I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.
And only because zero stars is not an option! That should tell you everything...
Hard to get a hold, pay overnight for an order that have not received after two weeks when they showed in stock... Can never get a hold of anyone... How do companies like this still exist!

We purchased a Warn bumper and the sales post on their website. They sell parts that are purposely mis-represented on the photos and title. When you reach out to let them know they clearly sent the wrong part sent, they hide behind their policy and deny a full refund saying they are not responsible for what the manufacturer advertises on their products. This is clearly false advertisement and deceitful sales techniques.
This year has put a lot of businesses to the test and more so in this industry. Stuff happens and you can't blame anyone specifically. I have had zero issues with Vivid Racing and any point of contact with them was nothing less than perfect.
It took almost TWO MONTHS to ship a cold air intake i ordered. Once it shipped they put a signature requirement on the package. After asking them take it off because i am not at home when fedex delivers I basically got told tough $#*!. So now my package sits in a fedex warehouse that i am unable to pickup or get dropped at my house. Piss poor customer service and logistics.
Vivid racing took my money knowing they didn't have the part and now won't return my money. Almost $4,000. By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. But they have emailed me all the ammo I need to sue the $#*! out of them see you in court $#*!ers

Ordered 997 headers, took 20 days before they messaged the carrier, and guess what? Their price changed 10 years ago, and the carrier has been trying to get them to update it for "Some time"
Instead of eating the difference they just flat canceled my order and wont respond.

I cancelled an order hours after it was placed - called and filled out a cancel notice -- they confirmed receipt 0- then I get a notice that my cancellation was reversed - they said it was too late and had been shipped -- LIARS! Two days after that I received a shipping notice way after the fact - such bull**** - It wasn't even shipped by them - it was drop shipped by Holley - these people suck -- it's been over a month and still no refund -- BEWARE! I order over $350,000.00 worth of parts for my restoration shop every year -- this iOS my first and last transaction with them

The "boss" tried to write on my last review to say sorry we dropped the ball and handled your broken shipped part so horribly let me help….fast forward over a month after I emailed *******@vivid racing being ignored again now 6 months gone by and they don't want to help with an item they shipped already broken what a disgrace of a company and I am in the process of filing a claim against this company so no one else needs to go through what I have. This lack of customer service should hold you back from buying from them I hope and now that I am done with having them even try to salvage this we will let a legal team take over

2 weeks ago I ordered an axle back exhaust muffler and they never sent me a tracking number. I had to reach out to them instead of the other way around to ask when it would be shipped. Turns out it was going to come in over 2 months! I immediately said to cancel it and now 2 weeks later I still haven't gotten a response. I have sent 4 emails since then. Vivid racing is a horrible business that you should never support. They will steal your money or figure out other ways to scam you.

Terrible customer service! Had to pry updates from them. Tried to call several times but was put on hold everytime. Even tried to call as soon as they opened with no luck. I think its by design so they can give you the run around via email. Ended up cancelling the order.
Only giving it 1 star as it won't allow me to click 0 stars. I ordered off their website 175 days ago. I was told my order would take 12 weeks that being November 2020. I still have got 0 updates on where my order is and they ignore all my emails. I paid over €300 shipping as I live in Ireland and now am down over €600. For your own sake do not buy off this website. They take your money, ignore your emails and leave you high and dry.
Ordered a custom made steering wheel and paid hundreds of dollars extra to get the Bluetooth and sound buttons in it. Took 3 months to get when they originally said it would be six weeks. Came without the buttons. I called emailed tried chatting hundred of times. They put me on hold then hang up. No one will respond. I have a $1800 wheel I can't use. They are crooks.
I began a correspondence with James via auto forum on a Sunday expecting a response on Monday. Pleasantly surprised that he answered on Sunday and even helped me through some unpleasant (my fault) credit card transaction on Monday. The ordering process could not have been easier nor more professional. Highly recommend James at Vivid Racing.
This is by far the worst company I've ever done business with. They take forever to ship out orders and I had ordered the wrong part and its been over a month trying to get my money back when they got the part back two weeks ago. I will tell everyone they should never do business with these guys. Anyone reading this, you'll regret buying from them.

