I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.

I ordered a product from this VIVID RACING and had a confirmed purchase from an in-stock sale item. I also called several times to get updates on my order. I was then sent a waiver to be filled out before they would ship my confirmed order. After filling this waiver out, I emailed again to check the status of my order. I was then told that my item was not available and that I could purchase another updated product for much-much more and I would get a 15% discount on the MSRP for my trouble. They even offered me an even more expensive option and told me that this would be my best option. I believe that I have been a part of a Bait and Switch scam from this company. The item is still on their website to order, weeks after my initial order from this company. So, the question I ask is, how is an item not available if you can still order the same item from the website with no out-of-stock notice? My payment has not been refunded, nor my product delivered. Unfortunately, I believe that this is a common practice from this company because the same that happened to me with another item, I tried to purchase with them years ago. I still have chat transcripts from that order as well as the transcripts from this order. The only reason I ordered a product from VIVID RACING this time because I decided to give them another chance of redemption because the last issue with this company was such a long time ago. But I was wrong and this may be a common practice for this company because of the similarity. I tried to reach out to management to no avail. My chats with them online were disconnected and my calls never responded. My account was even deleted several times to prevent me from checking my order status. I even tried to contact the owner via LinkedIn and was told by him that my issue could not be the truth. I would like this to stop happening for me and for potential other customers that will not report these actions.
Just an update, I got a response after I made a complaint to the Bureau of Consumer Protection | Federal Trade Commission in August 2021 after moving to new city. Vivid Racing refused to update my shipping address even after months of waiting and me warning them I was moving on a specific day which I had no control over the time my lease was up. This meant if they sent the parts (which they never did) they would go to the wrong place and I might never get anything back in terms of a refund or my parts.
The actual response: First a sales rep told me sending a partial refund would not be an issue after I called for the 20th or 30th time. Then shortly after this phone conversation, a manager responded to the complaint I made to the Bureau of Consumer Protection and said they would offer to refund me and which led to my complaint getting marked resolved. This response is partially true. Vivid sent me a form/template email to initiate a full refund, but which demanded I pay for all return shipping for my other parts and was not what I actually wanted. I asked for a full refund including shipping, or a partial refund for parts not sent. Either way, not getting my rear shocks, or paying for shipping left me down a few hundred dollars. I refused to pay shipping costs and wrote them numerous times saying I only wanted a partial refund for parts not received and never heard back. I then went to my credit card company to challenge my transaction and this seems to be my last resort. Since then I found another store/shop to finish my project and which was awesome to deal with (honest, timely, friendly). 4 Wheel Parts did an awesome job. I will never do business with Vivid Racing again.
I'm still waiting for half my Icon Stage II 3.5 inch Lift Kit for a 2019 Toyota 4Runner to ship after I ordered it on 4/27/2021 when item was in stock on vividracing.com. The kit costs $2,654.75 on vividracing.com and still doesn't show as out of stock or on backorder after 3 months. It's now 7/19/2021 and after multiple complaints and promised shipping dates, the latest is that my order will ship on 8/17/2021, which is 16 weeks (4 months) from my original order. Customer service continues to blame warehouse and push shipping dates back. They will not respond to me about replacing missing parts on time, issuing a refund or a providing me with a partial refund. I'm moving on August 6,2021, before their latest shipping date and I now fear I will never get the second half of my suspension system. Vivid hasn't responded to me since 7/13/2021 when I asked for a refund or partial refund and will not respond about changing my shipping address.
Tip for consumers:
DON'T trust their shipping and DO NOT ever believe they will ship items on any agreed upon updated schedule. If they fail to provide a tracking number within 48 hours, immediately write customer service demanding your full refund. THEY DO NOT offer return shipping on items sent or cancellations on items already shipped. This is a big deal when you pay a few thousand dollars for a product, and they will not help you when they clearly messed up and or even lied about shipping time frames.

I never received my order but was told it was delivered by Fedex and vivid racing refuses to return my calls/emails to help dispute the order with Fedex. I was working with a manager who was going to assist with the Fedex dispute but now refuses to return my calls/emails even after they said they would help. I have attempted to contact the business by responding to different survey's and reviews, reaching out to direct emails for help, and I never receive a response. Apparently there is only one manager there in the returns/online order department and they are avoiding helping me with my problem. I left 3 voicemails on the managers direct line asking for any response, even if they are just waiting to hear back from Fedex and still I have not received any communication back. I would at least like a refund for my order or to have the company send me the item I ordered. The entire time I have not been able to discuss details of this with Fedex because the Shipper(Vivid Racing) has to be the one to dispute the delivery of this order. I'm extremely frustrated as this was a gift for my fiancé that I paid for and have yet to receive and probably never will receive because it's been at least 2 months of dealing with this issue.
I attempted to leave a review on the item I ordered and you can't just leave a review through their site. It seems they show the reviews they want to show and make it hard to see the bad reviews by being able to sort the reviews by the rating. You would have to go page by page to see reviews which honestly just looks bad. Chat feature never get's through so you have to wait for a possible call back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered some axle shafts for a Can-Am side by side off of vivid. I got an email with a coupon code so I went and ordered the shafts. After about a week I called because I had not got a tracking number and during that phone call they had told me the price had gone up on the shafts and I needed to pay more in order to get them believing them I did so. And then went on the manufacturer's website and found that the MSRP is still the same so I called the manufacturer and they told me that there is no issues with product things can ship quickly no pricing has changed. I called vivid back and told them as they would not do anything for me they scammed me into paying hundreds of dollars more for a product that I can buy direct from the manufacturer. Knowing these large companies dealer discounts that they get thet profited Megabucks off of me taking advantage of a nice guy. I disapprove of this company also getting a hold of anybody there is terrible and they bounce you around in different people until you basically just want to hang up after you listen to their annoying on hold recordings. I wouldn't buy a pair of shoelaces from these people buyers beware. The products I ordered were RCV trails series CV axles for a 2021 Can-Am X3.
