I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.

Great products but service from these guys is better than anything I've experienced, and I've purchased a ton of parts from all over the world.
On 10/14/2020 I call vivid to place an order for a complete set of wheels. I speak to Tyler the rep who tells me he has one last set of TE37Sl wheels in stock, he told he was looking right at them... about 5 days go by I email them asking about my order I was wondering if I'd get a tracking number and some other rep responded and told me she was waiting for the manufacturer to respond to her request, me confused as it is, I respond and ask if the wheels are even in stock at their warehouse? - I don't get a response. So I call and speak to Tyler he told me they had sold the one wheel out of the set so I asked for a refund on that same phone call, that took place on the 19th of last month, since then they have been constantly lying about when my refund will hit my account, I've called several times, emailed several times, filed a complaint with the BBB and still nothing, it might be time to lawyer up but we'll see if I get a refund or not... buyers beware this company is a scam their reviews are fake and they know it they are very dishonest with their customers and this is not what the car scene/ Enthusiast/ hobby world is about and it is a shame that they're doing this I've done plenty of research now and it definitely shows over the last 20years of them being in business they have been scamming just like this the whole time...

These people lie. I contact Vorsteiner who manufactured the original hood. I was directed to Vivid racing. I spoke with Ryan McFarlin. He told me Vivid purchased the molds for the trunk deck. (I later found out that was not true, Vivid purchases the deck lid from a company called Status Gruppe.) There were several types on their website, and I asked Ryan which one was for my M3 convertible. He told me and asked to send him an email request for the lid. Ryan never told me there was a different type for a coupe vs convertible. The part was sent, and I contact Ryan stating it didn't fit, he was dumbfounded. Ryan contacted Status Gruppe to inquire if there was a difference between the two body styles….HE DIDN'T KNOW…… See his e-mail below to Status Gruppe.

What is the process to get the incorrect unit shipped back as from my notes and all the part#s we have for the Status Gruppe Trunk Lids (E46 M3) I do not show a description that dictates sedan or convertible.
The question of Sedan/Vert was also not asked when the order was placed.

I ordered a carbon fiber PSM Dynamic Trunk Deck Lid V2 BMW M3 F8x 15-19 from Chris Kolodzinski at Vivid Racing. If you look on their website they do not offer a fiberglass option (ONLY CARBON FIBER) and fiberglass was never presented on the phone as an option. Yet, what I arrived at my house was a fiberglass version. I immediately called Chris on the phone and told him the mistake. He said he would contact PSM and get back to me. After a few days of not hearing back I tried to contact Chris via phone and email. No response. I tried Vivid Racing's main line and no one answered so I left a voice message to call me back about it. Weeks later I received an email from them asking me to rate them and provide a review. I emailed back and said I would like a refund and a shipping label to send them back the fiberglass deck lid I didn't order. Zero response. They charged me for something I didn't order, for something that is not even offered on their website, and made no effort to resolve their mistake. Of course I would highly recommend ordering products elsewhere. I have screen shots of my original chat with Chris and his quote on the carbon fiber version. They charged me $480 for a product I didn't order.
I purchased a clutch for my 04 mustang through Vivid Racing. The clutched seemed like a good product and the shipping estimate was fast. I looked at the company reviews to see if they were efficient in shipping, seeing as I needed the clutch immediately. Everything looked great on the reviews so I made the purchase. Delivery date came around and I received nothing. I followed up and saw that I was supposed to receive a shipping confirmation when the clutch left. I check my emails and spam and nothing. I was supposed to have the clutch and they never even sent it out by this point. I go to Vivid's return process in hopes to cancel the order and buy one locally, being that I was in need of a new clutch immediately. The policy stated that I could cancel the order without fee if I cancel before receiving a shipping confirmation, which I have not at this point (a day past my delivery date). I call, get the order cancelled over the phone and receive a cancellation confirmation and told to expect a refund in 5 to 7 days. The following day Vivid sends me a shipping notice stating they shipped the cancelled order, the clutch gets delivered to my house (after I find another clutch, mechanic, AND finish the installation), and I have yet to see a refund of any amount and a clutch I don't need. When I call again im told that they can refund it, after I lose a large fraction of what I paid for "shipping and restocking fees". Terrible service, poor communication, no execution. If you're ever in a bind and are considering Vivid for an urgent solution, just save yourself the frustration and go into your local parts store, I wish I did. Ordered a part in mid July 2023, I was billed immediately, including freight! By mid August 2023, NO PART, we contacted them, got the run around, told them to cancel the order. By the 2nd week of September 2023, still nothing. I contacted them again, oh its on backorder they said, wait what! But I canceled the order a month ago. Their response...ok it will take 2 to 3 days to process the cancelation request and another 7-10 days to actually process your refund. Fast forward, today, 10/5/23... where is my refund it's been almost a month. Vivid rep: oh there was an error in processing your refund, we need an alternative way to refund your money. WHAT? I asked what the error was, I wanted an explanation, ummmmmm well or system is down. REALLY, HOW LONG HAD IT BEEN DOWN? Ummmmmm. Yea, what a lame excuse. Sooooo now the only option is to mail me a check via us mail. Lol, lol, lol. This place is a total scam! I have no doubt it will be a battle to get my money back. But legal action is next. STAY AWAY!

REALLY REALLY BAD TO DEAL WITH; JUST LOST $870 ON A PURCHASE CANT TALK TO THEM,THEY SEND ME A TOTAL DIFFERENT PART, RIGHT PHOTO BUT WRONG PART NUMBER.
I wish I read the reviews prior to my order, I ordered a wheel for my car I thought I ordered the correct size come to find out I didn't hit the right one so I reached out to get the correct size mind you the wheel was $900 all together so she says it will be almost $300 restocking fee plus I had to pay to ship back which was $500 meaning I was not receiving a refund or a new wheel because they are crooks when I went to ship back FedEx informed me that they could sent me a return label it's cheaper on their end it would only be $60 from them but they want you to be discouraged by the shipping price to keep their product and lose out! I finally sent the wheel back and it took them 23 days to say they received it and Inspected it after I called and had to get ghetto! This company is full of crap and I would never recommend them to anyone I told them I was gonna give a bad review she didn't care I see why they only have bad reviews!