Do not spend your hard earned money with this company. I called to order Sparco seats and asked what I needed to install them if I wanted a slider. The salesman suggested everything I needed. Unfortunately, everything he recommended was what was best for Vivid, not me, the customer. The Recaro slider he sold me did not work for sparco seats and was 40.00 more expensive per side than the sparco slider. The salesman admitted the mistake on the slider alone but I don't trust anything he sold me except the seats. As it turns out, they aren't a sparco retailer so they obviously tried to unload the products they normally sell, even though they don't work. The entire process has been an absolute nightmare. I have spent hours and hour on the phone. No one ever calls back. It's been almost two months since I placed the order and I still don't have my seats installed. I've asked to speak to the owner and was told they don't have phones and don't talk to customers. All I get is sarcastic young people with absolutely no customer service skills. I even wrote to the email "boss" and got no response so don't waste your time. I can see why they have such a low rating. All you have to do is read their reviews on this site and others like it. You'll see a common theme with their customer service, especially once they have your money.

Hello, our sales rep and returns have been working on this. Sale rep did admit fault for the sliders. Our returns team is working on your return. Our team has been kind and respectful to you on the phone even when receiving poor treatment.
Not only did they order the wrong custom wheel offsets, they also lied about their return policy and threatened me with physical harm if I came to their place of business to discuss the matter.
I hope this company rots in hell.

This company does not care about reviews at all. I was able to get a good deal on wheels and tires. I sent 2 coupons one was free shipping. But because the margin they have for both tires and wheels, they concluded that they cannot honor my discount coupons. Which allowed me to add them on the order. BAD business period. Rating -1.
Ordered a grill guard on 9/29/2020. Shipment delayed several times, so I tried to cancel the order. That's where the fun began. No one ever answers the phone, and received several responses to my plea to cancel that indicated no one knows what he or she is talking about. Finally, in November, had to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge.
Vivid Racing does not accept returns once a damaged item has been delivered to you! I have been going on 2 months trying to return headlights that came damaged from the manufacture. This company, I recommend to find what your looking for else where because the manufacturer runs that business.

I was sent the wrong item. After 3 phone calls where you are on hold for over 20 min they auto hang up, numerous emails and chat online I still have no answer. Trying to return item. I was told they only have one person that can provide a return label and of course that person is gone for the day. The last thing I was told "return shipping is on you" I could care less but note taken on the rudeness. Terrible cust service, wrong product. Beware!

I ordered a pair of Alpharex headlights for my tundra. Received the wrong item of lesser value and they seem to take they're sweet time in trying to correct something so simple. It's been almost a week now and still no efforts to correcting they're mistake. Bought the top got the bottom instead.

This company is a complete JOKE. Ordered a lift kit from them. They shipped it out right away, but it was missing the leaf springs. Reached out to them immediately. Have been given the complete run around for over a month now. Excuse after excuse. We spent major money on this kit, and I have never been more disappointed with customer service in my life. They never answer the phone. They just say whatever they can to get you off their case for a week. I would not purchase anything from them. We spent over $4500CDN from them, and have half a lift kit sitting in our garage. Never again.
I was trying to get a set of lowering springs for my Forester. Seemed like everyone had them and then on one did. I ordered from two other shops first but had my orders cancelled. Then I put in an order with Vivid after their customer service said they could order them for me from the manufacturer. I wasn't optimistic but I put in the order. It took a couple months but I wasn't in a hurry. I had to reach out a couple times for updates. Sure enough I have a nice brand new set of Swift Sport Springs for my 2009 Subaru Forester sitting in my garage. I believe them that this was a special order. The box and springs and packaging look like they were made last week and drop shipped from Swift. I am very happy with Vivid and would certainly shop here again.
