never shipped it based on their agreement to cancel and 3) should have never charged credit card immediately knowing the item was out of stock. I ultimately decided to ship the item back through their return process (costing me an additional $69) figuring I would at least get back a portion of my refund. Today they informed me that they were declining my refund since the product was damaged. This item was never removed from the box or installed and returned in the identical box it was shipped. You should never purchase from this company. I have multiple emails of their lies and contradictions as well as phone records. It's now costed me almost $400 and I have nothing to show for it except their complete incompetence and aggravation. You've been warned about this absolutely horrible company. I will be taking additional legal steps to ensure I receive my refund but hope you read this and avoid this business to avoid what I have gone through.

Don't even know where to start. I ordered $700 worth of parts from this site and got a package worth $400 of the parts i ordered. I called and asked about the other 2 parts i never received the lady told me " one of those parts are on back order and the other part should be shipping out shortly from the second hand party." 2 weeks go by and still didn't receive the part or the shipping info. I called she said " im sorry it looks like it shipped ill give you the package tracking" come to find its been held at fedex because they've tried to deliver to my house 3 times. When my gf stays at my house and didnt see anyone? I called fedex and they said i'd need to get ahold of vivid and have them call and get it shipped to a fedex store near me. I called and she called fedex and i should be getting a call from them or vivid and if not call her back within the next couple days. A week goes by still no call, so i call again and talked to a lady and she told me "you need to talk to the girl that helped you i'll transfer your call" then it goes to her voicemail... Left a message never got a call back... When i finally decided to get my part from the fedex facility an hour away, it had already been shipped back to the manufacture. This place is a joke. Now this part is out of stock somehow. This place and their customer service is horrible.
